The rate was reasonable, the workers were exceptional.The 3 man team we had went above and beyond, and they were very communicative. They always confirmed before doing something, and were very attentive when moving items.Highly recommend.

Our 4 men and a truck team consisted of Daniel, Karbyn, Mason, and Jeremy.The team was simply amazing at loading up our stuff and protecting items such as the TV and 2 gigantic 6 foot bookcases. We had boxed things beforehand but they went the extra mile to wrap and cushion the furniture.At the other end was a move to a third story apartment. They were ALL simply amazing. My apologies for the job requiring extra effort fell on deaf ears. They courteously and happily completed the move for us.They were all simply a blessing and worth the cost of the move. If we ever move again 2 men and a truck will be at the top of the list.The office staff was also thorough and amazing to keep us up to date on the status of our move and be sure we were all on “same page”.Thank you!!

This is a great trucking company, I called and got everything set up, it was so easy and professional nate was the one helping me, he answered all my questions professionally and he was very knowledgeable. Ive used them twice for a move, both on very hot summer days, and was perfectly happy both times. They arrived and got my furniture moved all within the window of the time that I was given when I got my estimate. Im trying not to move again for a long time but if I had to, I would go with Two Men and a Truck again!

Our moving team was excellent. They were very friendly and incredibly efficient. I was quoted and paid for 8 hours, but even when they were close to finishing the move, they didn’t slow down just because they hadn’t hit it yet.They ended up completing the move in 5 hours and I was refunded the extra I paid.When moving the items, they were incredibly careful and even disassembled items for us. When they’d place the item on the truck, they would RUN back into the house. Daniel and Reis did a fantastic job moving our household. We had a lot if unique items and they got every last bit on the truck. They busted their buts on a very hot day and loaded and unloaded while taking care of our belongings and both houses.

I had to change our plans a couple of times, and they just rolled with the punches no problem. They got all of the details exactly right without my having to look over their shoulder every step of the way. On the day of our move, the team was right on time, did a thorough job of wrapping out furniture, they worked quickly and with a plan, they were friendly but still efficient, and the whole job was done within just a few minutes of what I had been quoted, so our total bill was very close to what I had planned for. Moves can be awful, so it was nice that there were no suprises with this part of the project.

Office staff was a little difficult to deal with. Every time you call you get someone different. It would be nice to have a direct line for the person you were working with from the beginning. And then, I got my confirmation for my move, the next day the office called and told me that I was not reserved. I told them I filled out all the paperwork and got a confirmation email. They then said it was OK. The movers were fantastic and would definitely use them again.

We used two men and a truck after a local recommendation in Fort Wayne. The sent 3 guys, ironic, and they were awesome. Koby, Calvin and Eric wrapped all of the furniture very well. They hustled the entire time and did not waste any of our time/money as we pay by the 15minute increment. They were polite and respectful and were very patient. Thank you for the great service. The estimate was actually a little higher than the eventual price. They gave a range and they ended up on the low end of the estimate. great job to the office.

We were very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of our Two Men: Victor and Michael. They packed our home up with great care and consideration for our belongings. We have a grandfather’s clock (from a grandfather), some mirrors, and a piano that we were worried would get damaged in the move. The men wrapped everything and made sure all items were secure for a 5 hour drive north. The movers had to stay in a hotel and unload the next day and they were just as courteous and energetic when they unloaded as they were when they loaded. First experience with Two Men and a Truck, when I called the office, Maddie was super helpful and accommodating, she called to check in a couple times as we didn’t have a closing date set up when I called to tentatively schedule, which was actually helpful.When move day finally arrived, the three guys that showed up (on time) were very friendly, personal and professional. You could tell they were a team and they knew exactly what to do. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better guys. Everything was wrapped and protected, they took very good care of everything. We had a couple things that were delicate antiques and I was afraid of moving due to their condition. The guys took the time to make sure that everything they moved arrived in the condition it was prior to moving. They took about half the time that I expected, which helped with the cost. It was a typical Indiana hot, humid summer day but that never slowed them down. This was a transition move while we build and I will 100% call them for the next move. I will also request the same three guys without hesitation. Two Men and a Truck made our move better than expected, I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

Simple safe and tool box move off a truck with a lift gate. Showed up on time, charged me what they told me over the phone, didnt break my stuff. This place is a joke! The ft.Wayne manager took advantage of a 79yr old Man! Quoted him for, four hours and it took the movers 12 hours with 3 kids, NOT MEN to move his belongings. They stood around for over an hour before they Even began! And they didn’t get all his stuff, and they moved him 2 1/2 miles down the road! Charged him $1,600!!! ABSOLUTELY A JOKE! They moved my client 3yrs prior to that, with the SAME EXACT AMOUNT of belongings and it didn’t cost nearly that much! Can you say SCAM??!!!

