I bought a part from hdsupply that said it was compatible with the stove I need to fix and it wasn’t. Now I got a part that doesn’t fit anywhere. Best part is they were so long to order my first part, I wasn’t under the impression that it was cancelled and then they sent me two parts and won’t take them back. Which I understand for the one I tried to install but they over is still in it’s dumb box. I would have happily paid double if the part worked. It’s insult to injury

Not a good place to work. They see one flaw and they cut your pay and move you to a section they know you will fail. If you have any car trouble and dont have a car hope to whoever that you have money for a uber/lyft or whatever to get you there. Car trouble is not excused and covid testing isnt either especially when THEY tell you that they need two negatives to go back to work and failed to mention it when you were out the first time.

I wish i could give this company negative stars. On multiple occasions the same driver has almost cost me and my unborn child our life. He is extremely dangerous and should not be out on the road!! Is this really a company you want to work with that would have no regard for the lives they are putting at risk?! Something needs to be done about it. I am reporting it to US TX dot amongst others so that this will be put to a stop! There is absolutely nothing ok with what this driver is doing. Ive also reported it to corporate.

Dont be fooled, this address its wrong...550 Lakeside Parkway its correct indeed. The place you want to be its in the opposite side of the massive over 1M square feet building. Go south on Garden Ridge Rd 1/4 mile. You will see the end of the building with a big sign HD Supply in the roof (check pictures ) I took me 15 or so knocking doors to figure it out. Youll thank me for it...

Worse management an organization ever

Worst customer service ever! You ask to speak to a supervisor they still put you on the phone with someone else (Solutions Department) as if it isnt bad enough that they sent you a case of toilet tissue instead a case of doggie bags like you ordered. Ive had way too many miss picks and deliveries not sent on time I am so done with them. Goodbye HD! Hello Maintenance Supply!

I am a property manager. Dont use them. HD Supply is the worst. You have to follow these crazy order guidelines, and it takes FOREVER to receive your order. Oh, and if you call to cancel an order, even if it hasnt left the warehouse, they cant do it. I even had to clarify that I had to wait to receive the order then waste my time calling back to schedule a return pickup. Worthless. That is what this company is. Try Wilmar or Maintenance Supply that can get your products to you the same day.I placed my order online the night before with HD Supply -- definitely before 10am the next day to receive it the same day. Instead they say it will be the 29th, because I didnt order it before 10am. And they arent affiliated with Home Depot anymore. About 10+ years ago, they were, but they kept the HD to not cause any confusion. To me, it looks like the company is trying to bank off of Home Depots better reputation. Take note that all the good reviews are from 2+ years ago when the company actually cared about customer service.UPDATE: They did call me back to tell me they were able to cancel my orders for me, so they wouldnt have to have another person come pick them up. ... Wow, your company called me to tell me that you are saving money by not doing something stupid, and I still dont have the products I need... Good call, HD.
