Professional from start to finish. Dan Ross reviewed our inventory, made recommendations regarding packing and protecting our valuables. Due to issues on my end we had to change the schedule around several times, and they were very accommodating. Everything ran right on time. The crew, led by Jeremy Jennings, worked very efficiently and carefully. We did not suffer so much as a scratch on any of our items, and we were packing many pieces of artwork and many antiques. I think that Jeremy could pack a Cadillac in a cracker jack box with room to spare.To summarize, a part of our move causing us much worry, turned out to be the smoothest thing we did. This was one of the worst experiences of my 60 years. I was lied to, disrespected by the person at the main office Luis, furniture was damaged and the cost was outrageous. It was much more expensive than I was even told. It was obvious that the guys who came to the house were told to take their time. It was a full hour before they ever moved one piece of furniture to the truck. When they arrived the leader told us that he had no tools because his had been stolen and could not take the beds apart and that the main office had told him to deal with it because they had no tools to give him. Fortunately we had a tool kit and they could use ours. In the process of moving 3 pieces of furniture were damaged. We were charged for use of their mattress covers and we had provided our own. There was never an itemized list of what I was going be charged for given to me until after my furnishings were on the truck being held hostage until I paid their prices. They are liars and cheats and do not deserve your business. What should have only taken 2 hours ended up taking 5. When the 3 guys walked in our home the leader said, I have never seen a home so completely ready to move. It should NOT have taken so long. When we spoke to the person (Luis) at the corporate office, he was rude, condescending and flip with his answers because he knew he had us between a rock and a hard place. Bottom line...DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

We hired All My Sons moving because they had the best pricing after comparing a few companies. We originally got a quote which they backed out of because they said they needed to see our house and what was being moved first, we were given another quote which was much higher but still went with them because they said everything was included…so we thought. Upon their arrival were given an extra mover which we didn’t agree to, they also charged us $800 for packing materials that we were told was included (we had our things all boxed and ready to go) we purchased 3 tv boxes from them but the tvs were wrapped with cellophane and paper.They took a lot longer than they should have, given we had almost everything ready to go, they took a lot of breaks (we would find them sitting in our garage). When it came time to unload at our new home the price was double what we thought it would be but they hold your stuff in the truck by until you pay. We found many damaged things while unpacking, it was for sure the worst experience with movers we have ever had. We did get some money back regarding the “packing” materials that were supposed to be included but nothing for the extra person they sent or damaged and lost items or time spent doing nothing.

Anthony’s crew was absolutely amazing!! They were quick and efficient. Made sure all my valuables were tightly wrapped and protected. Finished the job in a timely manner with a smile on their faces.

I moved 7/31and the price tripled from the estimate given. I moved from a 600 square ft apt and it took them 3 hours to load the truck. I only had a bedroom set, a TV without a stand, a small patio table with 3 chairs, a sofa, boxes, crates and misc items. It shouldnt have taken that long. They also broke my cats scratch tower. Lost hooks to my full length mirror and also left the adapter to the sofa in the truck which was then supposedly put in the dumpster. One of the movers got it out and returned it. My daughter and I had to help move and put together furniture on the back end of the move because I couldnt afford it. I should have read the negative posts before hiring them. I only did hire them because of the Google guarantee. I have not been reimbursed however. They make it extremely difficult.

The guys we had called ahead of time. They were also very professional and got done quickly with unloading our truck into our storage unit. I would recommend them for anybody that is looking for good movers that care, and will treat your stuff professionally.

JB and his crew were very professional, punctual and super polite!! We had two apartments that consolidated to one and they were very accommodating. The whole move was done in two hours (furniture move only). Be wary of your start and stop time though, the movers tried to charge us for an entire extra hour that they were not there. We called and got it sorted out quickly, due to a tracker on the truck itself, and the man at the office was very helpful.

I read all of the great reviews online so I contacted All My Sons to help me move from Ft Myers to Cape Coral. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED.My appointment was Tuesday from 11-3PM and it was my ONLY day off work so I had planned my entire week around the move to ensure I had the apartment completely cleaned out that day so I could turn in the keys. After waiting 4 hours with no update on an ETA, I called them at 3:02 PM and they stated they were running late with their first move and would be on the way.I waited another hour and a half; still, no movers. I called again, asking where they were (as Ive now wasted my entire day off waiting for them and it was getting very close to time I had plans to go to dinner with my family) and they tell me they would call me back. I spoke to Lewis, Sam & Harry (all sound like the same person changing their name) and someone calls me at 5:25 PM and says the elevator broke (in some high rise?) and they now they dont have another crew to move you today.WHAT!?.... I waited nearly 7 hours and wasted my only day off, not to mention I am a day behind now on getting the apartment cleaned to return the keys. He stated he will work on a discount and reschedule tomorrow at 4PM.The next day...(Im at work) I get a call at 12:37PM stating we are ready to move you and can get to your apartment right now! I was VERY clear to the person the day before that I worked all day and that is why we rescheduled for 4 PM but I told them I would try to wrap up my afternoon appointments and get there by 3PM. They agreed and stated they would be there at 3PM.I rush to the apartment from work and get there at 2:45PM and wait for them to pull up; still, NO MOVERS by 3:15PM. I call them and ask where they were when they told me to leave work and get here by 3PM and they stated they are stuck in traffic in Naples. NAPLES IS OVER 1 HOUR AWAY FROM MY APT WITHOUT TRAFFIC!!!! RIDICULOUS! They tell me they will now be there closer to 4:30 PM. So youre telling me, YOU CALLED ME TO LEAVE WORK EARLY & NOW YOURE LATE - AGAIN!?4:30 PM rolls around....NO MOVERS. SHOCKING, I know! They did not get to the apartment until 5:45PM (2 days late!) and have the audacity to charge me full price for the move!? No discount, nothing. They are LIARS and will double book your move! Charged nearly $800 to move just over the bridge. (8 miles total.) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Eric, Matthew, and Alvin did an excellent job. They worked as a team and played their parts well in order to get my Mom moved into her new senior living facility very quickly. Eric ran into an issue with disassembling the bed frame that normally would have put a halt to the operation, but he was able to improvise and actually fix the issue with the bed frame. We definitely will be using All My Sons again when Mom moves home.

