I lost my phone over the weekend. I used the Apple recovery app and the phone was tracked to this location. When I queried the store associate, he did tell me that legally he was required to return my cell phone. However, he made sure to tell me that they would be out $150 and any amount of money would be appreciated for their loss. In my haste and excitement to have found and retrieved my phone, I paid a small fee to show my gratitude. My phone did not have the protective case or SIM card when he handed it to me. I dont know if that was done by the individual who had sold my phone or the store associate. Now that I have had time to calm down and think, I am extremely disappointed that this store does not check ID or some other mechanism to ensure that they are not purchasing stolen items. And trying to guilt the owner of a stolen item is disgusting. The business should have better operating practices to ensure that they are not victims of fraudulent patrons.

Scam, had this company unlock my phone a year ago. Yesterday they disabled my number and change it from straight talk to track phone without my consent. When I went back in there to fix it the owner told me only way is to pay the update fee plus a new SIM card fee to get my number back..Was on the phone with straight talk from 10-3 for th to put a fraud claim in order to get my number back.The simcard they use to unlock your phone has a bug in it. They’ll be able to hack into you your accounts unless you have a 2 way authentication process in place.Do not trust these guys. Went to the police station and they couldn’t do anything.If this happen to you I will testify. I can’t wait until someone close these clowns down

This is one of the worse businesses I have ever done business with on EBay. We sold an iPhone 8 Plus 64 GB to this company on EBay. The phone belonged to us it had become blacklisted. The company decided they wanted a refund and we issued a refund to them in good faith that they would return the iPhone in the original box and all accessories that were sent to them. This company was sent the tracking information and took almost a month to return the device back to us. The refund was issued on 03/08/19 and we did not receive our device back until 04/02/19. The device arrived (not in original iPhone box) but in a envelope that was not protected causing damage to our device. This company also kept the brand new screen protector (without paying for it) and the original iPhone box that would have avoided damages to our device that was sent to them. When I contacted this company to resolve this issue. They kept giving me the run around and I had to keep following up with them to get any response. When the owner finally called me I explained the situation and was laughing the whole time and told me his company sent all original items and the box the way it was sent which he did not. He also stated I should have insured the device, basically so he would not have any responsibility. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They are very unprofessional, careless with others property and dishonest. I have attached pics of this entire situation and would definitely go elsewhere or proceed with caution when doing business with them.

Do Not Buy Used Cellphones Here!!!!!Poor customer service, awful listening skills and poor quality of product. I bought a Samsung S8+ and about a month or 6 weeks after purchase the cellphone starts having trouble charging, I took it to an Authorized Samsung Repair Center where I was told the battery was swollen and the type of damage it had it would take over 6 months to cause that particular battery problem.I chose to bring the phone back here due to Luis saying the phone was inspected prior to selling,and I at least expected good enough customer service, however I received a phone call the next day from Luis telling me the price of the repair and the fact that it was no longer under warranty, I explained the phone had been checked and he proceeded to tell me it didnt matter,I never asked for the warranty all I wanted was for the business where I made the purchase to be mindful of the type of damage the battery had and to be more helpful with a solution as they did sell me a cellphone with a faulty battery, I wasnt expecting arrogant behavior from the salesman.EDITLuis obviously CANT read!!!!! I never asked for the repair to be free,now youre lying, I said I wasnt going to worry about the crack on the cover I needed the battery issue addressed which you didnt mention any of that in your answer,you didnt inspect it prior to the sale and if you did then you chose to sell it with a defective battery, so Luis next time learn to listen, learn to READ, dont lie just to cover up your lack of good service and you learn a lesson this time....

I had got referred by a friend to this place.My friend had told me the price and I had to go check the place out due to the great price.Turns out the next day after walking out, my screen had 2 slight cracks on the bottom of the phone.NEVER have I dropped my phone after fixing it.They wanted to tell me the phone was cracked due to a drop.I was not satisfied of their business.No guaranteed warranty, no insurance was asked to put on the phone, no nothing! They couldn’t do nothing for me, mind you it was a day after I got it fixed. 👎🏾

Not satisfied with screen replacement. $200 and it wasnt sealed or glued correctly could see light on edges of phone. Next day the screen cracked. I took it back as it has not even been 24 hrs and they wanted to charge another $200 to fix it. Not happy at all. Dont know if its new management or what but not what I expected from this company

This business posts in the Facebook marketplace and on Letgo, but claims when you come in that these prices are “wholesale” and require a purchase of 6 devices in order to honor that price. Obviously a dishonest company.

Trash service. Went in to buy an unlocked samsung galaxy and he told me he had one. when i had paid he told me i had to wait for him to unlocked it. I waited one hour. When I went to return my phone as i had found a better deal the next day. He told me that he does not do returns. He showed me a small sign which was covered by other things which is really hard to see that said the No Retunlrn Policy

I recently had a ISSUE on Ebay for a GALAXY s7 EDGE AT&T ROSE GOLD BUNDLE.The owner spoke to me, and is looking into this issue.I will post updates.If this issue is resolved I will be rating Mobile Solutions 5 stars!Update. 1.Mr Lewis the owner has been looking into my issue.So far there are no positive results.This has been a 3 week process.Phone was shipped Brand New. To Mobile Solutions.Mr Lewis issued a Return on Ebay.Apon receiving the package that was returned to me, I opened it and received a Nintendo DS & DVD drive a total value of $20.The phone had a value of $615.Mr Lewis stated that perhaps there was a mix up in shipping.I am hoping to either have my Galaxy s7 Edge Returned.Or too be reimbursed for the total amount I had into the item.In good honest business when a Vendor, whether they are the Seller, Or Buyer. Causes the other party a loss in business, The person whom caused the loss, is suppose to make things right.Will write more upon talking to Lewis

Recently was going to buy a phone from here.But after reading some reports online, I found out that this man lives a lavish life style but scamming people in Business & on Ebay.Would not by from here, wouldnt be surprised if some products are stolen.

Mobile Solutions Ft-Myers scammed me into buying a AT&T flagged (Lost/stolen) phone and wrote on the receipt that it was unlocked and had a clean IMEI. When their deceptive ways were brought to their attention, they said that the phone is out of warranty and its no longer their responsibility. Please triple check anything they tell you. When I wrote a negative review on Google Reviews, they actually HACKED into my gmail account (because they had my password when they were transferring my contact from my old phone to the new iPhone) and deleted the review and put a positive review for himself under my name. Fortunately, Google/gmail support team helped me regain control of my Google account. Their review is as follows.Thiendella Fall:THIS GUY IS THE BEST OF THE BEST.! I AM VERY HAPPY I WENT TO HIM, AND I MADE A MISTAKE POSTING ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS FROM DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS THAT I DONT REMEMBER THE PASSWORDS FOR.!! :D A++++++So, Mobile Solutions Fort-Myers is definitely not the way to go as dishonesty and deceptions are written all over that business. I certainly do NOT recommend using them at all.

Called to ask if they fix iphones and they said yes so i ask for a price and the guy said i can give u a price after 4 so i ask why after 4 and he replied that they are open 4;30 to 7pm so i ask what type of buisness only opens those hours and he replied with a buisness that doesnt need your buisness so i def wouldnt go to this place to fix my phone . go to the forum u break i fix

Frauds straight frauds... Do not pay ahead of time to get your phone unlocked, wait until the process is complete. Paid $200 and the unlocking process did not work and they refused to refund my money because they still went through the work...they are hustlers--go somewhere else and beware
