Dropped my car off for a Friday 1:30 appointment and was told car might not be ready until Monday. Called Monday and was told they had over booked and wouldnt look at it until after lunch. Called back at 4:00 and was told it would be yet another day, and when I asked why exactly felt I was given the runaround. Tuesday continued to get the runaround so I asked my son to call because I felt maybe they would try harder to explain things to a man. He finally just told them if the car was running that we would pick it up immediately because we felt like we were constantly put on the back burner and not treated honestly.

Was very disappointed, in August of 2020 I had to put tires on my 2019 dodge ram truck to pass inspection. Have tires rotated every oil change. Purchased 4 tires. Had oil changed last week and the told me I had 1 bald tire. 8 month old tires and under 30,000 miles. Took in to dealership the inspected the tires and said there was actually 2 bald tires. But told me the warranty was only good for 12,000 miles. I have never seen a warranty on tires that low. Needless to say I did not have them put new tires on. Ill go elsewhere, and make sure I have a good warranty. Thought it was unusual that there was no warranty on the stack of paperwork they give you when I went to check on it.

I went to Franklin for a recall on my Dodge Durango. I have to say it was the best experience I have had in a service area. The people were nice and knowledgeable. They offered a oil change at a great price which I had been meaning to do but with a busy schedule working with special needs children I tend to forget about me. I will definitely have any work needed done little or big done with them and if the people in the sales department are as nice I will be going to them for my next car purchase. We went for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall on our pre-owned Renegade we had previously purchased. When doing the complimentary inspection, that is done each time you go in for an oil change, they noticed an issue with our brakes and front tires. We had purchased this vehicle in November 2020. They covered all expenses to cover the issues and replaced the lug nuts. Great friendly service, that you don’t get at most dealerships when purchasing a used vehicle.

Easy to get an appointment and the time I was quoted for doing the job was accurate. My vehicle was also brought into the shop and worked on when it was supposed to. There was an area in the showroom if you wanted to wait and the seating was widely spaced per covid. All in all there were no surprises and nothing not to like.

Well they actually did a front end alignment on another Subaru that wasnt mine by accident I believe the dealership had it on the lot for sale it didnt have a plate on it thats how he realized that it wasnt a customers car they did apologize for the error and gave me I believe $20 off the bill.

I already gave a five star rating to Michael Maimone and Franklin CDJR. I wanted to take my time and write another review just for Michael Maimone! I called Michael a few days back when car was in service and he always picks up right away and to my surprise hes not there anymore! He still picked up and was willing to help me which to me is awesome service from a salesman thats not even employed at the establishment anymore. But he still picked up the phone to help me. Its hard to get good service like that these days. Which after you buy a car from a salesman its hard to even get them to pick up to help you after the sale is final. Thats speaks a lot about Michael he helps from start to finish and everything in between. He said he would do anything in his power to help me anytime I need it with issues that may occur during my ownership. He gave me another salesman name to help me thru servicing my car in the future. Hopefully I can find another salesman like Michael in the future when I go to buy another vehicle. He would make any company shine just like he did at Franklin CDJR.
