Its ok. Its Kinda korea and Japan based non-name brand local clothing shop. Well thats how forever 21 started their business anyway.

Hard to find clothes for plus size. Wish there were more store i could go to amd get good looking clothes for plus size.

Im a curvy girl-- like actually, my hips vs my waist measurements are so drastic its impossible to find flattering clothes that fit properly. However, Forever 21 makes it easy! This store has clothes and accessories with character, class, and they fit my body type! Plus the price is perfect, and you can order online and have it shipped to the store if you want a different color or size of something. I love this store, and this one specifically has great staff and is always clean and tidy. 😍

Bright colors, crazy fabrics, earrings bigger than my face, upbeat music, clean, entertaining for the eyes but nothing youd catch this 27 year old wearing. I went looking for shoes, they didnt have what I wanted. 3 stars only because its far from what Id ever be caught wearing. But more power to you girls wanting to stand out.

I luv all of there clothes there. It is just that some of there stuff is super expensive. If I want to buy something with my own money and it is to much I wish that it was less. Other then that I luv this place!!❤

Pretty large store

They have very on-trend items if you want to experiment, but their basics selection always has something simple for under $10. Their clearance sales are no-nonsense and easy to understand and they have high turnover, so there is always something new. Staff is very friendly and they dont harass you with a bombardment of questions, they just let you shop in peace.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant, store looked great. I was surprised to find pants that were the perfect fit for my body type. Will definitely return.

My 11 year old daughter bought a shirt that when we got home upon inspection by a parent found it had a hole. The store will NOT return it even though we have the receipt. It is not their policy to return damaged items. They wouldn’t budge even though they sold it to a child. The receipt says nothing of this fact either. We should have just returned it and said nothing was wrong with it. Horrible customer service.

Bought a sweater at full price and realized when I got home that it was damaged. I tried to exchange it a couple days later and was told that wasnt possible because it was damaged. The way the policy was applied and the lack of resolution was extremely frustrating. I will not be going back.

About what youd expect from a forever 21. I couldnt find a staff until I was at the register, and was glad I didnt need to try anything on as I never saw a staff anywhere near the dressing rooms. Not terribly organized in any particular way either

Went there today with my daughter. Extremely pleased with the customer service the employees provided. They were very kind and helped me find exactly what I was there for. I was very disappointed with the manager however. I believe her name was Meribell. She was extremely rude to the employees and were not treating them they way they deserved to be. I felt offended in the way she spoke with one of the employees. If it were not for her I probably wouldnt have even written a review, and if I would have, it would have been 5 stars. Thanks for the nice employees that helped me.

A pretty good place to shop, the workers here are decently nice, sometimes its just frustrating to try to find his size in all of the commotion that they have going on inside the store. But this is one of the cleanest most well ran Forever 21 in Utah.

Called in to see if they had a particular item and Erin picked up the phone. I’m usually hesitant to call F21 stores but she was so polite and kind. She let me know the item wasn’t sold in any of the utah stores (which means to was kind enough to look elsewhere) and my best bet was to just order online.

I asked a lady worker to help me find a size in a tank top because there piles were a mess. She looks for a minute and then just left? No where to be found? She gave up I guess. Good customer service. NOT

Good Store, Good Selection, but very misleading when they ask you to Sign up for their Rewards Card ( Credit Card) !! I will not be back there anytime soon and I will be Returning my Stuff in the Morning!!

Their customer service needs work. It really depends on your skin tone as to how theyll treat you. I stood in line behind a csucasion and they were chatty, greeted, asked aboutrewards email etcs. When it came to me nothing. Just next! I and a rewards customer n I mentioned it n the girl took a big sigh n spoke. Whats your email. Ugly. I will not shop there again n have unsubscribed from future emails

Slowest customer service ever. The past 3 times Ive gone Ive waited at least 20 minutes in line because they only had 1 person ringing up. Then as I left because I was sick of waiting I walked passed 2 employees standing and talking across the store. Annoying that they cant even help their employee ring up

The mens selection is very small! And the store feels dirty with clothes on the floor and not folded. Its okay, but not my first choice in shopping.
