This Jiffy lube was different from the other ones I have been to. Usually someone comes right out and tells you where to park and asks what service you are there for. They just looked at me and kept walking around for about 10 minutes, then someone came. I’m also used to them having a sheet and checking off everything they did and made sure your filters and fluids were good. Besides that service was very quick 😊

From start to finish... All employees went above and beyond. I trusted theyre suggestions and added them to my oil change. I will always come back to location because of my wonderful experience

It was a fast and pleasant experience I had the oil changed in my suv. The wait was a little long getting in but once they had my car it was less than half an hour. The staff was friendly.I would definitely go back again

Bait and switch - Called the Sierra Lakes Parkway location to inquire if they could match a competitors coupon for an oil change (Big O Tires - So Cal), Daniel confirmed that they would provide the service for nearly the same amount using a Jiffy Lube coupon. When I dropped the car off with Daniel, he said a manager would call to discuss the service and price (there was only one car in the service bay at the time...). The manager called within 20 minutes only to tell me that they would charge $50 more than what Daniel and I originally agreed to via phone. The manager did however offer $15 off their normal oil change price, which is actually worse than the $20 discount coupon found on the Jiffy Lube website.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Was in and out in about 30 minutes if even that. I even used a coupon they have which saved me a bit of money.

I called ahead of time to ask about an oil change, said they could do it. When arriving there about 15min after calling, the front door wouldn’t open, even though a sign with hours specified they were open.My family member who cannot walk well walked around with me, and the door opened. A guy at the counter with a broken arm came across as unfriendly.Very dismissive and abrupt. I asked him why the front door wasn’t open, and he lied to me saying that it was malfunctioning, but I went to the door and saw it was locked, and then he unlocked the door.When I asked him how much an oil change would cost, right away said 130$+, he never asked me about what type of car, the year, the make, and what type of oil it takes.He was very rude, and it was weird to see him lock the door, hiding somewhere in the building, and not noticing that customers were trying to come in.I will contact WatchDog, they are the ones who investigate BS like this.

Service was speedy and professional. Even with cars ahead of me, I was in and out faster than their estimated time frame. They practice covid safety procedures and you can stay in your car while they work on it.

$49.25 for a 2014 - 4 cylinders sedan 🚘,It took them 1 hour and 20 minutes to change oil!! My wife changed oil too, and the car was dripping oil in our garage!!!

Oil change service great but little expensive for other services.

I need to update. I was a customer whom received assistance from Jiffy lube. But after I received my special care, my vehicle broke down. I advised them there was an issue with a leak they said not a problem them would make it right for me, but instead my differential and rear bearing and seal broke. And I brought it back to them and they told me they cant repair it after all that I need to take it to a mechanic instead. This became a $350.00 mistake and I lost my trust in Jiffy lube because of this mistake. Thank you in return for your convenience at the time though. I do not like oil drawn from a drum I took it to my main mechanic and watched him put brand new oil in my differential for the second time and replace my pan seal also.

The rating system should allow us to give negative stars. We took our vehicle in for tune up and oil change on 6/8. Simple enough right? No. Used vehicle for the first time on 6/12 and fuel line came off of fuel filter. Had vehcle towed to Jiffy Lube where the towing company ran our vehicle into a parked car. Now the vehicle doesnt run and the door wont close. Everything gets fixed and you think its the end of this story. No on 7/11the fuel line comes off again. Imagine yourself on the freeway in a 100 degree temp with a puddle of gas under you and you cant get out of the car safely. Again Jiffy Lube has claimed to have fixed the car. We shall see. Of course now the A/C doesnt work. Hoping it is just a recalibration issue caused by them disconnecting the battery so many times.

With Covid took longer but still quick and easy.

Friendly staff, very quick service, went in for trans and eng oil changes - out within an hour. TV and coffee while you wait. They even gave me discounts I was unaware of to save me $40.

Love the service and the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. He wont try to sell you something your car does not need. I believe his name was Mike. They offer so much more than just oil changes!

The service was quick, the employee was courteous, the customer lounge was clean, they had a flat screen and several USB ports to charge mobile phones. The reason for the 4 and not a 5 stars was the vehicle smelled like someone with a serious hangover had been in it and there was some oil on the steering wheel.

Once I left there, had so issues going on with my vehicle. Ask if I could get a sticker for reminder for my oil change but guy said they were out. My last sticker was 1 yr ago and I just chged my oil 3 mos prior. Which tells me they purposely dont give you a sticker. Its my last visit there.

This place is HORRIBLE! Took one of my vehicles in for an oil change. Got there when they opened at 7 AM. Apparently, the manager was running late that day and the kid there couldn’t start the oil change until he got there; 30 minutes later! I was the only customer there and it took nearly an hour to complete. I thought I would give them another try and brought my second vehicle in. Showed up at 7:05 and there was one car in the bay. At 7:30, my vehicle hadn’t even been pulled in. Apparently, this is a one vehicle at a time shop so if you’re the third customer, plan on waiting for 90 minutes or so for your oil change. Do yourself a favor and go down to the one on Foothill and the I-15. WAY better service!

