This place is fantastic!The owner is very friendly and will be honest with you about pricing and his work. He wont try to upsell you on stuff you dont need or want, hell keep it focused on what YOU as a customer want and or requested. The shop is small and very reminiscent of old school service shops that are slowly drying up in California. I brought my own rotors and pads for an install and I was charged an amazing 70$. I dont know why another reviewer said he was expensive, considering other places quoted me as high as 199$ just to install. Hes a small business owner that knows his trade and is willing to earn your business time and time again.Hes definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

Very bad customer service, I will never go back again. Dont waste your time or money. I had a nail in my tire the guy told me I needed a new tire, after I told him no t hank you, just put the tire back on my car, he told me you still have to pay full price. I still paid him. Took my car to another shop explain what happen, he pretty much said my tire was fixable and I did not need a new tire. Go somewhere else!!!.

Im very happy with my experience at Martinez auto tire service. I ended up here by accident. I was on my way to another brake company, but got confused with my directions and stopped here. My brakes were making a pretty bad grinding noise, so I stopped here and Enrique help me with my brakes. I ended up needing all 4 of my brake pads replaced and 1 rotor. They also resurfaced my other 3 rotors. My truck was done in a timely manner and their prices are very reasonable. Enrique is a really nice, helpful gentleman. I will definitely be back if I need anything done to my truck.

This place DOES NOT PRACTICE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR COVID-19. I went today, neither the employees or customers were wearing a facemask. I would probably understand the small of space, but the very least, the employees should wear a facemask even if it is really hot. Think of people who are high risk. Not even young people are safe from this novel virus. I will not shop here anymore. This place probably endorses QANON.

I showed up at around 5:45 pm close to closing time desperately needing my brakes changed. They couldve easily turned me away and told me its too late, but they said if I was willing to wait until they finished the truck in front of me they would do them for me. He did an excellent job changing my brakes, his price was excellent & he didnt take long at all. If youre reading this review & need your tires changed, or brakes changed, I recommend you go here! You will not regret it!

Came here to get an alignment for my 2006 RSX Type S. The guy who did my alignment did an awesome job, it was done within 30 minutes. Love how they have a lift unlike other tire shops so you don’t have to use blocks of wood to get your car up if you’re lowered. For $70 it can’t get any better. This is gonna be my goto shop for all of my tire needs 👍🏻

I was recommended this place by a friend who owns an auto shop nearby and I am glad he did. I went to three other places around here and they didn’t have a tire size I needed. The service was good, and if you order tires in the morning they should be available that same day. After driving around on the new pair of tires, I can say they were balanced correctly and they ride very smooth. I will be going back to get my front set of tires in two weeks.

My truck started making a horrible grinding noise when I stepped in the brakes. I recently moved to Fontana so didnt know where to take my truck. I found this shop on Google, read the reviews and took it there. Service was great, the prices very very reasonable and the staff was friendly. Enrique the owner was able to resurface the back breaks and save me money. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I ask them to fix my tire and they didnt and wanted me to buy another one. But they charge me $7 for doing nothing. They were trying to scam me into buying a tire where the one I have can be easily fixed. Later on, I went to another tire shop and they fix it easily. That says a lot. Dont come here at all.

He intentionally broke one of my disk screws that hold the tire’s rim to axle and acted like it was screwed in wrong!!! The way he did it was supper fishy. I don’t trust this place especially because I was a regular, he thought I was gonna be forgiving about it. I’m the kind of person who likes to only give positive feedback, I rarely do this. But had he told me that there is a chance the screw might break if he proceeds and asked about my opinion if he shall continue and I said it’s ok, I wouldn’t be mad. But he called me to watch him breaking it in front of my eyes without telling me this would happen. I truly believe that he intentionally unscrewed it the opposite direction with his power screw to break it, in other words he screwed it in. I loved their inexpensive services and was a regular but after that I won’t go their again.

Ive been coming here for 15years amd this is exactly why they are great working honest guys. I went in thinking I had to buy a new tire, guy says whats wrong? I explained the issue, he says no the tire needs balancing. they balanced both front tires, checked and filled up all 4 my tires with air and said ok youre good to go. Awesome! no charge, no new tire needed. I highly recommend this tire shop for new and used tires of all sizes.

I got credit here to get rims for my car the owner try to charge higher price for every little thing he is a rip off he try to charge taxes on my rims i called the finance company and they said he is not supppose to tax me they do it through the loan!! This place ruined a brand new tire and refused to pay for it this happened on 4/28/18 .please be careful !!¡!!!!!!!!!!! Ok then let me be a little more clear I arrived at your shop just for a patch ok my tire was fine when you dismounted it off my truck and didnt have a bubble because you would have NOT pached in the first place second thing i recall you and your helper struggling to remove it from my rim and when you finished putting the patch you inflate the tire and now it has a bubble .that same bubble would of never had made it to your shop and this is no threat just facts. You Know you damaged my tire take responsibility .
