Horrible wait time. Came yesterday 10 minutes until closing and was turned away and told to come back the next day. Came back the next day and was told there were two people ahead of me in line. An hour goes by and still two people ahead of me. WTH?!!!! Stay away from this store if at all possible! Try another location. It will save you hours of your life going to a different location.

Disappointed, with poor service. I stopped at the store early in the day to upgrade my phone. I was greeted at the door, and a representative asked if I had an appointment. I told her I did not but I knew what I wanted one of only two phones if you would show me I’ll buy one. She asked me to wait, went inside. She came back out and told me I could come back at 1:30 which was an hour and 45 minutes later for an appointment but otherwise she could not help me. I could not tell you what was happening inside of that store but as a business owner I think to myself I would sure as hell real deep if I read this.ThanksDavid Craig

Scheduled in person appointment and was able to make it for same day. That was nice. It was a bummer that they did not have any of the phones I was interested in on display. I had to wing it with a picture on screen. They do offer a test period so if I do not like the phone chosen it can be returned for a $50 restocking fee. Our advisor was very friendly.

Tried calling the store phone number so I could buy an iphone. All my attempts kept routing to some agent not at this store. I dont remember my pin so they couldnt verify me. Tried sending me a link that wouldnt work/load. Its as if they dont want new customers or to sell $1000 phones to existing customers. Ive been a customer for maybe a decade but now am looking to switch away from this terrible company

Went by to see about a new phone. Saw a big guy standing at the door not letting you in. Decided not to try any contact. Went over to the AT&T store and they were allowing people in (wearing masks). Seems Verizon is going a little overboard on the COVID thing. Seriously considering changing my service to AT&T. Their coverage seems about the same as Verizon and at least they are not making customers feel uncomfortable just going into a store. Verizon, in case you didn’t know, people are shopping in stores again, going to restaurants to eat, and not being met by intimidating employees not allowing access to your store. If you are so concerned about the virus why don’t you just shut you doors completely until the danger has passed?

Folks at this store are disconnected with their corporate office. Gave wrong information on pricing. They told me to go signup online when I went to the store and pick up sim card the next day at the store to save on activation fees. But, when I went the next day to pick up sim card they wouldnt give me because I placed the order online. They are no better than AT&T! Dont waste time with Verizon - especially this corporate outlet in Folsom.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced!I went in with my mom at 6:30pm to purchase her a new iPhone. As we are in the middle of a transaction, I step out to take a call, as I try to come back in the door is locked (6:59)! My mom is still in there along with several other customers, so I knock on the door expecting them to open, but the manager, Nathan, stares at me and starts making hand signals. I wait until a customer leaves the manager opens the door for them and I ask why arent you letting me in? He exclaims that our policy is no one can come in once the doors are locked!!! I reply: my mom is in there and we arent finished with our business. At this point my mother comes out, wondering what is going on with me, the manager jumps in the doorway to block her path too! We ask him what is his problem, he claims its the store policy and we should make an appointment for tomorrow! My moms Christmas present was ruined by this obnoxious behavior! I have 13 lines with Verizon being loyal for 15 years and was going to add 2 more lines for my boys. I also have footage of the encounter, which I will be posting online immediately. All my friends and family will not be going to this location. I hope corporate is aware of this store and it embarrassing Verizons reputation!In addition we had to drive to a different location, to take the phone out of the box (which we didnt even get to in the first store!!) just to learn they hadnt even activated it, as it was under pending! They had to call corporate and finish their job. Even the other store said they probably just wanted the sale. It is a shame Verizon, a prestigious company would have such poor mannered man, manage one of its stores. Say goodbye to a loyal customer!

Went to store for replacement of glass cover on iPhone 6s screen, simple problem. Sales person indicated that they could only sell the glass, but not install it. Sales person suggested that I could install or go to Best Buy and have them install. (I have had this product fixed at another Verizon store, and they did a great job). Went to Best Buy and wait time was about 20 minutes, so went home and installed the glass, and got a lot of lint on screen after carefully cleaning it. Called the other Verizon store and bought a new glass cover and they installed it perfectly. Sales rep there indicated they were not liable for imperfect installation but would do it. Did a perfect job. Will never use the Folsom store.