This place is no good. Had my oil changed and asked if the oil had been leaking they told me no and after I paid 75 almost 80$ they gave me a receipt saying it had an excessive oil leak will never go back

Terrible customer service. Dont waste your time coming here. I waited 30 minutes and they havent even started on my car. They then took the customer that came after me. When I told the guy that took my keys, he didnt care. He just says have a nice day no apology nothing. Needless to say I will not be back. This location just opened and is 2 minutes from my house. If this is the way they conduct their business, they wont be around long. I will certainly tell my neighbors not to go there.

Went and got an oil change and tire rotation. All was fine until I checked my tire pressure on my tires and it was 44 PSI. The specs for the tires is 36 PSI. 8 PSI over what the tire is rated for. Make sure you check your tires before leaving. Luckily I dont have a blow out.

If I could give a negative review I would. The workers here did not care and I saw several of them stroking and joking as cars were lined up and at least one bay was open and operational. We waited for 30 minutes for the open bay to be occupied and ...... Nothing. Worthless. Even when we pulled out they saw and never asked why we were leaving. Talk about not wanting to find out why thier customers were leaving and wanting to find a solution. We literally went to our go to jiffy and rolled in and out in 20 min. Oh, by the way, prior to leaving 2 other customers left after they read these reviews. So not taking them seriously and changing the culture is really hurting this business.

I wish I could give negative stars.Brought vehicle in for low oil pressure light. Had oil changed at this location about 2 months ago and light started after that. Arrived at 11am. Spoke to Presley. They inspected the vehicle and said that I should replace the oil pressure sensor. I told them that I had hoped that was all it would be. Was told that their book says it is a 2 hour job and that it would be about $270. I asked if he was sure and he said that they could run a $99 diagnostic on it to verify. He said that they were working on 1 vehicle and had another appointment at 12. I asked what time I could come back and he gave me a 3pm appointment. I came back at 2:45 and at 3:15 Presley told me that the vehicle before mine was running a little over. They pulled mine in at 4pm. At 4:30 Presletly tells me that his technician would run over to Autozone and pick up the diagnostic kit. I expected that he was already doing that. I asked how long that would take and he said he did not know. At this point I was looking at about 5pm before they started working on the sensor, if that is what it was. A 2 hour job would put us at 7pm. 8 hours of my day wasted trying to get this location to fix my vehicle. 8 hours later and I am no better off than before. 8 hours later and all I have for it is a loss of a days pay.I understand all of the other bad reviews now.

I drove up and I was a greeted by a person I asked how much a basic oil change was going for, he said around 42$, which is high to me with my 4 cylinder car. He said go inside and I walked in, there was a service guy helping a customer before me, they finished their transaction, he paid and I was waiting there for some type of acknowledgement or to check in with my information, my name the service I wanted, anything, but the service man left outside with out looking at me at all. I stood & waited for a good five minutes or more until someone else walked in asking if I had a question? I let them know Ive been standing here to check in or take my info or? And he said oh no we do all that at the end when you pay, I told him I wish someone would have let me know that, I was just standing there. He apologized and told me to have a seat & offered coffee or water. I sat and waited for couple of more minutes & thought Im about to pay 42 for an oil change they didnt even ask what type of oil change no clear communication about what I as having done on my car, next thing you know when my car is finished theyll probably over charge me for something I didnt even tell them to do on my car ( this has happened at other places before). I dont get the concept of just leaving your car and not speaking to the client about the cost or what was going to be done & thats what happened here. I got up went to my car and before driving off, I was looking inside the shop if anyone was available to tell them I was leaving, no one even acknowledged anything, the same guy that ignored me the first time was consumed in his own thing so I grabbed my keys and drove away, and Im sure no one cared or even noticed, someone couldve drove away with my car and they wouldnt have even noticed. I get WAY BETTER service at WALMART and guess where I headed to afterwards to get my oil changed, yup Walmart. Service is key, and they lost my business, Ill make sure to let my family know to go else where. Ive probably gone to three different jiffy lubes & similar things have happened, so whats the point of even going again. Ridiculous price for a lack of service, forget it. ✌️ not to mention the other 1 star reviews they already have here WOW Jiffy Lube!

To over priced for just a oil change,and they strip youre oil plugs and oil cap filter and make you pay for it.

They left on my lights while performing the oil change and drained my battery. When I questioned them how ot happened, I was told I left on my lights. I told them my lights are always set to auto, then they fessed up and said they turn on the lights for extra light. They jumped my car but my battery was never the same and I ended up having to replace the battery.

Tried 2 times comming to this location 1st time noticed they take 2 guys to work on ea vehicle..waited 15 mins while manager haggled with someone wanting to put in a fuel pump?..i thought this is an oilchange place, i left without being noticed 2nd time waited 33 min without my truck bring touched i go out to my truck where u was told to leave it worth keys in ignition and my window is open and it rained all inside my truck..this place neefs more help better customer service and oversight...also called for district managers number was told they did not know it and was hung up on
