I went through Ft. Collins today from Colorado Springs on the way to Wyoming, and when I got a call from my brother telling me I better check my oil because there was quite a puddle on the driveway from my truck, I was mildly worried about actually being able to handle this problem on the road. ASR was luckily the first call I made. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Came to my truck and immediately checked to see what the problem was (a loose filter). Proceeded to answer all questions I had without making me feel dumb. I lost my papa two days ago, and this shop treated me exactly how he would’ve (he loved restoring and working on cars). I never leave reviews but I am so impressed by ASR, I feel compelled to. My parents have taken their vehicles here and always have positive things to say, so I decided to give them a try, and I am incredibly impressed. They could have very well sold me a service I didnt need, but they took the time to research with my vehicles manufacturer. Which ended up with them not selling me anything. And even after an hour of checking on that and inspecting the front end for me, they still did not charge me anything for their time. This is truly an honest automotive shop and they have earned my loyalty because of it.

Serpentine belt on my Fiesta needed replacing and led to a new water pump as well. I was totally impressed by the level of service at ASR. Excellent communication by phone, text and photos on a busy Monday. My car was done by the afternoon, and is still purring along after a week. Fantastic job ASR.

Had a breakdown in southeastern Wyoming and ASR was the only place within at least 100 miles that could get me in in less than a week.(Seeing that they had a perfect 5.0 stars with over 500 reviews on Google made me really hopeful that they would be able to see my vehicle!)Every aspect of dealing with them was frictionless. On the phone and in person, Mandy was a delight! Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Took my car in for an air conditioning service and diagnosis. They were very helpful in pinpointing the reason my ac compressor clutch would not kick on (a relay module) and saved me a lot of time and trouble and gave me peace of mind knowing the other components of my ac system are in good working order and the system has been properly evacuated and recharged. They also offer a great warranty on their work.

The service was Amazing!Kellen and Brandon are amazing Job at making me feel comfortable and at ease with the install of interlock on my vehicle. A great team I really feel like they went above and beyond. Five stars I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone there was super nice and they did a quick install for my interlock device. My only complaint is the card reader they have couldn’t read my card, and apparently there is no way to manually enter the information, which caused my process of paying to be more difficult than it should have been. Just seems like a bit of a dated system with no option to type in the information manually.

Highly recommend these guys! Theyre very upfront and honest. They dont take advantage of young women, who potentially may not know about cars. Steve has incredible patience and will educate you to the best of his ability to make sure you understand everything thats happening with the car and what theyre going to do with it. Jesse was my mechanic, and he was SUPER quick, and does great quality work. Everyone was incredibly nice, and friendly. Steve also hooked me up with INCREDIBLE deals and was very empathetic. The best mechanic shop I have ever been to. I have always felt they are very honest with me and truly care about their customers. They have a really cool text system with live updates on your car and they show you pictures as they go through the process. They also work very fast so I am not left without a car for days on end. Steve has been very kind to me and helped me understand my car and its issues better. He even called me to check in a few times after they fixed a wheel bearing for me. Needed my air conditioning fixed the same day I called and they got it done very quickly! Their entire staff is incredibly nice, especially the woman with blonde hair at the counter. They were happy to explain everything to me and they offer an extremely comfortable waiting room. Ice cold air conditioning in less than an hour for a very fair price, could not be happier.

Excellent service and staff. Took my wifes van in for service as the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. We has already checked the system ourselves and everything was showing proper pressure and was operating as it should but it still wasnt blowing cold air. Naturally I left that bit of info out to test the shops integrity. They passed with flying colors. There were no shenanigans, the shop took the car back, completed the work in just a couple hours and when I arrived afterwards told me it was a simple matter of adding around a pound of additional refrigerant.Any shady shop could have tried to claim that I needed my compressor replaced or made it sound like another expensive component had failed. ASR however was 100% honest. They completed the work, made sure the compressor was oiled properly and added dye to the system so any leaks will be clearly visible in the future. Best part, by choosing the AC diag option any issues in the next 3 years will be diagnosed at no additional cost. I highly recommend the small increase in cost over a simple a/c recharge for the peace of mind.This is now my new go-to shop for any future automotive repair work. Kudos from a VERY satisfied customer. From the front desk to the shop crew, professionals across the board.

I was recommended by a friend to go to ASR, but I live in Arvada. I have an older Jeep Wrangler that is coming up on some serious repairs and wanted a place that was honest, does good work and stands by the work they do. That is ASR. Worth figuring out how to get my Jeep up to Fort Collins to get it looked at and fixed. At this point, I won’t take my Jeep anywhere else. I tried to get my car towed to a different shop that my friends dad recommend but the towing compony put it in the complete wrong spot and parked it in the alley. My clutch was completely gone and they handles it quick and professionally. Brandon was very nice and cool guy to talk to if I was not moving I would definitely use them in the future.

My family have been going to ASR for years, and there has never been a bad experience. Steve is professional and a very experienced and honest mechanic. I have never felt like I am being played or milked for my money. My needs have always been met, and my car is as happy as can be!

