Pickup was very convenient. It took a few minutes longer than is usual at a retail location but you dont need to worry about your purchase being damaged in shipping. Another customer who was there at the same time as me had an issue where the cashier at a retail Best Buy had not properly completed the order. Thier pickup was delayed considerably but the warehouse staff got it worked out. If you plan on picking up here be sure the order is done correctly and you bring ID. I used the online system and everything went smoothly. My wife completed the order and selected me as the pickup person. At the warehouse they simply checked my order number and state issued ID.
Worst warehouse in the DFW metroplex for a big truck driver. Super slow unloading process, appointment doesnt matter to warehouse. Also nowhere to park the truck and absolutely no facilities for the drivers. Drivers relieving themselves between cars in parking lot, answering the call of nature.
Super easy. You buy online and its ready for pick up at the warehouse in an hour. Drove there ... checked in ... reversed I to a loading dock and a best buy employee helped load onto my truck. In and out in under 10 minutes. And I bought a full sized upright freezer. Staff was more than helpful!
Bought a fridge online that promised to be ready within an hour for pick up, well 10 minutes after I purchased the fridge it was ready. Clear signage directs you where to go and they easily load it in your vehicle (they do NOT tie down anything, so be sure to bring that with you). Overall a great buying/pick up experience

I was greeted by a very nice woman who worked hard to get my order ready. The warehouse workers were respectful of my time, very helpful and courteous. Everyone was very mindful of the fragile television I was picking up and did a fantastic job loading it in my truck. The lobby, parking lot and warehouse were all very clean. The only reason i took a star off is because I waited about 25 minutes after I recieved the email telling me my order was ready to pick up. The people I dealt with were fantastic!
Dont arrive early to unload, they will turn you away. 3 hours to unload. Check in is super slow.

3/1/21 Chaos! Drivers block entrance for the docks and the clerk inside takes too long to handle paper work which in turn piles the drivers out side.I been waiting 40 mins to try and dock my truck because drivers park anywhere they want. And too many drivers at once. They do not know how to schedule deliveries.Another thing making us give us our license during a pandemic is negligence and dangerous for all. The less contact the better!

Its nice that this place is here, giving people the option to pick stuff up here if you cant get it elsewhere, but please hear me, if you have another option, dont pick up here..Its pretty horrible, the process is slow, people make it even worse with everyone worried that someone else is going to get up to the dock before them, because you have to go into the office first, then back to your car and wait your turn to pull up to the dock. It just breeds chaos.In the future Ill likely choose a delivery option instead of going to the warehouse.

Easy in and out. Walked inside, and the woman at the counter asked for the order number, and to see my ID. Very pleasant and friendly, she gave me a paper to show the guys loading, so they know Im getting the right product. Waited a few minutes for another customer to get loaded, then backed up to the door, showed my paper, they loaded my TV and that was it!
Easy pick up of my order. Showed my DL to verify my identity for pick up of my order. Then backed up to the roller door, they came out and checked my info. Put my order in the back of my suv and off I went.

Good people. Friendly and willing to help. Parking is OK if you have an early drop and you arrive after hours, the night before. Otherwise its challenging at best once it gets busy.
The lady at the front was very helpful and shes super sweet. The warehouse guys that help load up your items are the coolest people ever. Once your order is brought to the loading door, employees in the warehouse are super fast and very nice.The only downside: the work order to the warehouse is very slow. they also have a drive-up for larger trucks in the same location for customer pickup so that might be why it takes so long to get your items.I think theres only four Warehouse people that are loading and unloading those big trucks while trying to find regular customer items to bring to the front

First of all, this is in fact a warehouse just as the name implies so expect to find it in a warehouse complex. Also, be sure to look for and follow the signs labeled Customer Pickup because Google maps doesnt take you directly to the pickup area just yet. Youll find the pickup area to the rear of the warehouse building. It is a small office with a few chairs, a water dispenser, and a television. Once inside youll present your ID and wait for the warehouse folks to pull your order. When theyre ready youll backup your vehicle to a ramp right next to the pickup office and theyll load you up. Everything went smoothly for me but it did take about 10 minutes to pull my order.
Its bad service people that work there are so slow in loading and unloading trailer. They are rude and treat you. Bad I dont know why headquarters dont go and see how they work especially at the receiving department
Quick and simple. The guys were extremely professional and courteous. A lot easier than dealing with the store if you know what you are looking for.
Pick up closed from 1 - 3pm. OK, then we check in and wait, after 15 min ask how long, oh sorry they are in a meeting. Why wasnt that communicated? Couldnt your meeting be between 1 - 3pm? Now its 3:25 and still no sign of anyone bringing out items for the 4 people waiting to pick up merchandise. Its paid for so we cant just walk away. Only gave 2 stars because the front desk girl wasn nice.
Receving starts at 5:30am. Theyre pretty efficient of getting you unloaded. You need to show your drivers license and have a delivery number. Theres no place to spend the night, there property is too crowded so I went across the street to the other Warehouse and parked.

Very disappointed in Best buy. Theyre trying to sell an exercise bike for double what it goes for at any other store. When I tried to price match itthey refused because it was out of stock at some of the stores then stated that the model number doesnt match. When I pointed out that the model did matchbut they had an incomplete model number in their system they then refused saying that though they match online prices they cant match any prices for stores I cannot pick it up today. Apparently Best buy doesnt want my business and will do anything they can to worm their way out of their own price match guarantee

Going to pickup a TV for my boss. Company purchase. In a company van, and a company shirt. The girl inside received the order at 1349. I arrived at 1630. She had rushed through the process when the order was dispatched. She clicked picked up 3.5 hours before I got there. Couldnt take the TV with me. Nothing could be done.After 90 minutes of back and forth, that was the BEST BYE Ive said all years year. I normally would never say this, but if you do spend your money there, stick to the retail stores. Stay away from the warehouse.

