Today I went to purchase my usual art supplies and I was shocked on how Humid and Hot it was in Hobby Lobby. After talking to several employees they all agreed that it is unbearable and that their own management does not allow them to go and drink water when they need to. Apparently the management does not realize the importance of hydration for a human being in such an environment. Yes the appearance of employees drinking water from water bottles may not seem professional looking, however given the situation of no working air conditioner but one and high temperatures in the store, they should temporarily allow their employees to be able to at least go drink water when their bodies need it. Not wait till break time. Such treatment to the employees will be reported to the BBB and OSHA.To think this is a Christian company who should care about people. But apparently its that type Christian who only cares about The Almighty Dollar.I pray for your employees.

We love going in to browse around, especially looking at all the different canvas and art supplies they have! Definitely a place to go to look for party supplies as well

Was very organized and well displayed and the employees were very helpful, the atmosphere was somewhat feeling of artistic feelings.

They have alot of great stuff. I do find their signs misleading. I bought some signs(pictures) that said 75 percent off marked price. Only price i saw was on the front. Get to the register and there is a different price on the back. Different price. Ok but then Im told its 75% off original price. I did not find that priced on them at all. Was just told Im sorry. Very misleading.

Its just about the best place in town to get a wide array of crafting supplies. Completed 3 cosplays with supplies from this store.

Navajo people beware of our own FULL-BLOODED tribal members that are employed by Farmington Hobby Lobby like Rochelle, an assistant manager. She accosted my elderly mother and falsely accused us of theft. Rochelle and her staff prevented us from leaving the parking lot until we showed her the receipt even after they had witnessed our purchase.

Always have what Im looking for and more! The only downside is finding an employee for help finding items. Ive actually had to leave without my purchase due to not having time to wander around the entire store!

Love the variety of materials available. Going in there really gets the ideas flowing. Prices can be a bit high on certain items though.

I love Hobby Lobby but their furniture is poorly put together. I asked for this item to be ordered and not put together so I could do it properly and they said they would order it and if there was going to be an issue getting it ordered, theyd call me. No phone call so I go in and they tell me they cant order it because its seasonal. Then the customer service manager, the only manager I could locate, told me they cant order it because its not available. Not true. Its on their website for $35 more. No one knows anything and if you try to get the correct person on the phone, they refuse to transfer you abs try top help you themselves but cant so they make things up. Really frustrated with the local store.

The store is big with good selections in all departments. Went in for spray paint and found a few other items. Honored the coupons I downloaded to my phone with no problems. The wait to checkout was a little long otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating. For a small town its a very large craft store. Will definitely go back when I have more time to shop.

Very nice hobby lobby. The staff was really really helpful in enabling me to find what it was looking for. The help was truly appreciated. Those that work here will walk me through the store to make sure that Ive found the correct item. I think almost all of the employees know where the different type of items are.

I love Hobby Lobby. You can listen to the Christian music. They pretty much have want you need for arts n crafts....and more.

Went in for a drop in tea strainer for a tea pot. No luck. Was told they only sold complete tea sets.

Prices are high despite the constant sales. Selection is picked over and limited in the art supplies area. Trying to find a colorless blender that wasnt used and abused by people trying outthe product was nearly impossible. I found 1 out of 8 available were actually not abused by customers. Upon arriving up front with my one item I found 4 check out lanes full of people with huge carts full in some cases. I waited 10 minutes in line before the lack of an Express Lane made me leave my item and walk out.

Cant say enough about this place not only do they have everything that we need and want for our home crafts or projects that were doing for work or school but they always have great deals and do a great job at moving the line so that you never have to wait long. They also have amazing customer service which is hands-down the reason why I continue to shop there.

Only been a couple time but every time we came the staff are friendly and help you find what you are looking for.The inventory they have is very good if your a hobby enthusiasts. Big building that carries many different items to help serve your needs.Also what impressed me was the clean bathrooms they have. Most hobby lobbys that I go into I assume the bathroom will be run down, graffiti, and smell. This place had none of the above!Good job guys keep up the good work!

This store is very organized with a wonderful variety of items. I usually enjoy my experience there and have been disappointed sometimes by indifferent personnel. Unfortunately not everyone can enjoy perfect customer service.

I have mixed feelings about Hobby lobby. They normally have all of the craft supplies I want and frequent sales, which is great. The only bad part about this store is that they NEVER have enough cashiers... You stand in line for a decent amount of time. It gets old pretty quick.

I Always find exactly what I need. The best prices & selection with the added bonus of being closed on Sundays so their employees can attend church & spend time with their families & friends. I wish ALL Businesses would be as considerate

Hobby Lobby has a cornucopia of different items. They have everything from framing materials to plastic animals. I was shopping for some flower garden decor, not the usual gnome-themed figurines. I found a small metal windmill, tractor, and steer for my garden. Pretty cool stuff!

All in one supplies for everything. Went for writing supplies and my yearly Christmas ornament...got such great stuff had to bring my best friend in too.

Stood in line for 30 minutes. Initially confronted by rude female manager. Escorted from store for refusing to wear a mask due to a medical condition.

They keep the store in great shape. Always clean and organized. Rarely is anything out of stock, yet they are always adding more to the shelves.

I purchased a few items for Christmas. A bag of which did not make it to the car. I came back for assistance. Itr was agreed that three bags of goods and a roll of paper were purchased. The first thing they demanded was a review of the cameras, I had no problems with this because I knew what I paid for and what I have. This generated attitude and eye rolling. After 10 minutes they came back and said I left with my bags and there was nothing they would do. They scored$25 of free money at my expense, were rude and unprofessional. I will not go back.

I got the things I wanted at a great price. Only thing is my cashier miss counted some stickers and put down 20 instead of 2. I didnt catch it until after the receipt was printed. So she gave me a credit on my account which showed up instantly on my bank statement. Please check your receipts at all times, with any store.

Hobby lobby is like a second home. but the one thing we have issues with is the small amount of merchandise on the shelves. They often run out of items and it takes a week to get a truck in and its only a hope that theyll have more of what you need. specifically we use a lot of thread and yarn and it seems like they cant keep up with that and theyre always running out because if you have a big project you use more than one skein they usually only have about four on the shelf so they get wiped out quickly.
