Contacted them via their website, and I received two emails and a text message all promising a callback which never came. Every time I called them it went to voicemail, and the voicemail boxes were full. I waited three days for a callback, and ran out of time to book with a different company. Im a disabled veteran with back problems, and now I have to figure out how to move without hurting myself. Not impressed with this company.

The absolute worst moving business anywhere! They broke out tv and our tv stand and won’t return our calls or do anything they say. You would think military muscle movers would have some respectable employees or owners. Save your money for real movers because the money you save with these guys you will loose when they break your stuff!

Military needs to be removed from the business name, it commands respect and I have no respect for the people we dealt with. They outright lied about offering to help compensate for the very messed up moving day we had. The mailbox is always full so you cant leave messages. Just keep calling and hope to have someone answer. Majorly awful experience and way too much money lost. I gave one star because theres no choice for zero stars.

As it was very difficult for me to move by myself to the new apartment, I hired the services of this moving company. My movers were totally worth hiring after I finally moved into the new house, so Im glad I hired them.

They took a piece of trim out of a door in order to get a refrigerator through. I think they could have done it without messing up the door by giving me a few minutes to remove the doors from the refrigerator.

I hired MMM a couple of years ago to move my entire house across town and again a few days ago to move just a few items. The guys were fast, nice and everything worked out well. Would definitely use them again.

I have never used movers before. Called around and MMM gave me the best quote. So I went with them. And Im partial to vets as my brother was in the army for years.They were very efficient. Never stopped moving and I moved the day after a snow storm with the wind blowing hard. None of my property was damaged. Im happy where Im at and I hope I dont have to move anytime soon but if I do Ill be calling MMM. If you need to move you need to call these guys.

Overall we were pleased with the service from Military Muscle Movers. They were on time and moved us with no damage to our furniture. They were personable and hard working. The only compliant was that they left some items in the closets, rugs, electronics and other stuff. We had to load what the left in our vehicles. All in all I would hire them again but walk through the house before they left.

Didnt get a chance to try out the service because when I called, no one answered the phone. The voicemail message provided misinformation and the voice mailbox was full. What a shame.

We recently moved from TN to Fort Wayne and booked military movers to unload our truck. They were supposed to arrive at 1pm. At 1:30 they were not there and we hadn’t heard from them. We finally got a hold of someone at the office and were told that the team who would be moving us was still at a job in Indianapolis, and she had no idea when they would be finished. We were told that we could contact the in charge (his name is Jordan), for an update. When we finally got ahold of him, he said “we may not be there until 6pm. You’ll just have to wait.” Extremely unprofessional and really messed up our moving day. Thankful we called Two Men and a Truck and they arrived within a couple hours. Don’t use this company.

Thoroughly explained needed help moving our belonging from our house to the new one across town. I originally had two men than a few hours later sent another two. In the beginning, I was quoted, two men. One helper which was smoking marijuana infront of our home. Twelve hours later, the supervisor who barely worked easily changed the price 3 to 4 times. He called his boss because we were disputing the following. Also, they never applied my down payment to the job. I was unsuccessful on negotiating. The boss, Sara threatened my husband to send Jordan to our house to shake us down for cash. This is the shorter version of the story! Ive using moving companies in the past. Theyre unorganized. I feel I was played!!! Please. Use. Another. Company!

Jordan and Carson showed up on time and got right to work. They took great care in shrink wrapping and covering our property, I felt like they were packing their own items. The price was far better than than any other company. Highly recommend.

Showed up on time and got the job done! Took a bit longer than anticipated, but it was a hot day. A few scrapes and a broken chair leg, but all the important stuff made it safe and sound!

These guys did a great job at a fair price. They moved a baby grand piano for us today. Took great care of the piano and each of the houses they moved it from.

Military Movers was great to work with. From the Sarah in the office to Jordan and Richard who did our actual moving. We had them move our family piano that has been in our family for 65 years. They were very careful and professional. I highly recommend them! There pricing was also the best we found.

