Im a diabetic asked for a sugar free drink and go one with sugar. They werent busy at all with only one car behind me and messed up my drink.

Has gone downhill in the past few months. Used to be my favorite place to stop, but now I just go to either Starbucks or dutch bros down the street. The employees are all really sweet and are trying their best, but I can’t understand why they’ve been so understaffed for so long. For a while I kept seeing new and friendly faces, but a lot of familiar and veteran ones are gone. The high turnover is really unusual for this location. These are problems that could only be the result of poor management.

Ziggis coffee is pretty good. If you like sweet this is the place to go. Their breakfast burritos ate really good. Dont forget the salsa!

The coffee is great but hardly ever consistent (I always request extra flavor in mine and it’s hit or miss, sometimes you can tell they added extra flavor and others you can tell they didn’t. And sometimes the blenders I order are super liquidity and then other times they’re nice and thick/creamy), everyone who works here is super nice BUT the longer I’ve been going here the longer the wait is, it appears. Just today I waited 15 minutes in just the line!! That didn’t include my time at the window.

I should have known better when the girl listed off 15 options for breads that they were probably all stale and gross. Most of their menu caters to pre diabetics, little attention is paid to coffee quality. Hard pass on this place!

Really good vanilla latte. Love the bonus of a chocolate covered expresso bean served with your drink. Try the cinnamon rolls for a late breakfast option.

A 24 oz. Latte...WOW, I couldnt resist, and it was delicious! I also know their vegan, and gluten free Rustic donuts are the ONLY donut my mom can consume and feel like shes not being cheated.

Of course the lovely staffed coupled with good conversation our waitress was genuinely nice friendly smart attentive

Why is chai twice as much as a cappuccino

The staff is always so pleasant. They never forget to give a cup of cream for my girls. I get the Peanut Butter Mocha with Almond Milk and no Coffee because Im just one of those people. Its wonderful.

The best frozen chai!!

I had ziggis once last year and I remember it being so good. I had an iced mocha (which is my go to at every coffee place) and I remember it was awesome. Im from out of state and drive through colorado to visit family, and so I went to Ziggis today and got an iced mocha and was super excited about it. But this time it tasted very watery and had almost no flavor. And no, I dont have coronavirus because I had a coffee bean right before and it was quite yummy, so I can taste things just fine. But this coffee tasted almost like water despite how dark it was from the mocha.

Always friendly and fast. Every drink is good and high quality. I only wish they had a list of all the flavorings you can add to drinks because there are apparently a lot.

I love Ziggis Coffee, and I love this location in particular! Every time Ive been here, and because of how delicious the Raspberry Truffle coffee is Ive been here a shameful amount, the staff has been so kind. They always ask how you are doing and chat with you with genuine care while they prepare your drink. Even now, during the hardest times many of us have been through, their kindness and compassion is remarkable. Thank you to Ziggis for your amazing coffee, but BIG thank you to the staff at this location for being such wonderful people.

Have seen Ziggis around in KS and CO for years but just started going there a month ago. Im a big fan of the Colorado Mocha and love the chocolate covered espresso bean that is offered with coffee on most visits. Staff is always friendly and professional!

Excellent!! Staff are always friendly, coffee is excellent and their vegan donuts are amazing (made by a Colorado company - way to support local!!). Great stop. Even with a line, it never takes long.

The staff is positive, courteous, consistent, polite, respectful, and remember preferences of a frequent customer like myself. That is why I sent their location 24 mixed roses in appreciation of their service which leaves me happy.

I love this place! Im on a strict diet, so Im always happy when I find a place with coconut & almond milk (dairy alternatives!). Plus they have vegan, gluten free options (which tend to run out quickly so get em while ya can)! Service is always great too.

Always a great experience! The staff is friendly, my order is always correct, and this location is near my work. When I go later in the mornings, on occasion the gf burritos have been sold out, which is what I usually get because they are delicious. Also, the design on the cups is super cool!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I am diabetic but love blended drinks so the assistant manager made a recommendation of a peanut butter mocha blender but made sugar free with no whipped cream. It is my go to order now! Absolutely love this place and their products!

I went to ziggis the first time on their opening weekend. I got a latte and I have to say it was wonderful! As the other person said, the drive through is a little tight, but there were other trucks in line and they did just fine! There is a walk up counter if needed. Everyone was nice. As a brand new place just opening, people need to be more forgiving and understanding to that.I WILL be returning often! Glad it came to Fort Collins and close to my house!

Ziggis Coffee is a staple stop in our household for excellent coffee and coffee alternatives to go. Id go somewhere else for a sit-down cup of coffee, but Ziggis is perfect for that pick me up. I adore everything Ive tried through them, their frozen hot chocolate tastes like the interior of a Smores PopTart without the burnt aftertaste, their Bhakti Chai is deliciously strong and fragrant, and their custom and pre-made Italian sodas are top notch. They have everything for every time of the day, and even have a limited selection of specialty breakfast food and pastries for those who want it. I found their donuts too sweet for me, but Ive never been fond of super sweet pastries and plenty of other people would love their donuts most likely.

We have gotten coffee there a few times since they open and I have really enjoyed it each time. Tasty drinks and friendly staff! We are so happy to have a coffee shop on our side of town and plan on stopping there frequently!

SO SO excited to have Ziggi’s move in near our home. There is nothing on this side of town. Perfect location to grab a cuppa on the commute. Chai is excellent. Much better quality than Starbucks. AND there are lots of vegan options not to mention vegan DONUTS!!! Yummmmm

Great coffee

Just had a horrible experience here. We ordered 3 hot drinks, clarified that it was hot a number of times and still got the drinks wrong. When asked about it, she got excessively confrontational about the drinks that SHE messed up. Been here several times and enjoyed it well enough but now I definitely will never be back. I will also make sure to steer all of my coffee loving friends away from this place. Luckily there are other Ziggis with friendlier staff always willing to fix the problem.

Tried it because it just opened near my house. Ordered a 16oz mocha. It was undrinkable. Cloyingly sweet and it tasted like artificial sweeteners. It did not taste of coffee at all. I dumped it down the drain when I got home. Staff was friendly.

We came here for the first time today and ordered 2 iced coffees with almond milk and hazelnut. Seems like a pretty simple beverage to not mess up, but they were absolutely terrible. My wife and I were barely able to take 1 drink each, before tossing them in the trash. Whoever designed the drivethru must have been drunk, because my truck could barely make the gozkart curves that made no sense whatsoever. Needless to say, this will be our first and last time at Ziggis.
