Jordan at this Verizon store is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, friendly and met all out needs. We had been with Verizon fir 15 years, went to the Verizon store on Owen Rd with a problem and were told to go home, get online, and do it ourself. We left Verizon after that encounter, but after 3 months we wished to go back to Verizon because of a Verizon’s superior network. We went to the Verizon store on Leroy St where Jordan helped us with everything we needed. He was so kind and understanding. His service was exemplary. We can’t say enough good things about him and that store. We highly recommend him. Thank you,

They are.. adequate. Some staff are attentive while others not so much. Store is decently cleaned and they have a good selection of products. But to be fair what cell phone store really has great service.

Walked in to get a new phone and the manager was the best! So so helpful, so nice and quick! Let me know all the info I needed before I switched over from a new carrier. I will never go to another Verizon store again!!! Taylor went above and beyond helping me Saturday. She even helped us even when, at first, she wasnt going to make any commission! She was amazing! I switched from iPhone to a galaxy S20 and Im missing my iPhone so Im switching back to iPhone and Matthew was more than helpful on the phone today and, again, is going above and beyond to help me switch back to an iPhone! I highly recommend going to this Verizon store!

I popped in because the store on owen road in fenton wouldnt help with my issue. The guy on leroy street took his time and was able to fix the issue with my iPhone. He knew what to do and was pleasant to talk with. Thank you Matt for the excellent service.

The person who helped was great. However, Verizons insurance at $45/mo totally screwed me and they did nothing to help out. Verizon helped my son get his cracked screen fixed and avoided using my insurance. The company covered the camera on their first attempt, re-did it and now the screen goes black in a call rendering the phone unusable and the screen doesnt even fit. We were charged $130 instead $30. My daughter broke her phone and there is no stock to replace it so insurance doesnt do anything their either. You would think theyd work harder to keep our $400/mo account but I guess they are just promoting Google Fi.

Annie was fantastic. She was patient and fixed the screw up the guy made at Costco last night. I will be back for sure.

My experience at this store was awesome Matt was very helpful and kind. While we were there a man walked in and was very disrespectful to an employee she was trying to help him but he was being rude. I purchased an Iphone 11 from Andrea. She was so helpful. She transferred all of my stuff and took the time to explain the new functions of my phone. We had good conversation while she transferred my stuff which made the sale smooth. Definitely going back in the future for more purchases. Highly recommend!

I have been a Verizon customer from day one of its existence and I dont normally write reviews. I have gone in this store a dozen times in the past with good service. However I dont know who the manager is on 7/16/2020 nor the very rude condenscending help on that day was but they need to go! I will never be back in that store and I will forever let evey person in this town no the type of service I received.

Came in to update my phone, Dayna was there and man was she a god send. She got me a great deal. Offset my phone cost with a plan change and got me all cover with Accessories. Fast and Friendly. I will be sending all me business her way! THANKS DAYNA!!

The manager Matt was very helpful Saturday when I had a very bad thing happened to my smartphone I ran over it with my Tricycle i fell while riding out of my shirt and I had troubles he got things fixed took him longer than he thought it was going to take!! Is name is Matthew Cowing greatest Customer service!! I want to thank him for all the hard work I did he had almost could not get out of work to go home on time so keep him Im coming bag did get help from him from now on thank you again Matt!!

I had to get a new phone, mine was completely dead and Sarah was awesome. She was kind, understanding, let me bring my dog in and most importantly stayed late with me and didnt make me feel bad or brush me off!Shes an awesome employee and nice person. We had great conversation during my visit. Her boss is very lucky to have such a kind and devoted employee. I will come back because of her.

It would be nice if the place were open as stated. Their hours show they are open until 7 on Saturdays. We got there before 6 and the place was locked up. Made a special trip for nothing. Will never come here again thats for sure.

Sarah was great help and very knowledgeable. Super glad I was able to have her help. I’ll be coming to see her from now on, even if it might be a 45 minute drive.

Was looking to switch services, hours show December 1st open until 6:00 PM, tried to walk in at 5:00 PM and doors were locked. Really need to fix your hours so they match the internet.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Chris. Dropped off my phone to get a shattered screen replaced & was told itd be fixed in a few hours. I called 5 hours later & was told that it needed a ribbon (?) and he had to order the part, but itd be in the next day. I drop my phone off again the next day at 10am, and once again was told 2 hours. I waited all day & called at 4pm to check on my phone. At that time (2nd day it was there, all day) I was told that they couldnt fix it. Not only did Chris take my phone for 2 days and NOT repair it, but he ended up breaking the soundboard in the process. I told Chris that I wasnt upset that they couldnt fix it, but its not good customer service to not notify the customer of whats going on.. and his response was that because Im a Sprint customer, Im not any priority over their Verizon customers (new iPhone release day). I ask about the speaker not working & he shouts your phones a piece of crap! I repeat the point of customer service & he begins to mock me (in front of other customers) saying customer service here sucks! And well, yes, it does.. I couldnt agree more. I went to Device Doctors in Flint & would recommend them over this place any day.