I saw the truck and another one similar like but MUCH BIGGER. The logos are awesome and from what friends and family have spoken on, these guys are great workers. Very polite and gentle workers. Thumbs up!!!

Absolutely fantastic! There’s nothing else to say but I think all the workers there are determined to give a great experience. Actually work here and used them to help us move (my mother and I) had no issues.

Ive never actually left an online review before, but these guys are so great that I just had to write. Weve used Military Muscle Movers twice now in our staged move from another state to Indiana. Both times the gentlemen who moved us were polite, professional and careful with our belongings. Stephon and Nigel worked so carefully and cheerfully moving us that we have requested to have them again in a couple weeks for the final stage of our move. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting professional and courteous help for any kind of move.

I had a 4 crew team move me, then the owner showed up. It was raining that day, and he made tremendous efforts to keep the crew dry and from tracking water into my new home. I am really proud of this group, and would recommend them to anyone. They finished quicker than what we had quoted. They made moving fun.

If I could give negative stars to the military muscle movers I would, I’m a military man that wanted to support the Military Muscle Movers, DON’T, they were more than happy to take my $95 deposit, promise to be there at a certain time on a certain day, when they were a no-show @ the specified time I called their office and the gentleman there blatantly lied to me saying that they would be arriving soon to unload the truck, two hours later no one shows, I tried calling back to the office and no one would answer, and my call went to a voicemail box where I was on unable to leave a message!!! I hired this company because I’ve had two back surgeries and my back is compromised, and they left me hanging, I would never recommend this company to anyone, and a soon as I get done writing this review I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau !!!!!! Just try to post this review without any stars, and of course it wouldn’t let me, what a joke of a company!!! 😡😡😡

These guys are a complete pleasure to deal with. They are also careful, organized and tremendously diligent. We hired them on short notice in January 2017 when we relocated to Fort Wayne. Ive moved internationally nine times and have worked with the biggest names in the corporate relocation business. None has been as efficient or as user-friendly as Vets Hauling and Moving. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.

Hired them to move some fragile pieces and some heavy (piano, gun safe). They did great! Fast and efficient.

My mom used this company. They hired inexperienced movers from movers.com to save money. Through that process belongings were damaged. New apartment walls were scuffed. The moving manager was rude and condescending. They uprooted a mailbox to back the truck into brothers driveway as separate delivery. The mailbox no longer sits upright. No return call in resolving problem. My mom is asking 1k$ return through credit card company. The issue is being investigated. This move was hard enough as it was out of state. This company pushed the difficulties over the edge. Please do not read reviews from the company website. Only from third party sources. Be careful with this company. I recommend renting a penske and finding your own movers. I usually leave good reviews as warranted but this company stood out beyond any other.

Ive moved with this company a few times and it has always been a good experience. They do their job, pad everything up real nice, and have all sorts of devices to help move big stuff. They are an honest group of people and if do anymore moving it will be with them. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and the movers are very easy to talk to.

Jordan and Stephon did a great job for us. I needed to move my Moms 1 bedroom assisted living apartment to storage. It was a rough day for my mom, they were kind and professional. They arranged everything in the storage unit so it will be easy for me to get to things I need first. They are very reasonably priced and did their jobs with great care. I will use them again.

These guys are awesome! Like literally one of the best moving companies Ive used. We came from Los Angeles to a rental in Fort Wayne in lieu of the closing on our house. So needless to say, wed been a bit stressed. So just the thought of our final move to the new house brought about uneasiness.Well... First of all, when I called...super professional. Gave me a quote over the phone and stuck to it! I even had them go to a furniture store where I had more new furniture waiting and they didnt hesitate. Even when we realized there was going to be over an hour wait before the store opened, instead of charging me, they took a lunch!Just great guys. They moved at lighting speed and wrapped my furniture like it was their own.Mind you, their trucks are MONSTROUS, air conditioned and in great condition...I care about stuff like that, so that was a huge plus.I recommend these guys for all of your moving needs!God bless the Vets!Carmen

I called Military Muscle Movers, very polite on phone. They sent a young man out to give me an estimate. I had 4 items to move and one of those I have moved myself. I never received a call back on a price. I have tried calling the office only to get a recording and the voice mail box is full. I’ve called the person that was here to give me an estimate but he does not answer his phone and doesn’t know how to set up a mail box. The next step is a call to the BBB.

