Went in to pay off my phone. The lady at the desk was by herself, but totally calm and collected with a few people in the building. She was helpful and friendly. Plus we had the same text tone which was a funny thing to share!

Chris was super helpful came in with a broken phone that I thought I would lose all my data on but Chris Ball recoverd all my contacts and images and was able to transfer it to knew android from my iPhone. He was super intuitive about all the information on phones and all the products his store carried. Was able to help me get a great pair of headphones that were still reasonably priced and an awesome screen protector and phone case over all my experience was awesome and I will go out of my way to go back to this Verizon over another one that I have been to.

5 stars for the excellent customer service! Chris was able to set me up with my new iPhone very fast and made the process pleasant, easy, and smooth. He was very knowledgeable about the product and assured he would be able to answer any questions if I ran into an issue. You will leave here happy any satisfied!

Best experience weve had buying phones and switched to new unlimited plans. Couldnt be happier. Even with one of two phones not in stock they went to another store to go get it for us while our phones backed up!

Madison was extremely helpful and patient. We arrived with a problem phone that would not charge properly. She and the very helpful manager looked and options and suggested a new phone, rather than just getting a new problem with an insurance rebuilt phone at about the same price. Then we had to take some time to transfer photos/ contacts (a lot) onto the new phone and get my wifes phone fixed up also. There for about 2- hours, but we got it done. Thanks so much.

Ordered a phone 2 days ago. Got a call this morning confirming that they had it and they where open till 630pm. I drove 30+ minutes and stood outside of the locked door for a half an hour until 615pm. No employees in the building.

Worse experience I have ever had in purchasing a phone some of the most unprofessional people including the owners are running this business, Reason this business runs so bad because it is independently owned.
