What a cool shop! Great vibe and cool location. It was definitely small and busy but that just made it quaint and showed how many people love it.Had a great cappuccino, veggie breakfast sandwich, and the morning bun was to die for! Bun had amazing taste and texture!

Bindle consistently serves up quality coffee, espresso drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and sweet baked goods.This morning, I ordered a vanilla latte and a spinach and pepper breakfast sandwich on an english muffin. Note - you can get their breakfast sandwiches on a biscuit OR an english muffin. Their sandwiches come with eggs and cheese then you get to select bacon, ham, or the veggie friendly option. Everything was delicious!Their bakery items also looked scrumptious. I eyed their peach and blackberry muffin and their vanilla chai cinnamon roll. I resisted the temptation today. I will have to come back to try these items when my sweet tooth hits!Other things to note- I have been to Bindle a handful of times over the last couple of years and the baristas behind the counter are usually very efficient, helpful, and friendly. When I moved to Fort Collins 3 years ago, I thought Bindle was quite good. They have continued to improve over the years and now I can confidently say they are phenomenal. The nuanced flavors they get out of the beans is so impressive (and tasty!). The Guatemalan and Mexican they have right now are bursting with flavor on my V-60 and Aeropress. Customer service has always been great. Im not going to demand being overly pampered like others, but Ive never felt they were rude like so many other third wave coffee shops. Everyones always been very nice. Oh and my wife says their sweet or savory pastries are top notch.

Working in customer service for 20+ years and I still know how to greet people with a smile, a hello, a simple greeting of kindness. It’s sad when someone is so miserable in life that they can’t take a moment to be kind to others. If you don’t like your job take the initiative and do everyone a favor and look for something that puts a smile on your face. Life is too short to be unhappy. Get happy! You deserve it! (And cover up your pastries! Nothing ruins the appeal of food in a case when there are flies all over them).

Delicious bacon breakfast sandwich and Americano. Breakfast sandwiches and burritos are sold until noon or sold out. They only had gluten free left when we got there about 11:15 on a Monday. It was a very long wait so be prepared that it may take awhile if youre in a hurry. Homemade syrups and baked goods and they also have various gifts for sale. Nice outdoor seating area by other shops.

Since starting remote work, I come here almost every day! Convinced their team puts serotonin in every cup. Delicious seasonal menu, perfect bakery items, and kind staff. I don’t want to go anywhere else!

Such a cute local coffee shop with delicious coffee. The only challenge is that theres not a lot of seating inside.

We will continue to stop in for a cup as well as purchase whole bean coffee for the foreseeable future - as ownership indeed cares a great deal about creating a pleasant and quality experience worth your time and money.

Ive been coming here since it opened several years ago. Great coffee, super fun atmosphere, for a work meeting, or a playdate with young kiddos. It is amazing! Coffee and Pastries are awesome!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by their friendly staff. They give me a rundown on their origin coffees and were eager to answer any questions I had about their brewing process. While I did not like their drip coffee, the Ethiopian pour over I had was fantastic. There is outdoor seating as well as indoor seating, including a fire pit outside by the entrance. Nice cozy place to sit down and enjoy your coffee.

Bindle is definitely a landmark in Fort Collins and is absolutely one of the best coffee shops in town! Savannah is one of the nicest Baristas I’ve ever met, she puts so much love and dedication into each drink, it’s truly a treat whenever I get to stop by!

Only one size of coffee right now and carry out only because of Covid, but the oat milk latte was delicious, even if it was a bit small. Magic muffin was delicious, too!

Is it a great coffee shop with the best bakery in town, or a great bakery with the best coffee? It’s both! Only way it could be better would be if they would install pneumatic tubes to shoot mason jars of iced coffee with breakfast burritos directly to my kitchen. Lots of options to meet all dietary preferences, so it’s a great stop for groups because everyone walks away happy.

Super cute coffee shop with lots of yummy snacks. This is a great place if you need gluten or dairy free options. The only draw back is that it is a very small and intimate place. Sometimes it is hard to find a seat inside, but it is still such a fun place to visit

Just passing through town on my way to FL. Their bacon, egg and cheese biscuits is one of the best things I’ve ever had in my life **drool**I do not care about social distancing or any of that other nonsense but they seemed to be doing a fine job w making the area “safe” and marked and sanitized.Also think if I lived here this would be a very cute place to hang out w friends outdoors. All the picnic benches and warm atmosphere make it a quaint little place.

I absolutely love Bindle!! The coffee is fantastic, the people are always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is adorable and inviting. I recommend Bindle to everyone I know! I dont live in town, but every time Im in Fort Collins, my trip isnt complete unless Ive stopped for coffee at Bindle. I highly recommend the iced Old Elk Bourbon Caramel Latte - Literally. THE. BEST.

I spent several hours reading in this chair (see photo). The coffee was good, evidenced by the ever-present line of people waiting to get their favorite brew. For those wishing to stay, as I did, there is plenty of nice and cozy seating. Music is played but not loudly. Lots of light from the large converted and still operational garage door. The nook in the attached photo is quieter and great for intimate conversation. Stop by with your favorite tome and get lunch while youre at it cuz the food is good too. Its an impressive place. All Id change is to add carpet. :)

Im gonna give this coffee shop 3 stars. It has some great decor inside. However, the most important part about a coffee shop is its coffee, so that is what this rating is mainly concerning. I had a pourover and it was great. But my wife had their iced coffee and it was TERRIBLE. Im not joking when I say the worst iced coffee I have ever had. It was basically water. So weak. No taste. You could even see all the way through it. Ive drunk a lot of coffee and iced coffee in my day so I know what they should taste like. Maybe Ill give them another chance someday, but warning if you are looking for an iced coffee DO not come here. You will sincerely regret your $3.25 you spent for gross water.

