I must say, by far the best costumer service I’ve ever received! Lance specifically has been a tremendous help, from helping me with my broken phone to saving me money on my monthly plan by adding some services I wasn’t aware of, including the auto pay credit!Will most certainly continue to use Lance and highly recommend!
I usually have terrible experiences with technology and tech help but one of the employees here, I believe his name was Joe, was so helpful helping me make some upgrade decisions and helping me with my data plan. I usually dread dealing with phone switches and everything but he was nice, professional and knowledgeable. My family and I will be returning to this location for future help with our phones and devices because the service was far superior than the other ATT stores I’ve been to in the past.
Kyle and Lance were both helpful. Lance has a great sense of humor and Kyle answered all of our questions, took his time with us to make sure we understood, resolves issues we didnt know we had, and well be coming to him in the future. GREAT experience! We will now be passing other stores to come see him.

I was hesitant to upgrade my phone and also switch carriers since all of that has been a horrible experience in the past. The entire staff at the Fenton AT&T location was superb. The service is immediate, friendly and super knowledgeable. Kyle went above and beyond to make the switch not only easy but surprisingly enjoyable. Their interest in meeting our needs while saving us money was priority. I highly recommend a trip to this location to anyone afraid to switch. You will be glad you did!

I purchased my phone and plan online and opted to pick it up at the Silverlake Rd location in Fenton, MI. Upon arriving I was approached by a sales representative named Kyle. Kyle greeted me and asked what brought me in, so I told him. While he went back to grab my phone, I was approached by another sales representative whos name I didnt catch, but he commented on my Naruto shirt, which sparked conversation. Kyle returned with my phone, and from the other employer I learned that Kyle was also a fan of anime. This no longer felt like a sales transaction, it felt like I was just hanging out with a couple of friends. Thats probably what I appreciated most about the service I received at this location, I didnt feel like I was being upsold or pressured into things I didnt want. This store will get 100% of my business wit AT&T. We finished setting up my new phone and I was out the door.10/10

Lance and Kyle were so incredibly helpful during my visit to this location today. I went to activate mine and my daughters phones that we purchased used, turns out my kids phone was stolen! So they helped me with options and even went the extra mile to help me with opening a complaint with the seller of the stolen phone via Ebay. They also optimized my account so I could get the best available discounts and promotions. They took an unfortunate situation and helped me make it work. Ive never been so thrilled with the service at a phone store. Thanks guys, you rock!

We were sent a $100 gift card and trying to use it has been a pain. We couldn’t use it online because what we were buying had tax and it won’t let you split payment. So we called before going in to the store and were told they could order what we wanted for us. Apparently they can’t which we didn’t find out until we went there. Lance was completely unhelpful and rude. One of us had a medical exception and he was dismissive and rude about our inability to wear a mask. Then he told one of us we were a waste. Completely unprofessional.

If you have to choose between the Howell location and the Fenton location- pick Fenton! We went to the Howell store today to get a new iPhone and to switch another phone to a different line. We left with neither phone activated correctly, felt very rushed out the door, and had to come to the Fenton store for the issues to be corrected.They had me completely up and running in less than 30 minutes at the Fenton store. We won’t be going back to Howell.

The people here are very helpful. They are very good with older people. Very patient. They can answer any questions you may have and don’t try to sell something because it’s expensive. They spent time with me finding out what I needed in a phone and then explained which might be the better deal. Very happy with my new iPhone and when I need my next one I will go back there.

I went to the ATT in Clarkston for an issue with being able to hear on my phone, after an hour run around and telling me I needed a new phone..without even touching it!!!! I left and came to this store. Had my phone fixed with in 5 minutes and showed me how to fix it if there any issues later. Last time I’ll go to any other store.COME HERE FIRST!!

I would highly recommend the Fenton AT&T store, the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the most out of your service speaks highly of the company. I had a variety of problems switching service, but Lance was always patient and willing to take the time to sort out every issue that arose.

Stepdaughter took her phone in after 611 told her to go get a new simcard. Her phone started losing apps and wouldnt call or text by the time she got there. She was told it wasnt the sim call apple care and sent on her way without a phone that worked. So I stopped in there after work and wanted to know why I pay for ins monthly if they were not willing to help her get a new phone if it wasnt the sim. I was told she was never there. I said why would she lie? A dark haired guy walked up and told me to stop talking that they were the only 2 working all day and she was not at that store. She went to Verizon and got a phone. They were happy to help her. When I got home she described the light haired guy and the dark haired guy. I called the store and got the light haired guy. I said she was in your store and he all of a sudden remembered her. I said u basically said she lying about being there and almost got her in trouble. He was trying to apologize and the dark haired guy was in the background saying we said we were sorry get over it. Worst customer service ever. These 2 guys especially the dark haired guy dont belong in a job where they have to deal with people. My phones are all pd off...att might of lost a long time customer because of these guys.

The staff and the service I had was the best ever. I ended up doing the entire package because of the service and knowledge of everyone that works there. A special kudos to both Carlos and Chase. I’ve had to stop by here a few times in past couple of months and everyone seems friendly. This store is nice compared to other locations. The last time I came into the store I was helped by Kyle, someone I’ve never seen before. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help me with everything I needed! I will definitely be coming back to this location! I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service I received on my last trip here.

The ONLY reason I’m giving this store 4 stars is because of the service I received from an employee today. My experience with at&t is horrid. This review is for an employee named Mike. He is new to the store and already needs a huge pay raise. He helped us more quickly and efficiently than I’ve ever experienced before. Honestly, the manager Chase isn’t bad, but my family and I have had the worst experiences here. We wanted to switch over from our current provider to at&t when we moved back to Michigan, but it didn’t happen because the level of customer service, and the hospitality was awful. I’d like to say we may have a change of heart due to Mike. Thanks Mike for your help with our whole process. If we do decide to come back, we will make an appointment; with you! I took my new phone in to be set up. Wonderful service by Josef Swise! He answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the needed accessories. Very professional and nice.
Very upset. My girlfriend took her s7 in here because she was using it and it quit working. She went inside showed a person her phone and asked if there was anything they could do. The person simply tried paying the power button and said the phone was useless. He then sold her a 900$ replacement. After returning home and showing me the old phone, I simply did a hard reset on the old phone. Pressing two buttons is all it took to turn the old phone back on. When we attempted to return the new phone the store hassled us over a restocking fee and could not take the charge off of her account because the original salesman had left. Her family has been with att for over 10 years. We are very dissatisfied with the events that took place and may look for another carrier. I wonder how many other people have brought phones into that particular store that has nothing wrong with them and are sold a phone that they did not need.

An amazing experience, almost unbelievable. We decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T. Verizon wireless had the worst customer service one could imagine. Sadly, its almost expected with most major retailers today. The Fenton AT&T Store manager and assistant manager went above and beyond what was expected. Through the process they had our best interests at heart. We are pleased with our experience and I look forward to future business with them.
