First time going there and I was very impressed. First thing is its no frills, just to the point car maintenance. They had every opportunity to string me along with extra parts/work, and they got my car working again with minimal effort and cost. There was no attempt to upcharge me with topping off fluids, wiper blades, telling me my tires needed replaced, etc.I also respect the fact that they do not stock oil change parts for my VW Golf TDI, but when I offered to supply the filter and oil they were willing.

I bought an all original 69 vette and I wanted to have a shop do a once over on it. Finding a shop that works on classic cars can be difficult, but luckily Hash was close to my house. Mr. Hash and his team looked it over and gave me a quote and a detailed list of what they would recommend doing to the car.They pulled the engine and transmission, installed new cam and engine components, replaced all engine seals, replaced my driveshaft, repaired suspension parts, cleaned the engine bay and much more. After picking my car up, I could tell a big difference in responsiveness and ride quality. I now trust the car for longer drives .The team texted me pictures during the repair journey and always answered the phone when I called. Im a guy that likes a lot of communication/updates, especially with my dream car. When they had to add more items to the list they told me before doing it and let me know the additional charges, no surprises.The project did take 5 months, but the weather has been so hot and I understood they had more than my car to work on; it was not a problem for me.Overall, I would recommend them because of their customer service and ability to fix what needs fixing. When I have the opportunity to do a full resto-mod I plan to bring it back to Hash!

My wife and her mother used to use this place before they started telling me what they were having done and how much it was costing them. Most recently my wife needed some new bolts to hold her liscense plate on the car. The guy they always spoke with said bring it on in and theyd do it for free. She comes home telling me they charged her $70 for new bolts. Were talking little bolts that cost a few pennies here. Thats straight up dishonest. I am still dealing with some of their sub par repairs to my wifes car years later.

Friendly service & reasonable price.

Hash Imports is a locally owned repair shop that I trust with my wallet. They have worked on 3 different vehicles of mine, 2004 Dodge Viper, 1966 hot rod mustang, and 2005 Hummer H2 SUT. Every time I left the shop after paying my bill I drove off with a big smile on my face because of how professional and friendly, and honest they are. They do incredible work, with a price that I personally believe is better than fair. Just because of the way you feel when you leave there, it’s not too often you can leave a repair shop and feel good about it. I highly recommend Hash Imports, they definitely earned my business. I have been so pleased with Hash Imports car service. I brought my Lexus in twice for a second opinion on work proposed by the dealership. They were more reasonably priced for work done, and in one case, informed me I did not actually need some of the expensive work that Lexus recommended. They have taken excellent care of my car and I am not even going back to the dealership anymore.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Hash for probably 20 years, ever since a neighbor recommended them. The fact that we have been loyal customers for so long tells you all you need to know about our opinion of them.

Hash has taken care of all my my vehicles and Harley for more than 10 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and cost effective. I would recommend Hash for anyones vehicles, especially European cars.

Over the last several years I have taken all four of our vehicles to Hash. BMW X5, Mini Cooper, VW Beetle, and Jeep Wrangler. Hash has no problem with any make and model. I have compared their prices to others and they are usually close to being the least expensive. But what matters most is that I trust them to fix it and fix it correctly. I never feel like I have been taken advantage of and I have never felt like just a number. They are a family style business and treat you like a family member. I have even referred all my friends and I would never refer someone to a place I don’t trust.It sucks to have to repair a vehicle but it’s a fact of ownership. Hash at least makes it feel a whole lot less painful. They even repaired the convertible roof on the wife’s Mini Cooper.Thanks Hash for all you do!!

I CONTRACTED Hash Imports to conduct a per-purchase inspection/2013 Mercedes SL550. Inspection was priced fairly, seemed thorough Mike and Josh were very easy to deal with...My Problem is that without my permission or any authority they (Hash Imports) shared the inspection results with the seller/Fisher Auto Sales...To be clear as I was negotiating a purchase price with Fishers owner, Payersh, he readily admitted having a copy of MY inspection report in hand... disturbing and unethical...

I moved to Fishers almost 4 years ago and had Hash Imports recommended to me via the NextDoor app. I have taken all of my vehicles there ever since. I have owned 3 Land Rovers in that time and they are the only ones other then myself that I will let work on my vehicles. They are always dependable and call before any work is done. They have never tried to up charge me after an estimate and if anything else comes up after the initial estimate they call before doing the extra work. Mike and his team are great at what they do and if you live in the area this is where you need to take your vehicles.

I own several sports cars and imports that sometimes require work above my skill set. In every case, Hash Imports, Inc has provided quality and timely service. I had a problem with a Chrysler Crossfire that two other auto shops could not address. I knew WHERE the problem was but not WHAT the real problem was or how to begin to repair the faulty part. Not a problem for the fine folks at Hash Imports, Inc. They analyzed the issues, called me with a price quote, and did the repair work for the price quoted.

We recently had to replace my 2001 Saab 9/3 convertible. I bought it new and kept it 17 years, only putting 111K miles on it. Hash was the only place I ever took it for mechanical repairs. They are honest, reasonable in cost, and always go above and beyond to help the customer. Mike is one of the most skilled front-end employees I have ever met. Yes, the Saab is gone, but they also saved my pocketbook, by looking at a car we were thinking of buying. They said, absolutely no to it, and they were absolutely right. If you ever have a complaint, dont walk away, they are great to work with you and will make things right. I highly recommend them and their work. A forever customer!

This guy took such good care of my mom when her car broke down on the interstate. He triple test drove to make sure it was safe to drive, and stayed pass his closing time to make sure everything was ok.Definitely recommend.

