The staff are courteous and very professional. Big selection of phones, I was in and out in a timely manner.
T-Mobile is the best I have encountered I have been in the old days Sprint PCS, Metro PCS, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost and now T-Mobile and if you think about it ok so metro is better because affiliated with T-Mobile why wouldnt you just go to T-MOBILE I am on a single line Magenta Max Plan and yeah it costs a little more but it actually doesnt because I have a ton of hot spot that would cost a fortune any where else and the mist important my phone data DOES NOT slow down I stream in HD and have not dropped a call or lost service once and at the slowest my phone data has been is faster than boosts fastest now the customer service is outstanding I believe his name was Ivan took his time to help me and get me signed up and all set up with what I needed awnsered all questions was a excellent representative bof the company and customer service

Yesterday, I wasnt allowed in the store because of COVID customer restrictions. A rep came out and I told him which phone I wanted to purchase. We conducted the contactless transaction outside on his tablet. When I got home, my emailed receipt showed an undisclosed $20 upgrade support charge. Called today and was told this is a fee they charge customers who come to the store. It was never mentioned. I could have bought the same phone down the street at Best Buy or Amazon for the same price and no upgrade support charge. I was told I could return the phone (which is being shipped to me because they didnt have it in the store) but theres a restocking fee. So, save yourself $20 and buy your phone elsewhere! I dont think I should have to pay $20 for the privilege of buying a phone from my cell phone carrier!
Honestly dont think everyone there is competent. Person didnt offer any alternative and sent us out the door.
Today my husband and I went into the Folsom store and worked with Brad Glenn in getting a new phone Brad was pleasant and extremely helpful setting up our account and my phone. Sprint is lucky to have such an informative and customer oriented employee working for them. Request him when going to Folsom you won’t regret it.

We came in closer to closing time tonight. I have to say that I expected a different level of service, but I am happy to say that Ivan (the person who helped us) went above and beyond to answer all of our questions despite the fact that they were about to close. He was very helpful, polite, and efficient while signing up new service and assisting in the purchase of 2 new phones.
They are very kind but anyone in the store is not an expert with the tmobile expert badge.I am so disappointed with the their problem solving technique.
I have totally been meaning to write a review on behalf of my experience with Kurtis there a couple months ago. He was very accommodating when my phone stopped working. I needed a phone and couldnt wait for the two days to have a replacement shipped to me. I thought to just spend the money on a new phone. Instead, he offered to fulfill the replacement request but loaned me an extra phone a Samsung J3 star, from the back for the mean time. I always get great customer service from the store and the call centers. Theres no problem ever. 12 years strong with T-Mobile.

Nestor and Monica are beyond awesome. They were willing to stay past closing to help us get a better deal that what we had with att. Even m though they got busy while getting us on a plan, they still were attentive to us and to other customers as well. Definitely my home store.

Went there to add a line. The guy ended up removing my number while activating the new line. Cant believe how careless the employee was. Had to call T-Mobile to get my number recovered before it was too late. Never going here again!

7/3/17Christopher, the regional director for T-Mobile, contacted me. He apologized on behalf of this store and made it right. This is exactly the kind of customer service you want, but rarely ever see anymore. Id give him 5+ stars if I could, but this review is for the store, so I can only go up to 3.6/25/17I purchased a new Galaxy S8 yesterday from this store. I had to decide between an unlocked version from Best Buy ($100 off promotion) or whatever promotion T-Mobile was running. I was sold on being able to purchase a $250 Samsung 360 degree Gear camera for only $49. I registered for the promotion the same day, and the next morning was notified by email that the promotion was already over. So, essentially, they used an expired promotion to get my business, and then wouldnt honor it. I was told that it was a Samsung promotion, and theres nothing they could do. They only showed me the physical camera and gave me the in-store flier that shouldnt even still be available. My only option is to return a phone that I spent the day getting set up. Anyone ever get a new phone? How long did it take you to set up and make yours again? So, I will be speaking with a manager tomorrow, and small claims court thereafter if I cant get satisfaction. This is not only pretty unethical, but Im pretty sure this borders on criminal?
Not even a half of a star! You will just end up at another location anyways. The people working this store are just waiting for the end of the day and their paycheck! No care for the customers from the employees including the manager! Employees will smile and nod while putting a couple hundred extra dollars on your account and manager will ask you what you personally would like for him to do about it! A waist of time and money and breath..... Palladio right down the street is much more understanding and more doing for customers than this location! More items in stock and fixes many of the problems that this location causes!
There is always a long wait! Thats the only minus point. The tall guy with funky hair (LOL I dont remember his name!) always be the representative who takes care of us. Hes very friendly and helpful.
I worked with few folks and they all are very knowledgeable and very courteous! Best experience I have had in a phone store ever! Specially working with Brandon and Seth!

Non friendly sales rep!! laid back attitude with very little tech knowledge, bunch of young group,whom are there for the hours to pass by and get a salary. If you like T Mobile stores try to avoid this one, a nightmare for our entire family experience. Hope the manager of it would replace the personal or he/she will be replaced!! Future of it will remain to be determined. Not a pleasurable place!

The manager, Ashley, is a disgrace to all in Folsom. Please, give her more training in customer service, she needs it. As usual, it took a call to T-Mobile to resolve.
Went in there to simply to check out the store the phones and talk to a rep about there plans. The guy that helped me was super nice and straight forward and I didnt feel pushy or anything else. If I switch to T-Mobile I will come shop here.
Making your customers wait too long assumes their time is invaluable.
They are always a knowledgeable, couteous and friendly staff. Most importantly they try to accommodate your needs as a customer.

Went in for a new phone today and Ray was very helpful and provided good customer service.
I damaged my phone and got a replacement, therefore I needed to transfer all of my contacts, images, apps, etc . Im not very teach savy, therefore I went into the store to ask them if they can do it for me. As soon as Iasked them, oh, just downloaded the app and you can do it by yourself . After telling him I was aware of that, but that I needed some assistance, he then again repeated well its better if you just do it yourself, these thing can take pretty long and you can do it at home again, after the back and forth, he said ok well I can just get you started in here and then you can go, it will keep transferring the files . I was starting to feel like they didnt even want to bother with me, so I said, sure that would be fine. Turns out it only took 10 minutes and in the meantime I asked him a few questions, and the responses were full of I dont know and didnt seem to care. The responses he did know, he would answer them in a very rude manner . And at some point I felt like I was being lectured because he thought I had too many photos on my phone ! The entire time I was there I could not help but feel that Stewart wanted me to leave as soon as possible when they clearly werent even busy. This is the first time Ive had encounters here where the employeesender there have a total lack of interest to help me, both on the phone and in person. Poor customer service !

I had a very bad experience with this store...i spoke to a representative called antony in the store i buy a new i phone 5s.... He was feeling irritated when i ask questions about the phone.Beyond that the T mobile people took 2 days to activate my mobile internet connections after i paid for it.... I prefer to avoid this store next time....