Not a good experience with them. Dont go here.They charged me over 500$ and did nothing. They didnt do any diagnostic on my car to see what the problem was. Currently car is going to another shop to see if they replaced the parts they said they did . I will update when i have more news. Dont go here i repeat. Dont go here. But thats just my opinion.

The guys up front (Brandon and James) were very friendly and accomodating. They also were open to answering any questions that I had. The cost for my brake pad replacement came in well below the dealership and other auto service places.

DO NOT TRUST. Had gasoline in diesel truck and they were able to fix the problem and get the truck running but fuel gauge stopped working. I didnt have time to have them look at it at that time despite them appearing to be being eager to have a look at it and fix it for me. A few weeks later I was planning to and did some work to the truck later where I took the bed off the truck and was checking the wires to the fuel tank to see that some of the protective sleeve was pulled apart and re-taped. Pulling the tape back I found that two of the small wires HAD. BEEN. CUT! and hidden under the tape, the wires were not worn, they were not corroded it was a 2018 truck.I WILL NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE AGAIN THEY DAMAGED MY VEHICLE TO GET MORE WORK! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I ve never felt so uncomfortable taking my car for repairs. Try listening and not talking over customers and maybe we could end up on the same page. I paid good money and I can’t leave my car forever I have to work to pay for repairs.

I have only written a handful of reviews throughout my life, but this place is so awesome I felt the need to.I have had my car battery die in the ASR parking lot twice now while visiting one of the businesses nearby, and both times they were more than happy to give me a jump. They have always come across as honest and just genuinely good hearted people there. I went in yesterday to get a new battery, windshield wipers, brake light and a headlight. As usual, the customer service was awesome - attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Their prices were reasonable compared to the going rate of parts plus labor, plus I was in and out in a half hour.Given the tendency of auto repair shops to overcharge people, especially a young woman who clearly doesnt know what shes doing, honesty is the number one thing I look for in an auto repair shop. I had mentioned I was strapped for cash because of a dog emergency and was hoping to do the lights myself to save some cash. Instead of trying to sell me on it, the mechanic said it was easy peasy and even went above and beyond by walking me through exactly how to do it.All in all, great people and great work. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest and quality repair experience.

I had been told elsewhere that certain repairs, including brakes, needed to be done immediately which was not the case. They did a full inspection, provided me with pictures of my car, estimates, and explained everything to my understanding without being condescending. Contracting for local water district district and depend on our truck for service. Had an urgent repair need with turbo/exhaust leak. After calling every Ford dealer, and local diesel mechanic, I finally got to ASR and they were the first to take us in right away, and provided us with quality, immediate service on 3pm on a Friday and had us out with a solid fix by 5pm. 5 stars.

I had a great experience at ASR. I went in to get an oil change and have a brake light replaced, and they helped me with so much more than I expected! I really appreciated that their standard service included a full health check on my car. They took pictures of every issue they found and documented it in my file so I can always have access to any future service that my car needs. They also put together an itemized estimate of what each repair would cost so I had an idea of what future investments into my car would look like. I really felt taken care of there, and never felt that they were trying to twist my arm into getting more work done than was necessary. Thanks ASR!

I was on my way home to Montana from a road trip and my car broke down. My insurance sent me a tow and to ASR. Steve and his team went above and beyond to get me back on my way as soon as possible. His team made sure I had a hotel for the night, transportation, and that I wasnt staying anywhere that I would not be safe. Steve even checked in that I had enough money to get home after paying for services. I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. These gentleman at ASR Automotive are the most professional automotive group I have dealt with in a long time. They made a process of installing an interlock device in my vehicle the most pain free experience of the entire process, there was nothing but professionalism during our interactions. The added bonus of installing my interlock they did a vehicle walk around/inspection and let me know my deficiencys and what needed to be done to fix them. The knowledgeable staff did a fantastic job on installing my interlock and even helped me with what papper work needed to go where to make the process easier.

Honest, great communication, friendly, and quick. Its not often that I have a good experience bringing my car to the mechanic, but that wasnt the case with ASR. I just took my recently acquired (but pre-owned) Honda Fit in to ASR Automotive for a free new car inspection, and then I brought it back in a few weeks later to receive the recommended service. The cost for the actual service was even less than I had been quoted up front, and they completed the work just a few hours after I dropped off the car. My service advisor Steve was friendly and explained in detail the reasoning behind all the recommended service items. Since taking it in, the car has run so smoothly, the heat/AC blows out fresh air, and the brakes feel brand new. I am very happy with the work done by ASR Automotive. :)

Went to ASR recently. It was during the big snow storm last week, I had to get my car checked because I moved to Nashville this last Saturday and I just wanted my car to get checked out to make sure nothing was major wrong with it and that I could make it across country. Steve was awesome. First off they were open that day which 95% of stuff was closed because of the snow. He was very up front which I loved because I don’t have time to go back a forth trying to determine if they are trying to get me to agree to stuff that my car didn’t really need.
