This is one of the least responsive dealerships I have ever dealt with. We have purchased five vehicles here in the past 20 years. A Ford aerostar, 3 Ford Fiestas and a Ford focus. With each one, we also purchased extended warranty and maintenance. I realized this does make us the biggest customers in the Ford corporation, but I think it does signify our loyalty as Ford customers. Every time we come for service, they give us a hassle. They claim they cant find our maintenance agreement on their computer or they tell us to make an appointment for a week later. On several occasions over the years, I have gone home to retrieve paperwork to prove I had maintenance agreement. Upon returning to the dealership, I find they somehow discovered it in their system. If this happened once, no problem, anyone can make a mistake. But it happens regularly. Today, I needed a tire replaced, which was covered by my maintenance agreement and extended warranty. The service adviser repeatedly told me I did not have the tires installed here, and I told her I dont take the car anywhere else. Not until the service manager came out and looked up the record in her office did they confirm I had purchased the tires here. I think the dealership intentionally places roadblocks in front of customers to dissuade them from getting the service they have already paid for and deserve. Only people who are willing to push them actually get the service theyve paid for.My advice: avoid this place. There are plenty of places to buy a car.

When I walked in, there was one employee (later found out his name is Alfred), one person at the counter being helped by Alfred, one person in line in front of me, and one person waiting for their vehicle. A second (female) employee came in and helped the gentleman in line in front of me - she was very personable and professional from what I witnessed (didnt get her name). Alfred finished with his client and was making phone calls to other departments and finishing his clients paperwork. The female employee finished with the gentleman in front of me in line and called up the gentleman waiting for his vehicle. After their paperwork was done, they both exited the room leaving just myself and Alfred. I figured he was still wrapping up with the first clients paperwork and as soon as he was ready for me, hed acknowledge my presence and we could get started. Not so much. When I saw Alfred pick up his cell phone to check a text that just came in, it was clear he had no intention of helping me let alone acknowledging I was in the room.So, being that I wasnt too pleased with being ignored for 15+ minutes, I said Im not trying to be a b!+ch, but can I get some help? No eye contact, no apology, no thanks for waiting, just a what are you here for? From Alfred.With that kind of response, Sunrise Fords service department lost my business. On my way out, I called Citrus Ford and was helped by a very nice lady named Ashley who made an appointment for me and was professional, courteous, attentive, and pleasant.

Very nice experience! The oil change was fast enough. Mr. Garcia, he is very profesional and give you a good service on your cars. I went to the inside cafeteria and have a nice talk to the ladies from there.

They tried to repair my a/c in my truck.First told me it was blower motor and quoted me $800.00. I told them I replaced it already and they said they’ll replace it again and see if works, they changed it and didn’t work. They took their blower motor out and put mine back in and then said needed a whole new A/C and quoted $4,000.xx!! I declined the new A/C and they charged me $150.00 for service. The service was a waste of time and money!

Horrible place to go if you have a diesel. I specifically asked for the price beforehand and they told me $160. After it was done they tell me it is $227, because my Ford diesel took 12 quarts. They only tell you that AFTER you do your oil change, where you have no choice but to pay. I will also stay away with my gas vehicles, this place is run like a scam.

They lost valve stem caps. And forgot to put new windshield wipers back on after they took old ones off. They also ruined my entire carpet and upholstery with the scotch guard they sprayed on.they covered the replacement of seats in my F150 but did not cover the carpeting Dont get the extended warranty they wont honor it.Real bad service all young kids work there and not very professional.