I am beyond pleased with our experience with All My Sons Moving. This particular move is a bit more complex than previous moves for our family in that we are moving to the Caribbean.We saw 4 movers within 24 hours and All My Sons stood out immediately. The salesperson, Charlie Perez, was clearly the most thoughtful as he walked through our home, did a very detailed inventory and talked specifically about packing strategies knowing that their trucks would be delivering to a freight forwarder to ultimately be loaded onto a container ship. He was the only one of the four to provide a detailed estimate at the end of our meeting. After contracting them, as we learned more about the logistics of the ocean move I was pretty overwhelmed and had questions about packing certain things. I called and he was able to come back to the home, walk through again and give me excellent advice about the stuff we were packing ourselves.Packing and loading day was yesterday, I was really dreading it based on our move just one year ago from Chicago to Ft Myers. Within 30 minutes of meeting Carlos Encarnacion and his crew I was relieved. The packing for our most important furniture pieces was incredible. The crew was very focused with great care and attention, thinking all the time that the furniture would be on a boat, not just rolling down an interstate. They were also strategically thinking ahead, as they would deliver the goods to Miami and them pack them on to pallets for the container.None of us (the movers or me!) had done this before, and I cant tell you how much their being truly invested in the process meant to my husband and I. Both Carlos and Walter are obviously highly experienced and came fully prepared with professional tools. They pointed out a couple of things that had actually been damaged in our first moved and FIXED them before packing.Today they drove to Miami, kept us abreast of their travels and successfully palletized all of our belongings. Since we will not see our stuff for a few weeks, at least we know that its taking off in the best possible shape. Moving is NEVER fun, but dealing with this professional crew took my anxiety level down about 10 notches!I would give more stars if I could! Thanks All My Sons!

Theft, child labor, non-disclosure, destruction of property, this place does it all! It all started with a quote $114/hr for 2 man team plus $114 deposit for travel time and fuel/labor. Job took 3 hrs, ended up costing almost $700. Do the math, it doesnt add up. Furthermore, your deposit is not returned and is in addition to the cost of the move. Bait and switch. Point blank asked the rep I spoke to how pricing worked and if there were additional fees, I even asked for them to run the numbers on a 3hr move, we both came up with the same answer around $400 give or take....Fast forward to moving day, the driver pulls up and out of the truck hop two kids who couldnt have been more than 16 yrs old. Able bodied at best but definitely still in high school. Then we get to my new place to unload and they havent taped or strapped any drawers shut, no protection on any of my items in the vehicle either. Only protection they offered was mattress protectors.... At the top of my outdoor, concrete staircase, a drawer flies out of my $600 dresser as the two minors struggle to hold it steady and bounces off every step as it crashes its way down. suffered the loss of the corner and deep scratches. no apology from the staff, just a not-so-reassuring dont worry about that, insurance will cover that completely No, its 60 cents/lb OR full coverage IF you pay for it. Really didnt think I would need it since I had hired professionals aka 2 16 year olds and adult supervision. As if that wasnt enough, the 2 minors were so amped about their recent destruction of property that they decided the best way to get a 28 wide desk through a 32 door frame is with a running start and plow right into the frame, completely destroying the leg and attachment assembly. Then, I asked them politely to take the desk to the dumpster after they finished and instead, they threw it under the staircase and left! It was literally the last thing they did before they left!At this point, I just want these professionals out of my house so I can begin filing my insurance claims. (which so far has been a 45 day struggle and counting, took 30 days to get my first response!) Then within minutes of them leaving, I realize they still have my glass table tops on their truck! I call text and email the driver and All My Sons, no answer, no call back. I figured, its the weekend, Ill address this Monday. Finally talk to someone in claims dept and dispatch about the missing glass..... shocker, its GONE! These were custom glass tops, not sure why they would be stolen but I saw them go on and they never came off (weve searched EVERYWHERE!).After telling this story to any and everyone who would listen at All My Sons, I have gotten nothing but an offer from a third party claims company for a whopping $72 to cover the $1200+ in damages. No one ever returns my calls (even in the beginning when I was REALLY NICE about everything!) No one at All My Sons seems to be interested in making this right. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company and avoid ending up in my position.

Carlos, Walter and Ryan were wonderful, they made her transition smooth and easy. she felt comfortable with them! they were professionaland helpful, being a realtor I will most definitely recommend the company and that team to my clientele.

Don’t even think of hiring these horrible movers! Ruined my household furnishings and offered me $144 for a move from Ft. Myers to Rhode Island. I get nauseous when I see their trucks..don’t answer calls, no culpability and uncaring monsters..