Extraordinary service! The mechanic stayed late to fit my emergency repair needs in among 2 1/2 weeks of scheduled repairs and had it ready within 24 hours after I dropper my car off on Monday morning. That saved me two days of rental car costs. Quality workmanship and very fair prices from a trustworthy auto repair shop! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Great repair shop for European cars. Honest and well trained. They take time to explain whats wrong with your vehicle and do not push for unnecessary repairs. Much better experience than most big name dealers. The service techs are proud of their work and will personally explain what they did if you request so.

Took my G37 to Hash for performance modifications. All work was done on time and as promised with updates from Josh along the way. After discovering that one of the stock parts on my car would not allow for proper camber adjustment, and with no after market part available, Hash recommended custom fabrication of the existing part (which is in process). How many shops have the know-how and willingness to take on a custom project? I couldnt be more pleased with the guys at Hash Imports.

Great independent shop and they really know European cars. I take an elderly Volvo to Hash for jobs I cant do or dont have time to do myself. Prices are very reasonable and I have never had a reason to doubt their judgment. Great customer service too.

I have lost count of the cars I have taken to hash. They go way above and beyond for their customers. I had an issue with my Volvo in Jackson Mississippi. Hash coordinated with the shop in Jackson to make sure they were giving me the necessary repairs. I wouldnt take my cars to anyone else....accept maybe in Jackson Mississippi.

I really dont know how this place earned 4.7 stars. I just took my car in to have the Blower motor fixed. The Blower motor that they put in, in March. I was charged $325 to replace something that they put in themselves 9 months ago. That made me upset. But didnt infuriate me. What really pushed me over the edge was, when I pick my car up, the Blower STILL DOES NOT WORK. Not like worked for a second then went out. But when I started my car the heat still doesnt blow out. Its December guys. And its in the 30s and below. This is Frickin ridiculous. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I have a 20 year old Volvo and used to go to the Volvo dealer for service. A friend recommended that I try Hash Imports. I did so and was very pleased with the result. I have gone to Hash exclusively for the past 3 years and have been very happy with the personal service for my vehicle and the personal treatment of me as an individual rather than a customer. It is the same reason I am a member of my Credit Union rather than a bank. If perception is reality, my perception is that Hash goes out of its way to save me both time and money and to see to it that I am completely satisfied on every visit whether it is routine service or something of greater significance. We have serviced our Saab and VW Jetta at Hash. They have always been extremely honest and upfront about what we could expect and when to expect it. We have never been let down, and everything is done through communication, at which they are great. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately my experience was not a happy ending story, however it was not because of the service and professionalism of Mike at Hash. He had to be the one to tell me that my motor was done. Not only did they squeeze my car in between appointments, they provided a lot of information about my problem and offered many options. I will definitely go back for service.

Hash just saved me a bunch of headaches! Was looking to buy a used Mustang, which looked and drove great. But they did a better inspection and found a lot of issues that would have haunted me for a long and expensive time. Also, theyre the only ones who service my 20 year old Z3 BMW!

I drive a Volvo XC70 Wagon and started bringing it to Hash Imports for service in July, 2015, after getting a recommendation from a friend who gets his Mercedes serviced there. After over two years, I have NO complaints about the job Hash is doing. They have provided excellent service at a fair price. Here we are in 2020 and I remain a loyal customer - I get the same excellent service at a fair price AND they are trustworthy people to deal with.

Honest, good work. I thought I had a $500 problem and took my car in letting them know what I thought it was. They called me back a few hours later and said with a little clean up they had fixed the problem for less that $50. Now they could have fixed what I thought was wrong and charged me $500 and I would NEVER have known. But that is not what they do at Hash. I will now be a long-term customer and I will send referrals their way whenever I can.Thanks Hash!

The experience was ok... My window was stuck all the way down the door panel. I was told the price would be 350.00 to replace motor before a diagostic was ever done. The part was ordered for the following day and it would take a couple of hours. Car was there overnight instead. Received a call from manager stating the motor was put in but I needed something else as well. Soooo... I was under the impression that an estimate would have been done prior to doing the work to find out what the issue was but I was charged 350.00 plus my window still didnt work. So, they just unplugged the motor so No one will let the window down and damage the motor and my window still doesnt work. He told me to come back and it would be an addiyional 200.00. So, I will be going back to my old service place Mears Auto! Thought I could get in faster but it pays to wait and receive great service you deserve. Very disappointed...😣😣😣

Josh was great about getting us scheduled in for some body work on our Volvo that involved removing and replacing a damaged rear bumper. What was going to take three months for a dealer body shop to schedule us in only took about a week with Hash Imports. The job was done in a day and came in below the phone estimated dollar amount.

The staff is very accommodating, honest and have integrity. I was hesitant at first to bring my car as I never heard of this place. It turned out to be the best place my car was ever serviced. This is now the 4th time I am using them for regular maintenance and other repairs on my 20 year old mercedes benz. They are very professional and I like the fact that I am able to bring my own parts for them to install. Repairs are completed on or prior to the promised date. If you are looking for a place that is not charging an arm and a leg on labor and would like your vehicle properly fixed without paying unnecessary extras, this is it. You will not regret it.

As someone who has wrenched on his own cars since back in the late 80s I am always hesitant to let anyone else repair my car. Over the last couple years I have started working with various shops on certain repairs or upgrades.I have found that some shops do try to get you to take on unneeded repairs. I am fortunate as a long time car DIY guy (having done everything including multiple engine swaps) that I usually have a detailed understanding of the repair and can easily see when they are trying to pull one on me.Hash didnt do that. They have been honest and fair. I cant say more than that other than that other than to compliment their customer service (all the guys were very easy to like and responsive any time I called or emailed).
