If I could give negative stars based on my experience today, I would. “Bobbi” appeared to be in charge of this location. She was unnecessarily condescending when answering questions and when explaining things!I needed multiple services (photo copy, certified mail, notary, money order, return mail, and fax). I was originally pleased to find a location so convenient and close to home. That quickly changed when walking into this location. It wasn’t even a matter of some of the services not offered, but of the demeaning manner in which Bobbi not only spoke to me as a customer, but also to her co-worker. I feel horrible for her co-worker.As for me, I’ll stick with the delightful ladies in the shipping location on the way to Fort Myers Beach.

This place is the best! Dont go anywhere else. We ship boxes of clothes and other items back and forth between our homes in Ft. Myers and Wisconsin. This afternoon, the owner pointed out that we had inefficiently packed our boxes and she proceeded to repack them, saving us $ 100! Tremendous service! The only reason I give them 5 stars is because Google wont let me give them six.

I had to visit this location to print, fax and mail out documents for benefits. Not only was the staff amazing and friendly, but the store itself was super clean and disinfected.I want to compliment them, at a time like this, with doing such an amazing job with doing their part to help limit the spread of infection! I felt so comfortable, the air was fresh and everything was wiped down. Thank you for providing a clean and fresh environment for me to do my business! Well done 👍🏽

I refuse to ship my boxes anywhere but here. There is never a long wait, excellent customer service. They are always willing to help in anyway they can. Definitely my go to place now . Both ladies are so friendly & efficient. No need to go anywhere else!! Also the unique gifts and greeting card selection is outstanding!!! Love this place❤️🌴🌺

This has been my go-to location for 3 years. I recently moved and read reviews for three other locations that were much closer to me. I decided that the little bit of extra time and mileage is well worth it for the customer service this location provides. They have always been friendly, fast, and professional. So nice to have this store so close to home. Even if you arent using their packaging services they are always happy to answer your question and provide information. I recently had an issue (my fault) with misreading my amazon return and selecting the incorrect options. Bobbie was very helpful, walked me through what I did wrong on my account and graciously printed my label. Glad you guys are so convenient and helpful

This place is amazing! I needed to ship a very large painting from Florida to Massachusetts. Have you ever had to organize a shipping from afar? Take an object that meant the world to you and put it into the hands of people you have never met? I had to do just this after my mothers recent passing. I contacted Bobbie and had the painting delivered to My Pack and Ship. The care that was taken by this company was amazing. The painting was so large Bobbie had to literally make a box for it. The packaging was way beyond the call of duty for any shipping company. She took my every call, eased my every concern, and with the greatest of care shipped it off to Massachusetts. It arrived perfect! Trust me this was NOT an easy task! In todays world where the only thing that matters to most is money, it is not often you find a company that cares as much as this one. There is a great deal more to this story but it would be far too long. All I can say is if youre on the fence and not sure if you should use this company, I shout out to you these words: ABSOLUTELY! Thank you Bobbie from the bottom of my heart for the care you took in allowing my very precious painting to arrived safe and sound! Next time I am in Ft Myers, I will be going over to give her a great big hug! i remain, amazed and truly grateful!

I was shipping a package to Spain that was about 13 pounds and a pretty decent size needless to say a pretty decent price too! The women at this store were so professional and kind and helpful I will never go anywhere else to ship! Then, I found out I had written the address wrong and back to their kindness and professionalism received a call from the store to ask me to clarify and update the record. All they go above and beyond. This is a great business! Thank you ladies.

Normally I wouldn’t take the time to review a shipping place, but seriously, these guys are awesome. I’m in frequently and I’ve never had a bad experience. They’re super friendly, and always have a solution to problems. Really pleased with the consistent amazing service. Customer service clearly matters to them! I came in right as they were closing up on Saturday, she happily packed up my items for me and got them shipped out. The girl that was working was amazing - so helpful and knowledgeable. Best customer service experience I have had in a long time.

For the first time i send a package tru my pack and ship,fort myers last oct.13 and today i recieved my package in good condition 8.11.2018.Im satisfied.