Very interesting shopping area. Mostly old homes/buildings. Nicely laid out. The coffee was pretty normal for most good coffee shops.

What an amazing experience! The chai and empanadas were amazing and it is such a cool atmosphere. It was a little loud but we went at a peak time. Its a little out of my way but I will definitely return.

Truly this is a popular cafe, as it’s often difficult to find good places to sit. It’s popular for a reason, though; their coffees and teas are some of the best in town. The atmosphere is a perfect setting for an afternoon of studying or even just an outing with friends. I would highly recommend this place; I’ve been going here for a couple years and there are few coffee shops which compare to it.

Its nice, cute interior and great food. Its always pretty crowded and as of 10/14, they havent opened indoor seating.Considering its the only coffeeshop in this part of town, it certainly fills the void.

PLEASE NOTE, my 4 star review is simply based on taste in coffee and no reflection on the exceptional service. If one likes a Portland style medium to light roast - a flowery essence, this is the place in Fort Collins. I find that kind of coffee very very difficult to drink. For me, it doesnt blend well with anything and Im not quite sure how anyone can drink this stuff! The barista was very informative and very educational and even said hed get me something when I was leaving but I told me there was no need. This is a Portland style coffee shop if you like that kind of coffee!

Favorite coffee in town! This place is run by a local couple and they are awesome. If you are looking for a perfect cup of coffee, this is your place! They also excel at creative lattes and pastries. Its little, but has great outdoor seating.

Its a mixed experience. The good - good coffee, great baked goods. The bad - its a bit noisy and cramped and drip coffee is 8oz only if you want it for here. No way to add cream to that without ending up with a tiny cold coffee. Closed on Sunday.

Atmosphere is awesome here. The building is originally a farmhouse from the early 1900s. They did a great job at preserving the historical value the place and renovating it to feel clean and new. There is a giant fire pit outside and several places to sit at tables outside that has much more peaceful vibe to it than sitting at Starbucks in King Soopers. Coffee is very good as well.

The baked goods here are probably the best in Fort Collins. Cant wait for summer flavors, I still dream about the strawberry black pepper pie and the Old Fashioned polenta cake.

Honestly, I have never been to Bindle. My friend told me that they were doing home deliveries and offering some essential goods for sale as well. After checking out their Facebook and seeing their heart for the community and desire to continue to serve during this crisis, I was in!! I needed yeast and flour for Easter baking and they saved my challah bread. I also added on an order of the paleo cookies, which have quickly become a morning tradition with my coffee. Thank you Bindle Coffee and Crew for making these times a little easier for all of us!

Wow! This place is incredible. From the atmosphere, friend service, and probably THE BEST breakfast sandwich Ive had - I WILL be back. Bravo

Good coffee, great Pear and Ginger Scone. Scone was tender with crisp exterior, delicately flavored with ginger. Pears were not cooked to a mush, definate plus, but added a nice flavor and moisture to the scone. Paired well with the Americano. Accompanied with a whipped lightly spiced spread. They even warmed the scone! Great service experience too.

I have been wanting to go here for a few now,so when my mom&sis wanted to meet up for a coffee&brunch,I suggested we go here.....well we didnt even get to sit down,a couple people that were alone,took up all the tables so the the 3 of us couldnt sit,they just spread there stuff out all over! And the people that wk here,not only did they not make an effort to get us seated,but they were less than friendly&pleasent!!!! So we ended up leaving. Im really sad,as I said,I was really looking forward to going here&now Im not even sure Ill attempt another try.

Im new to coffee, but its easy to tell that Bindle brews superb coffee. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of cozy and hipster Americana. The staff are extremely friendly and know many customers by name(!). Easily one of my favorite places on Earth. Only knock is that they close at 6, but its understandable because its a family business. Love it!

Always perfect! Their special of the day is the best coffee, in my humble opinion, around, served in their large mugs and always by such a friendly staff. Their yummy breakfast goodies are plentiful and healthy and delicious. Such a pleasure!

Stood in line for over 10 minutes just to order with only 2 people ahead of me. Then I spent another 5 waiting to pay because the guy was doing a drip pour and had to finish. They were also out of burritos (my main reason for going) yet their sign didnt say they were out like it did for some other things. They also have the skinniest straws ever. Not impressed.

We tried a cappuccino, a cookie and a cold brew mint julep. The atmosphere is repurposed, in keeping with the larger setting, Jessup Farm Artisan Village, an historic farm property with an interesting second life. Bindle Coffee serves their own roast and bakes the treats. There were no disappointments here. Weve been back many times and the service and food are consistently excellent. Theres plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

The only coffee stop worth stopping for in Fort Collins. They do the real deal. Roasted in house, to perfection. Nice hipster vibe in store, classy espresso shop feel. Baristas know their stuff so can explain the notes and processes involved with each bean.

This is my favorite coffee shop in town! You honestly can’t get better lattes in Fort Collins than from Bindle. The staff is super nice, and the shop has a great atmosphere. I wish there was a little more seating and that the shop was closer to old town/campus, though.
