Kevin at this location has to have the best customer service Ive ever had the privilege of interacting with. Talks to his customers with the most honesty and understands the customer end of the business. I wont go to any other location for the shear fact that I get all my questions answered and never end up with surprises on my bill. Would give this 10 stars if I could. Keep it up Kevin!!

Came in to switch from ATT and Salam made the entire transition incredibly easy. Would 100% coming to this location specifically for his knowledge and assistance. Tells it like it is and was a help beyond what i expected. My guy. I highly recommend this location and Salam as employee of the year!

I told the employee that I did not want to see one scratch or bubble on the screen when I purchased a screen protector (tempered glass), which you would think that the employee would have then said, well you are going to see a white circle in the bottom of your screen after I install this screen protector.. nope, after it is installed, I see a light circle in my screen where the fingerprint scanner is. No way.. plus when I try to use the fingerprint scanner, it doesnt recognize my fingerprint at all now. Complete BS. Its going back. The brand is GO TO not recommended at all. Save your money.

First let me say the store manager Salam was wonderful I came in with a ton of questions to upgrade my phone and get an Apple Watch and mid way through I started coughing pretty badly and he offered me a water. He was very sweet and was interested in everything I had to talk about and even had things to add to the conversation! And while I was chatting his ear off he still made time to let know I could get a great deal on another Apple Watch!!! Definitely highly recommend this location. Thanks Salam you’re a power player for the T-Mobile team keep it up!

They hardly if it all work out here. Had to cancel and go back to Verizon because I had no service for miles outside my house. when I called customer service the day that I got it they told me that I would have to go back to the store to get a refund and they could not do it over the phone. I go back to the store After switching carriers again and they tell me they cannot give me the activation fee refund because I didn’t have the Sim card but customer service failed to tell me. I called customer service back and they had the audacity to tell me that they could’ve done something about if I still had an account. I do not have the SIM card because as far as I was concerned it was trash and now I’m out $26. Go to Verizon their service actually works well in rural areas and their unlimited plans are similarly priced with possible discounts.

Not too happy with this location, simple made mistakes with passing then onto the customer is poor and bad business. Simply acknowledging mistakes made and making them right, now thats customer service that you try and find. This place did NOT succeed with that. It is truly a shame., Now changing my rating to a 2 star, after being contacted from management, still no resolution to any of the problems listed in email, just silence.

BEware...T mobile coverage needs to be interpreted because you need to be outside to actually have coverage. Once you go into a house or structure you can only text. I will NOT be continuing my cell service with Tmobile !!!

Gus and Sal are a T-Mobile tour-de-force. I went in with my lovely lady who needed to change carriers in the name of tightening the budget for herself and her two teenage children. These decisions are the most stressful and confusing... how do you REALLY know youre getting the best deal.We walked into this new, magenta-blaring uber sleek retail space and we were immediately greeted. Sal knows so much about the business having worked for AT&T for years and now owning this franchise that youd be hard-pressed to find a better, more up-beat representative for the T-Mobile brand. Hes young, hes passionate, he knows whats up.Long story short, Sal (and his cousin, Gus) got my lovely lady (and her kids) completely squared away. We never once felt over-sold or pressured. Shes coming out of this with her Netflix paid for (a recent promo), as well as possibly being able to cancel her AT&T wi-fi, saving her an additional $50/mo.Thanks to Gus and Sal for making this major decision really simple, and even, quite fun!