We had to return a large item to Amazon. The directions from Amazon, unfortunately, were vague and confusing. Bobby went out of her way to help us through the navigation of the confusion. She picked a box that was appropriately sized, helped us with finding how to send the shipping label, and took it upon herself to pack the box. In my opinion, she went out of her way to help us out. If you want customer service that goes beyond the often disinterested norm of similar proprieties, come to the pack and ship off McGregor Avenue. You will not be sorry.

This pack and ship is a godsend! The gal working was able to get all my items into one box for me to ship to my son. She gave me all the shipping options and told me when each would arrive. The prices were very reasonable, the service was phenomenal, the store was clean and well organized, employees were very knowledgeable and more than helpful! Wonderful service. I went in to ship two paintings on canvas for the first time and had no idea what the best way to ship them would be. The staff was very helpful and packaged them for me and found the best, most cost effective, way to ship. Definitely will be coming back here in the future. Also, adorable gift shop with lots of cute gifts at a great price. Always a pleasure doing business with this friendly, helpful staff! The most consistent shipping store Ive ever dealt with and certainly beats going to the post office. So thankful to have them right around the corner!

Excellent service. I have found the staff there to be always helpful and cheerful. Enjoy that there are so many resources there. Ive sent faxes, had copies and reports printed and made use of their notary services -- all good. Theyve shipped things for me through UPS and USPS all around the globe. They also have great experience packing and shipping. I drop off prepaid packages as well all the time. Never been treated with anything but respect and kindness from both gals that work there whether Im paying or not. They always go above and beyond to try to help with any needs I may have. A definite FIVE STAR!

My Pack and Ship sent 3 boxes for me and they arrived safely and promptly. The employee carried the boxes from my car, cut all 3 down ( they were not full full ) and explained to me that it saved me $$ and ensured they would arrive intact, re taped them and shipped them. Had to deal with tax stuff. Ladies here were amazing at getting me copies of all my important paperwork, shipping it to my tax guy, and making sure its safe. Lady behind the counter was great. I cant say enough good about this business. Bobbi was just fantastic in helping us plan and ship family items after my dad passed away. First, she was incredibly helpful on the phone in helping us think through and explore options for shipping furniture home - and will end up saving us big money as a result.Second - she did an amazing job with shipping other sentimental items home. We showed up with unpacked items - glassware, pictures, ceramic items and she said No problem. Bobbi walked us through how she was going to pack everything - she clearly had a plan! When 6 boxes full of stuff arrived 10 days later, everything had been expertly packed and NOTHING was broken.We were just so impressed by Bobbis care, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you!

Ive been most impressed with the services of My Pack And Ship Store in Fort Myers FL. Im from Houston and was visiting FM. I asked several other shipping companies to custom pack and ship my picture frame. I got no where if it didnt fit their standard boxes. I was pleasantly and professionally treated at this store. Without any question all was handled above my expectations. My item was superbly packed and shipped on time. The lady at the store was highly professional. I recommend this store to everyone. I know I will use their services again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would give minus stars if I had a choice.Exploitation! Very rude, uninformed and cheap service, specially the orange hair employee.She tried to charge me $2 for a piece of tape to seal my small package I was sending out by Fedex. It’s a very small amount of money, but it’s the absurdity of it that made me make a decision to leave that terrible facility for good.Never again! Life is too short to deal with rude people.

I was their Christmas helper the past month. Met some great people and saw many who I know from living in Ft . Myers so long. My mother was a regular infact. Its a one stop shop for mailing services. Melissa was great. Things are very well run and organized.

This location is it! We had many items of various shapes and sizes and had no clue how to box them and the gal was so friendly and accommodating got our items boxed up in a jiffy! She provided perfect customer service and was extremely professional, even though we walked in right at closing time and I know that can be frustrating ! I tell everyone I know to use this location because of how friendly the girls are here. Melissa helped me retrieve a print I emailed to them. It only took him a few minutes to print them after offering me multiple options to meet my needs the best. She also talked me into to buying a rad gift for my wife. The customer service at this location has always been awesome. If they can accommodate my needs in any way they always do and they go beyond to make odd things happen as well. Super helpful staff. They are always friendly and make the experience of coming into their store enjoyable everytime! Ive returned time and time again. I know nothing about shipping methods and companies, so I really appreciate that I can tell them my parameters (when the package needs to arrive, or how much Im willing to spend) and they come up with the best solution.