Guys were completely flexible for time!! They were able to move out stuff with nearly no notice and were able to accommodate us into their schedule. They were quick, careful with our stuff, and completely courteous. Would definitely hire again!

If this review were only on the move, I would give 5 stars. But it isnt. From the very first call, I explained I needed a paper copy of the receipt so I could be reimbursed. I have called numerous times after the move requesting the same. I am always told that one will be sent to me. The last time I called was on April 9. This is the 25th. Customer service is lacking.

The guys were early, worked hard all day and even got a second trailer when we had too much to fit in their truck. They cleaned up after themselves and even offered to take their shoes off. We had some heavy lifting and it was no problem. They wrapped all the furniture in protective wrap as well. Would definitely use them for any future moves.

The movers showed up at my house with my household goods and claimed that they had completely emptied my Public Storage space of all my belongings. after they had unloaded what they had I called Public Storage to tell them that I had vacated the spaces I rented. The associate told me that there was quite a bit of stuff left behind. Sweaters, my firewood and a hodge-podge of other items. I was told that I would either be charged a clean-up fee or Id be charged for another month if my items were not removed. By the time I made my way to Public storage my spaces were cleared and the associate waved the fee. On a hunch I checked the dumpster on my way out and found several items belonging to me in there. I sharpen blades on the side and one item in the dumpster was a pricey part of my sharpening tools. It will take some time to discover what all was lost. I do NOT recommend these guys, vets or not! I told them that Im a vet also and I did not get the service That I paid for and I did not deserve to lose ANY of the property that I paid and trusted them to move! Their Grade is an F! If you value your possessions steer clear of these guys!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a horrible experience I have had. The actual move itself was fine but my entertainment center was damaged and that is where the trouble began. I have tried to call them dozens of times and never get an answer. Of the few times that I have actually talked to the girl that calls you back, I have encountered a rude unprofessional and uninformed person. She refuses to allow me to speak to the owner, she/they refuse to send me a receipt for the money i paid them, they refuse to tell me how to file a claim for my entertainment center and the owner refuses to call me to try and settle this and the girl actually had the nerve to hang up on me. This is by far the worst company to deal with. IF you are considering them to move your stuff,,,,PLEASE PLEASE reconsider. Do not allow the VET tag to suck you in. They are awful. I have actually contacted law enforcement to see what I can do about this as well as an Attorney.

We used them on June 9th 2018. Would not recommend this mover. Our furniture was damaged had to be glued back together. Items came up missing. When my husband called and complained the guy said he would call back and never did. We were way OVER CHARGED. I am going back to 2 men and a truck!

3 hours late ruined my $4000 dining room table but deducted $200 from my total 👎🏼😡

We had to move in a short time and MMM worked with us on our dead line. They showed up on time, got right to work and kept moving. Had to telling to stop and take a break and eat some pizza I bought for them, then they got right back at it.I could not have asked for a better crew to move us. We had more stuff then what we thought so we were getting ready for a third load when the boss showed up. He wanted to make sure his guys were fine and the job was done before he headed to a family get-together. Now thats a true leader right there, one that wont leave his men work while hes having fun.I recommend them hands down and would use them again, but to be honest fellas I hope I dont see you for awhile Im sick of moving, but your all great!

I made an appointment with them 3 weeks ahead. Called 5 days before to confirm and the gal(Sara?) who answered the phone confirmed my move. On moving day they are late. I call to find out why and there is no record of my confirmation so I am without a mover! So beware, their office help is not very competent.
