Sprint is not to be trusted. I signed on with Sprint PCs a year ago. Since than they became involved with T Mobile (which sucks). In the past 2 weeks our service has been down. Voicemail stopped working, if we didnt answer in time people received a message saying our number had been disconnected or the number was unavailable at this time. We were losing customers, texts werent coming through, no voicemails, and due to the failed service, our customers were growing concerned with not being able to reach a company they had advanced money to for work. Were spent hours trying to get help. 3 hours chatting online on Sunday to be told we were being switched to 5G which would correct the issue and after forcing updates to our phones we were told our phones were not 5G compatible. According to Samsung they are. 4 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get Sprint to release us from the contract (which they breached by failing to provide the service contracted for). I tried explaining that the service wasnt working and the Philippine guy said he couldnt understand me due to the connection. He hung up and called back. I told him it wasnt the connection but their service. He connected me to Juan in the finance department who assured me that due to the issues we would be granted the release from the contract. Upon trying to sign up with Verizon last night we were told our phones would not be released until we paid to break the contract. The boy on the phone said that if we wanted out we had to go to a T mobile store, pay to get out of the contract then put in a request to release our phones and numbers which would take 6 to 8 hours. If there was an issue with the service we should have them write up and official ticket and wait 48 to 72 hours for them to try to resolve the issues. We have already spent several days trying to get the issues fixed but he was quite arrogant and laughed at me. I have canceled the service with Sprint, moved on to Verizon and today I will spend outside of all of the Sprint and T Mobile store letting everyone know just what us useless and petty company they are and how pathetic the service is. Just last night I managed to get 4 people to walk away from a T Mobile and Sprint last night at Best Buy. Took me 3 minutes explaining what they did to me and they all went to Verizon. Sprint doesnt care about the service, they do not care about the customer, they care about money. If you want to get service that works and truly is reliable, stay away from Sprint and T Mobile. The network doesnt work and the excuses are unreal. Also they push most calls to the Philippines where there is a huge communication gap and even more excuses.
I just want to say that the new store manager at this location is ABSOLUTELY incredible. Her name is Heather. We are so thankful to have been able to work with her on getting us our new phones. She went above and beyond to help us. She was so patient with us, provided such detail and explanation on any questions we had. She deserves a raise!! She is what customer service is all about. Today the Assistant Manager Michael A. was so helpful and explained in detail my account specifics. I was completely satisfied with his service. I’m visiting from Cincinnati and he made my visit to his store a pleasant experience.
The store manager helped us. I think her name is Heather? She was awesome, very knowledgeable, and not pushy. We told her what we wanted to pay per month and she found a phone for me. I appreciate it and will be back.
They hooked me up!! Way better then any other sprint store I’ve been too... Amanda took care of me and I will see her for my next new phone.
Everyone in the entire store is very informative about any thing you ask about, I never felt pressured into buying anything it was very relaxing and easy to purchase our phones and accessories at this store ! I’ve even recommended multiple people to go because of my great experience
I went there with my daughter to upgrade her phone when I was finally called by a young lady I think her mane was steff she didnt have a mane tag she was rude and when I told her I dont want to upgrade due to the price. Very unprofessional. I told her removed my insurance she told me no and I walked away said thank you.
People were not pushy and were very knowledgeable. Liz and heather impeccable service.

They are the worst service provider! Dont choose them you will regret it!! Their coverage sucks . Calls dont come through. I signed up for the 5 lines for $100 theres no such thing. I was being charged for so called free phonees one thing after another.. being a single mom of 4 kids they were just robbing every penny I had. Switching over to At&t was the best decision I could ever make!!
Sorry about that last review. It was meant for the store across the way. Not this one. This one is wonderful. The one on 41 across from Best buy is horrible however. Keep coming to this one everyone!
Customer service here is amazing and the deals are even better, gotta love the Edison mall sprint store.
Switch over to Sprint at the store, then when had issues with billing and pricing, was told that all problems must be dealt through the corporate store. Seems like the employees are not willing to help unless they are earning a commission. My suggestion is to skip this all together and give the commission to the employees at the corporate store who are actually willing to help.
This store is amazing,The workers Michael,Luisa,Tianna, and Yesica were great Costumer service. They explained everything to me, made sure I came out of the store with a smile on my face and also helped my wife out figure out her phone. The ladies at the store greated me with a smile on their faces and Michael was such a gentlemen. I will be coming back to this store, the wait was worth it. Thank you guys.

They have few information about Sprint offers. The customer service was cold and inconsistent. I received poor information about my transactions there and they set my account with data that werent asked to me.