I had to leave a review due to the awesome customer service I received from Melissa. I sent a important package through UPS and for some reason my tracking number wasn’t working, this caused me a big stress due to the fact that these were important documents. Calling UPS over the phone proved useless, and was told to call the USPS. I did both with no luck in finding my package. I went back into the store to talk with Melissa who originally sent off my package, she was very organized and was able to find out what happened very quickly. I am grateful that she still showed me courtesy and respect despite my obvious frustration. Thank you Melissa!

Customer service is horrible. You will need to fill out a bunch of extra slips with no new info then what is already on the box. Then on top of that they wont really listen to you about what you need. They asked me if i wanted fedex or usps and I told them that i was selling an item what ever was cheaper. THEY NEVER ASKED ME ABOUT SHIPPING SPEED just charged me absurd money. I asked why so expensive and she said oh 3-5 days and i was dumbfounded and asked why not 7-9 days?! The lady literally asked me why would i want it to go slower. Because I just told you i sold and item and need the cheapest. I just lost profits. And they will lose profits now. I will drive out of my way to never use their service again. They also let someone cut me in line for stamps and it turned into a checkbook in the express line for stamps while i had to wait. As of today Im not the only one who lost profits, yall lost a local customer.Clarification provided: “check book in the express line” was an expression used to explain that it was not a quick transaction the lady was emptying her entire purse looking for pennies to pay for the book of stamps. You should never let a person cut in line instead you just let the next person know you will be right with them. no options were provided to me, I expressed to the staff while I was filling out all the forms that I wanted the cheapest option available. The team just processed everything and that was it. I expressed my distaste for the price and no solutions were offered by your team to fix it instead I was just questioned about why I wanted slower shipping.

I used to come here all the time because there are unique gifts and it’s easy to send them right from there. However, I was treated very rudely multiple times when dropping off prepaid items to be shipped out. A non-paying customer should be given friendly service just like anyone else. I now go to the USPS or UPS store when I have prepaid items & to the Hallmark store for gifts.

I had never shipped from here before. I walked in to ship a package for work and in the back of my mind I worried about not using my usual (chain) shipping store. The girl who helped me was fantastic. She offered suggestions for time and costs to get my package to where I needed it. I thought I had done a good job packing my fragile items. She offered to top it off with peanuts. The store had lots of box and package options and the typical funny last minute cards to buy to accompany your package to its recipient. I did what I came to do and left, happy with my decision to try a new store.Its the little things. Ill be My Pack and Ship from now on.

My first visit here yesterday, that said the customer service is phenomenal the girl working here is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. While I was there she was shipping packages, faxing, and answering my questions she didn’t miss a beat helping about 4 people at once, still felt as though I had her undivided attention. Found my new shipping location for sure! Just moved to area.

I walked in this business still in a stupor from my Dad passing away. They were very helpful in advising me to bring in all of my mementos of my Dad that I did not have room to take home on the plane. This was on a Monday and I received my package Thursday afternoon in excellent condition in Kansas. I have ordered many things online and I have never been delivered a package packed more carefully than the way they packed this .I do not know if they knew it was precious items from my Dad or this is the way they always pack the items. Im willing to bet they take this much care packing every item they ship. Needless to say but I will, These two were the best I have ever met in helping me out with my shipping situation. I truly thank them so much for their help.

I went to this place about 3 times over the last 7- 10 days and i will never go back. There is one person that is there all year round that treated me very poorly. I realize it is a busy time of the year but that person must realize that this is when she and the store she works at.. makes their money. She was abrupt, annoyed and not helpful in addressing my questions or concerns. There are too many other shipping places and options to put up with her attitude.
