What a fantastic place. Friendly and courteous. My phone charger would not stay inserted into the phone charging port. I had been fighting the problem for a couple of months. They repaired it in five minutes and did not charge me. Highly recommend them. Will always go back when I need phone repair or advice on cell phones.

Dropped my note 9 off at 10:30 and was able to pick it up within 2 hours. Great service, but not ever having a screen replaced, I was a bit shocked at the price. But I chose this place due to great reviews and trusted they would fix my phone like new. They didnt disappoint. I would use them again if I ever needed repairs to my phone.

The tech on site was very thorough and did a great job at a reasonable price and they used genuine Apple OEM parts on the battery swap. This is the second repair they have done on our phones and each time they did a great job at a reasonable price. No complaints on the service!

I called the store, spoke to Brett, told him my issue of my Iphone not staying connected to the charger when you move the cable. He said there was a good chance that it just had dirt/lint in it. Told me to bring it to him, within 3 minutes, he cleaned it and the issue was fixed. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to there because of him.

I called about broken screen on tablet, was given price,timeframe etc. I dropped it off on a Saturday, and now 1 wk + 3 days have passed,still not fixed. I am the one who calls for updates, no one has called me. Parts sent to them were incorrect,but that happened within the 1st wk,& still no one reached out to me. I paid over 1/2 the fee upfront even. At this point,i should be owed some $ back if not all - the part cost. I live over 1 hr away, cant make trips there every other day to learn, not ready. Unprofessional to not notify customer with updates.Now have my tablet,works fine. Miscommunication was the only issue with this company. They do great work.

Brett was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went to a chain store to replace my battery in an IPhone and and was told I had to make appt for next week and they must replace the screen( very small crack in top left corner) to replace the battery. Brett told me it wouldn’t be necessary to do that.

We first went to another repair shop after calling and being told they could fix our iphone same day. After arriving we were then told it would not be ready until the next day. Fast forward a few minutes and we called CPR and spoke with Brett K. whom said he could definitely repair it today and within the hour. The repair process was efficient and professional from the initial call to the finished repaired phone. The location is easy to access off Mall Road and the interior of the space is very clean. I brought my daughters phone into them for a cracked screen! The guy who helped me was very friendly and personable! He assured me if my daughters screen did not work then he would only charge a convenience fee and again assured me if the screen was messing up after then they would refund me and put the original screen back on. They were not expensive and offered $10 off of a case. I definitely will go back to them for my repairs. My daughters screen is not working so I have to take it back but that is not fault of theres it is just the damage that was already there. I would definitely recommend them!

Good job replacing battery in my phone. Battery had to be ordered, but came in early. I am always annoyed when service places quote pie in the sky time estimates and then fail to meet those times. My time is valuable. Give me the realistic outside time and let me plan for it. This was not a problem with CPR. They told me to expect my battery in 7 to 10 business days. It came in in 4. I made an appointment to get the work done. I was told to expect an hour and a half. I dropped off the phone a half hour early. I came back in an hour and a half and the work was done. I broke the glass on my Samsung Galaxy yet again, so I went to the original store that did my first repair and was informed they were no longer allowed to take that kind of device. I did some quick searching and found CPR and called them.The technician there was courteous and he assured me that they could repair the device with no issues. As it was a custom order for the screen, they promptly ordered the part (after checking the device to ensure that was all that was needed). Had to have my Galaxy Note 8 screen replaced due to burn in, dead pixels, and small cracks in the top left corner. Googled screen repair, these guys were first in the list.Repair total was $380, which is roughly 30% the cost of the phone. I understand that Samsung parts arent cheap and the shop needs to make money. Just alerting those who may need the same repair. Typical iPhone screen will run you about the same price as Apple.I paid upfront, the screen arrived in 3 days. I scheduled a few days out for the repair. I had second thoughts on the appointment being so far out, called and got rescheduled for the day I called.Dropped my phone off at 3, it was ready by 5. Too exactly the two hours they said it would.Needless to say my phone is in a Defender Pro Otter Box now.But two weeks later, 0 issues with new screen. Hopefully I dont break this one, but if I do, I will definitely use CPR Cell Phone Repair again.

I’d like to thank the guys from CPR for doing a very professional job. I gave them a basket case after I installed a new screen myself. It had worked fine but when I dropped it about 6inches it went black. They replaced the screen again and had it working in less than 2 hours. Cost were fair.
