Zero stars. These people are not running the store. Rumor is they are always out to lunch. Terrible terrible not even an answering machine or note on the door. I drove 50 miles to find it closed with no explaination.

Went to get a new unlocked phone turned on. Was given one price over the phone got to the store and was given a different price. Switched over my phone which I appreciated, put on my screen protector which I also appreciated. Left the store only to notice my service is going in and out. My 4G LTE was going in and out to just 4G. Call the store and she immediately said that she cannot do anything to help me. I have to go to a major store. Went to a major store and she had to reprogrammed it. Girl from side store left it riding on the T-Mobile network so my services was horrible. People at the corporate store fixed up my phone and now Im good to go. I think Im going to just go to the corporate store from now on. She got her money and could care less about my phone or my service and didnt even attempt to help me. But thanks for putting on my screen protector thats all she did that was helpful!

The service provided by the personnel is excellent ALL the time. Friendly, courtesy, patience and polite. A senior who has come in numerous times asking questions. Not once have the personnel not taking the time to help me. Folsom Metro PC is the place to go!

Ive been coming to this location for years and Ive never had a problem with the staff or services. They are very friendly and very helpful.

Every time I come to this store they are NEVER open at 10am. They are always 30 min to an hour late, its ridiculous. I have reported them and made a complaint. Do not go to this store!

Worst metro store I HAVE EVER visited, and Ive been a metro customer for over a decade. Constant issues when trying to pay a bill here or pretty much do anything, i.e. no correct change, computer system down constantly, and the female clerk here is as rude as they come. Do Not Use this store under any circumstances

Always quick and friendly service!! The employees could be a little more knoweledgable though. They answered with, I dont know a time or two but always smiling and friendly

I got them in October, I was told my services would be available where I lived. 10mins away from the store. Got home and I had none. They lied to me for a month. They were telling me they were fixing it. Until 1 day till my services were due again. I finally after 4 people the 5th told me the truth and by then I was to pissed off. I switched to at&t and I love it.

I got there at 6 on a wednesday but it was already closed. Disappointed

Ok 1st I wish I had known MetroPCS SUCKS in Santa Cruz! (LITERALLY DOESNT WORK IN SANTA CRUZ NEITHER AT U.C.S.C. OR SURROUNDING CITIES) Ive had 3 different phone so it Definitely the service (or LACK THERE OF) (PS Sprint is Worse) VERIZON is the ONLY CARRIER that works down there. As far as this store goes have been to this store 4 times (STAY AWAY FROM PLACERVILLE STORE PRICES ARE 2X MORE UP THERE for the same phone!!!) I drive 20 miles (I live in Placerville) to go here they have ALWAYS been so helpful. 1st I purchased a Cool Defiant phone (worst phone EVER!!!) brought it back and purchased a Samsung on5 (so-so) No questions asked I cant remember her name but Sales Rep was very helpful and just yesterday purchased a LG20 (will update after some use) Moe (Sales Rep) was AWESOME VERY Helpful explained to me about ALL the new Deals MetroPCS has (I just wanted more memory didnt know about deals) anyway I saved over $30 on the LG. Will be going to this store for ALL MY MetroPCS needs.

Called in advance to make sure they were open, arrived less than 10 minutes later and no one was in the store, Open sign on, doors locked. Waited out side with 2 little kids for over 1/2 hour before leaving.. You just lost 300.00 sale or more!!! SMH!!!
