What is the purpose of having people work at a store if they just direct you to call their customer service? Who...by the way... tell you to call 3 different phone numbers and still dont help you. This is one of the many reasons Ive been on hold for over an HOUR trying to cancel our account.

I get things can be absolutely stressful with Covid on top of that having the new iPhone max drop I believe things can get super hectic. However the manager last night did a phenomenal job maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping his employees busy. Was super impressed with all the staff there yesterday. As I looked around everyone was in a super good mood and happy to help. Hats off to the manager I get home things can be stressful, and as managers we need some recognition for the hard work we do. Keep it up!

Shane the manager is a real gem. He is always helping me with my phone as I have low vision nearly blind totally and I depend on certain settings in order to communicate with my family and friends. I had recently stopped into Verizon to make a cash payment. Since the auto machine was down at the time, I waited to make a payment in person. I thought that I was making a certain amount in a payment and Rob (who I was working with) said that I was actually $20 less than I thought. I assumed I was the one that was disorganized. The next day, I listened to a voicemail that I had. It was Rob telling me that after I left, they had found the $20 on the bench that I was sitting on. He stated that he would put it in their safe and I could either come get the $20 or call and they would apply it to my account. I think this is super rare. I have been on the fence about switching providers and seriously something as simple as this has made me want to stay with Verizon and take the time to write the review. Thank you!

Bought a phone for my wife for Christmas and specifically stated, and was acknowledged, three times, that the phone was a gift and not to be turned on. It was on. Also, could not get contacts to transfer (which isn’t what I had planned on doing with a house full of people). Went to the store and not only was the guy completely rude, but he offered no help whatsoever and didn’t seem to care that the phone was intended to be a gift for Christmas morning, but had been turned on. Horrible customer service.

Staff is always friendly and very helpful. I have had cell phones for the better part of 25 years now, been with a few different carriers, and although Verizon may be a little more expensive than others, its well worth the money. Service of the system, staff-everything is worth the money. Keep up the excellent job folks!

Activated a tablet and was very impressed with the way the agent took care of me. When I walked in the store they were very busy. I was greeted by an employee and stated that it would be a couple of minutes. All it took was about 5 minutes and it was nice to know that they take customers in the order they arrive. My verizon service is awesome. I cant believe the data speeds in Fond du Lac!!! After being a loyal customer of Sprint for 12 years, with many billing problems, I am pleased to say that Verizon is the perfect choice. Thanks, Tom

Checked in and waited for just over a half hour to purchase S10. Was told they had 2 people in front of us. After the half hour we left. I did get to see the S10 but cord was so short you had about 3 or 4 inches to pull the phone out. The clips interfered with actual function buttons. Not an awful experience but not great either.

I bought a Samsung Fast Charge a week ago. After hunting for a week, I believe condensation caused it to not charge and completely stop working. This store replaced it no questions asked and were completely friendly during the entire process. I know some stores would probably give me a hard time, but that was not the case here.I even was given tips on how to prevent this in the future. From someone who is in customer service and deals with issues like this on a daily basis, it is refreshing to receive a friendly no questions asked customer service experience that is rare to find these days.thank you!

I recently switched to Verizon by utilizing a promotion for military veterans. There was a flyer being handed out which suggested for every new phone I purchased I will receive a $200 gift card from Verizon. With the first few hours of making the switch I discovered the promotion Verizon rep was pushing had expired 5 days prior. I will add that the flyer that misrepresented the expired promotion was still being handed out at the Verizon store on July 23rd until I confronted them about it. The management was at first not going to dispose of them until I demanded it in front of other customers. I fear this tactic at this store is common and it should be in Verizons interest to deter such fraudulent activity especially when it comes to veterans. The amount effort I had to invest to prevent other veterans from being taken of advantage was beyond what I thought it should take. I had four customer representatives lose my call to what I suspect is protocol when no resolution was possible. To have this experience with verizon within the first 24 hours of being with them should make anyone take pause when doing business with them. I also requested an apology but I gather that will not occur since the rep at the store defended her actions as a misunderstanding. Not sure how I can misunderstand that what I was promised was not even possible on an expired promotion plus the fact she excluded other offers and bundle packages that were a lot cheaper than what she was suggesting. Then to ignore my texts about the situation and the store staff unable to resolve the issue until I made several calls to the verizon call center. All in all, thank you BBB for being here and putting verizon on notice even though I suspect this sort of thing will continue. I recommend Verizon to learn from other large corporations that think they are in the driver seat of their business. Sooner or later the consumer will find other means to their vices and the treatment of what I experienced will be always be present in my mind when it comes to selecting a phone carrier. Word of mouth of my treatment will always come up in conversation, so was it really worth it? Ask the cable companies?
