My mom took her car to have the windows tinted by Ariel Sunwolf at Sunwolf Tinting which is run out of JC Auto Center....We dropped off the car at 8:30 it was there until 4 we called at 2 to check on it.. Ariel said he had only done the back two windows...He again called at 4 to pick it up, her car was completely dead and had to be jumped....She noticed at home that her mileage was 100 miles off from when she dropped it off and it was empty when she just put 30 dollars in gas before dropping it off....Ariel was called and given the opportunity to make it right and he didnt. Please dont take your vehicles to him he is a total rip off!!!!

Total rip off. Bought a car from here. Transmission went out a few days after. They have no number or recollection of the vehicle.

Jan 2018: Be careful of this place! They put cars on carfax so it seems legit. They try to sell you a car that sounds to good to be true. Do not let Diane con you into shipping your car to you. See what other people have recently posted and how they have been scammed. I was lucky I read their posts before nearly wiring money to them. They use banks in a different state - that should raise red flags immediately!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! ALERT!!!!!!! Diane posing as the sales manager will try pressure u into having the car bought unseen and shipped...DO NOT DO IT. I tried for days to contact the dealer to no avail...and the car dissapeared from the site...she stopped answering when I told her I wanted to go see the car in person.

TOTAL SCAM!!! But I cant figure out exactly what the scam is, but I think I do have an idea of some of the things they pull with people. I was also in the market for a new car. I noticed the Tesla in the pics for 37K on auto trader. I called the number they had listed but i always got a voicemail. I left messages several different times and never heard back. Four weeks later I received a text and an email from Diane Cardenas advising me that they still have the tesla. The text had also mentioned that the number I texted was just a marketing number. Anyhow i was still interested and asked Diane to remind me of the details. She told me it was a gray Tesla, 40K miles, great condition. I told her was in Seattle and how would it work, because I would fly down to pick it up. Diane told me that if I was really interested I would wire the money to their account than they could schedule an appointment for me to pick it up. I told her that i would think about it and I would call her back. Over a couple of days I thought more about it and I decided that if i was going to purchase it, I should see about extending the warranty. I called my local Tesla Service Center and asked them about it. I gave them to VIN and lady on the phone had stated they couldnt put this car in extended warranty. I asked her to explain and she stated something like the original warranty is 4 years and 50K whichever comes first. She than explained that this car is already at 120K and way passed to 40K needed. I gave her the VIN number again to double check and again she stated that it was 120K. I emailed Diane back again and asked her about mileage and told her what the Tesla dealer had explained to me. I havent heard back yet....not surprised. So the confusing part for me is that they have a local NM phone numbers, a website with inventory, they even offer financing. I looked there address in Google Maps (redirected from JC Auto website), in google maps there wasnt a business name. Looking several feed away in Google maps I noticed a car dealer called Four Corners Auto Sales. Im a little slow obviously but my thought was...OK so what is the scam that they play with car odometers and you end up with a car with much higher mileage? Than the other side of was like wait a minute, is the scam that you wire the money and never see it again? Are the cars even real? Obviously the car is fake and probably the address belongs to this unfortunate dealer Four Corners Auto Sales maybe or are they part of it? Anyways a very elaborate SCAM....the financing still get me....you willingly give them everything you need to steal your identity!!!