I am literally speechless with this bad customer service.My surface pro was repaired and returned without the original charger and keyboard. We have called customer derived 800 and have been transferred to so many other numbers and nobody can solve the issues.This store never picked up the phone call!!!

I needed a pedestal for the new washer that was being delivered today. Best Buy claimed on Google to have 2 pedestals available for pick up at this store. I went in and asked if they had the pedestal for me to purchase & take with me, as I had an installer coming at 1:45 pm to install my new washer and wanted to have them put it on the correct pedestal for me. The associate said no, they did not have any in the store (...despite what Best Buy claimed on Google shopping), but that I could purchase it and drive 15 min over to their warehouse and pick it up. I did so and when I reached the warehouse the woman in tbe office said the order had not been processed yet and she did not know when it would be. At this point I left so that I could get home in time for the delivery of my washer. If Best Buy is not going to stock items in their stores, that is fine with me, but I dont think they should state that items are available to pick up there if they are not on site ...(or at the very least give a truthful estimate of the amount of lead time necessary in order to pick an item up from the store).
The new way to purchase your major appliances. If you need to the Home Depot up the street rents delivery vehicles by the hour. Why wait 2 weeks for delivery when you can get what you want here and now!
I didnt even wanted to give this place a star. I was making a delivery not only was I here on time but the people here take for ever to unload their freight. if you dont make your appointment be ready to re schedule for a week later. they are really demanding on being on time but they keep you here for more than 4hrs every time you might deliver. I had a pick up scheduled already and now iam late to it and caught on Dallas traffic because of the way the people here at this best buy dc work.
For truck drivers,No overnight parking on facility but you can park on warehouse across the street. Check in by dock 23, 1 hour in and out offloaded

If I could, Id rate this place with 0 stars! The delivery drivers are the most incompetent people Ive ever had to deal with. Today is Saturday. Initially, the delivery was scheduled in-store for delivery on Monday between 4p -6p. They sent an email on the delivery date stating it would be delivered between 12-2pm. After missing the first delivery I specified to customer service that no one will be home until AFTER 4. Delivery was rescheduled 3 days later between 4-6p. The date of 2nd delivery, the driver called around 2pm stating they could deliver early. I explained to him that I was at work & wouldnt be home until after 4. Needless to say, I STILL didnt receive my product. No follow-up phone call to let me know they were on the way or anything. They lied like they came by, but didnt. We tried rescheduling AGAIN for the next day & the customer service rep said the next delivery availability wouldnt be until another few days, so we ended up having to pick up the appliance from a the distribution warehouse. Clearly these people are incapable of thinking logically or following simple instructions. What a waste of time & energy.

Had a TV delivered. Due Friday. Said they could not access the building but I came to find out actually they were in the wrong building (Thus did not answer the door). I called back and they were too far to come back. I asked for delivery the next day and their schedule was too full. I was able to get an inconvenient time on the following Monday. Next time i buy something I’m renting a truck. Should have listened to grandma “free things usually cost more than things you pay for”.

Went all the way to the best buy warehouse for their major sales. Most things I found were about 10% off. Some items were damaged and barely 20% off. The entire selection of products was very limited, and it only took me 10 minutes to see everything they had. Was very disappointed that I drove out here for nothing.
No phone to reach them. Sent us home after driving 30 minutes because they were cleaning and we couldn’t pick up our stuff. Get a phone!

Had an interview and they said they would call me or email me in a few days for a second interview. I called back a couple days later and they said one more day until their first round was finished. Never heard from them, called them again and left them a voicemail. At least have the courtesy to send an email or something if you are going to be doing customer service.

Scheduled delivery window 4-8.Worst people I have ever had to deal with. I get a call saying they are 5 minutes away from my house At 4:00. I tell the driver i am 35-40 mins away in traffic now and was supposed to have a 30 min courtesy call. He says ok he will wait. As soon as we hang up the dispatch calls me and says he can only wait 15 mins. I say i recieved no courtesy call amd she says she will call me back. On the call back I have Lynette telling me she got text message pictures saying they called at 3:15. Which is untrue, I just talked to the driver. And that they wont wait. The lady was rude and inferred I was lying. I will be cancelling all Best Buy orders I have where they allow this distribution center to act like this. Rude lady.Edit: I have recieved an edited image that clearly has a 1 edited over the 5 to make it look like they called 40 mins before they did. I wish i could post the image on here it looks like it was done in MS Paint. Does anyone monitor these? Best buy? Anyone?
Employees are nice but lazy as hell got there with an appointment at 1130 am didn’t left until 3 pm !!! Ridiculous!! And if you missed the appointment forget it they will reschedule for a week later missed my appointment due to the fact that where i got loaded finished late and run out of hours thanks to the eld and my appointment was Thursday and got rescheduled until Monday

Check in was OK , after checked in they give u a door , right away, back up all the way in to the door , wait them to cut seal , u dont know when they gonna come to cut it ,have to seat in your truck watch the light all the time ! nothing else u can do ! finally after 1.5hrs they cut my seal , and the guy tole me have to move to another door , because there is no room for my load 。by the way my appointment time was 2pm checked in 1 pm I was surprised unloading was fast ,only toke one hour , but I see other truck who came before me still waiting there!
