Wasnt very please on our service. We kept getting pressured into getting a vehicle. We tried to leave and the salesman was holding on to our truck keys. His name is Kenan Sagg. Wasnt happy with him keeping our keys from us. Sorry we will go elsewhere for our next vehicle.

Went there to see what I would qualify for and drive out with a new car! Terry the salesman was very nice and explained any and every question that I had. He helped me throughout the entire process and got me the lowest payment (I thought so) possible and explained how I could lower the payment even more at a later time. Didnt even have apply a down payment nor a trade in!I will recommend him to all who are thinking of buying a vehicle. Ive had an awesome experience there. Hope it continues. 😀

The sales department will not call you back. From the very top management to the sales team there is a culture of laziness I have never seen at a car dealership. I have tried twice to buy a car from this company, I was literally sold on a suv I wanted to purchase, the sale never happened because of the poor communication and apathetic attitude. I wish this place was great because I have to drive so far to go to another Kia dealership.

Went to trade in a car before Christmas because of the sale they were having but they took a different vehicle and on top of that a down payment. I was puzzled but also in a rush because it was getting late and I needed to be on the road to visit my husband. I got a used vehicle with 74000 miles and drove it two weeks went on vacation out east so it sat for two weeks in a parking lot. Came home and noticed a knocking noise. I took it back and my used vehicle warranty was expired. Was never told that I had 5 days or 500 miles used vehicle warranty 😠 I did have it checked and was told it was the strut mount, I had it replaced and still hear the knocking noise. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will not go back.

The single most obnoxious radio commercials I have ever experienced. These people think that by screaming at you every time there is a break in programming you will suddenly have an overwhelming urge to go waste your money at their dealership. Go to Keesee in Cortez, or New Country, or Durango Motor Company. Please bleed these obnoxious idiots of any revenue until they learn not to yell over the radio to get sales.