The overall facility was well maintained and there were several employees on site, which made the visit somewhat quick. Was looking for some Pixel XL accessories and upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and directed to where I could find the accessories I was looking for. Had to ask if they had some clip accessories for the Pixel XL as they were not out on display.There was a bit of delay due to a technical difficulty, but they were eventually able to determine that they did not have what I was looking for. I did buy one accessory, which they were able to ring me up fairly quickly and I was out the door about 20 minutes after I had arrived.

Had a great experience at the Folsom store, Gwynne was on top of everything from showing my wife and I features on our new I phone 11s to all of the promotions Verizon offers. Even presented us with the Jetpack Plan with is saving us lots of $s compared to our old internet service! Doug who took my call a couple days later was also very helpful and answered my questions regarding the Jetpack. I was traveling and my S8 wasnt charging correctly. Stopped in this store and they diagnosed it was my charger, not the phone (whew!). They didnt have another cord without an adaptor so they gave me theirs. I am able to charge without issue now. Rock solid customer service!

Im only giving one star simply because the staff particularly one woman who works there sold me $1,000 Google pixel XL phone which I love. #Teampixel I love Google Google is the best. And theyre always making it better. When I went to pick out my case for my phone she said the phone case that I had chosen was very expensive but I should pick a different one and she picked it out for me and told me that this one was much cheaper went in fact she was up sailing me and in doing so she had to lie to me to get me to buy this other phone case in the meantime the phone case wouldnt fit on my phone my phone was damaged before I got out to my vehicle in front of the store which there for I had to insurance my phone spending another $200 in turn the case that she upsold me that would not fit on my phone in fact the case I wanted was cheaper than what she picked for me. This woman I hope shes reading this review if I didnt have respect her name would be all over this post. I dont believe this whole Verizon store should be penalized for one persons motives.

I had been having problems with my car charger, so I stopped by this store with the cord. There were a number of customers already in the store being helped, but they still tool the time to check in with me. After only a couple minute wait, the manager came up and checked the charger, and without any further questions replaced my charger instantly, with having me wait for a receipt. We were switching providers due to our old provider accidentally turning off the internet on my unlocked phone. We had been contemplating switching due to many network/connection/ bad tech and customer support but we were nervous about there not being much of a difference. I am so glad we switched just for the customer service alone. Store staff at the Palladio area in Folsom was very professional and courteous. There were many people ahead of us, but every few minutes someone came over to see if we needed anything and apologized for the wait. We walked around the store while we waited. The store was very clean and organized. Customers were being taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner. The environment was again professional yet warm and friendly. The gentleman helping us took time to answer questions and talk us through the plan differences without making us feel pressured. The staff member assisting us had actual knowledge of their products : hardware and software- a big difference from our last provider. He also sent his business card to my husband in case we needed anything. Thank you to the palladio folsom store for all of your help. You definitely put on a great face for your company.

Non cooperative staff. Purchased prepaid connection with the being my own device. While ordering I confirm with sales rep that I can order the prepaid sim and port my postpaid number to prepaid. After I received I tried to activate the service calling Verizon 3-4 time but they can’t activated. They don’t know how to activate and so finally I end up wanting to return the prepaid sim back which says I can return. Online rep asked me to return in store as they can’t allow through mail. Store guys clearly said they can’t process return in store. I ask them to connect me to online rep. They tried and the online rep still can’t able to point me to correct rep. The store manager Amanda she also finally didn’t help me out. Just to return prepaid sim back she was asking me to provide my postpaid number. That’s ridiculous I can’t understand why she need my postpaid number. Long story short would never visit store again nor recommend anyone. First time bad experience but finally fed up with Verizon and moving to AT&T.

We just had the absolute worst experience with this store on Iron Point Road in Folsom. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, we closed our account. From the sales representative to the assistant manager, we were treated so poorly. We have never experienced such rude and argumentative service from Verizon. This was so bad, there was no way we could/would continue our service with Verizon. We switched carriers right away and it actually was quite beneficial for us as we are saving a lot of money for more service. Nonetheless, it is quite a shame that verizon has this team leading the folsom store. I would hate for any other customer to have the type of service that we received.

LIARS. Told me I could add a line to reduce price on a replacement phone and then add my daughter to that line. Didnt happen that way, they just added another line for her and discovered on my new bill. Now they tell me after a 2 hour visit that I have to either continue paying 40 extra a month or pay a 200 fee.