We moved to our new house in Fort Wayne this weekend. Jacob, Carlos, and Marco from the Two men and a Truck (three men in our case) did an amazing job helping us! They were extremely careful with all our furnitures, appliances, and gadgets-small and big. They made sure every item was packed and unpacked safely. Jacob worked on the master bedroom and the washer/dryer while Carlos and Marco were taking care of the rest. They were well coordinated the entire time. We were very pleased with the service they provided and the professionalism they showed. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the moving process to be a peaceful experience and do not want to worry about damaged/broken furnitures later!

This Two Men & a Truck franchise does NOT hold up the companys so called Grandma Rule that they treat everyone the way they would want their own grandmother to be treated. They damaged my smart TV, which was only 1 year old, in perfect condition, and they only reimbursed me for a fraction of what I paid for it. Had the drivers fully explained/disclosed the fine print within the contract, I would have know that their valuation for reimbursement of my property was ridiculously unfair. When I called the franchise manager, (David), he provided zero service recovery effort and said that they went above and beyond the requirements to rectify this situation. This DISSATISFIED customer could not DISAGREE more! Never again will I use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I spoke with Maddie in customer service for booking my move. I was very specific that my furniture was being moved from a BARN to a home. You have to pay for the first hour upfront upon booking. They DO NOT send your customer service agreement until AFTER you book and are paid so therefore you cant cancel services because you do not get your money back so you are contracted with them up to a year for their moving services. I wasnt told that they would not move my furniture if it had any mouse droppings! It was in a barn how can it not and again I was NEVER told by customer service any of these details? The movers showed up to move my furniture and a phone call was made to their boss because they didnt want to move it. The movers told me that my furniture was shredded by mice and they wouldnt move it. I was also told by the movers my bed frame had mold on it. It wasnt mold, it was dust from being in a BARN! Basically, the movers didnt want to move it is what it came down too. My furniture WAS NOT shredded and my bed frame had dust on it. No refund for any furniture not moved either! Nathan was their boss and had stated it was hazardous to his employees health (my furniture was not gross by any means) Nathan told me well this was in the customer agreement contract and I stated well you mean the one that is emailed AFTER the booking? DO NOT USE this company! It is not cheap and you wont get a refund for anything the movers dont want to move because of DUST or a few mouse droppings from being stored!

We had the team of Branden Adams, Victor Peralta, Kennon Smith, and John Sierra and they were fantastic! They were fun, energetic and extremely kind and considerate. Quick, efficient, professional, careful with antiques and antique furniture. Including antique china, they moved two corner cupboards, tables, cabinets, a piano and several crates of stuff, much of which went from Fort Wayne to Phoenix AZ. Only one small dish broken, but I did the packing.

Michael, Jack and Colby showed up at our old house with a professional and “get it done” attitude. I never saw those gentlemen stop moving. They worked hard all day, for nearly 10 hours. By the end of the day, I was tired having just watched them haul all our possessions across town. They wrapped delicates, identified which items went and which stayed, worked together to get the job done and after just a couple hours, there was no doubt in my mind that these gentlemen were nothing other than the pros their office described them as. Setting up the move was a breeze with Abbey (main person with whom I communicated), Nathan and Caitlyn in Ft. Wayne. The 3 young men, Ryan, Tristan and Jacob, who moved our mother were hard working, professional and personable. This was a great experience. We had 3 wonderful movers who would literally run back to the moving truck to decrease the amount of walking time. They handled everything with care and did a 2.5 hour move in 1.25 hours.

Horrible experience with Two Men & A Truck, I would NOT recommend them. They showed up 30 minutes late, was stuck for almost 2 1/2 hours in my alley and damaged some of my items.I specifically told them not to go down the alley on the one side but they could easily use the other side and they chose not to listen and was stuck. While it was stuck NO ONE kept me updated. I did finally call and ask for another truck and they said they were working on getting it unstuck. The Manager that showed up to help them get unstuck never stopped to talk to me or reach out to me to apologize for the inconvenience. I did not feel the movers took very good care with my items and I have items damaged from the move.The next day they called to see how the move went and I requested to talk to a manager, when he called back he was very short with me, made excuses and acted like it was my fault. I understand things happen but to not take responsibility for what happened is poor business practice. I have reached out to Two Men & A Truck every day since to speak to a different manager and no one has called me back. POOR WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! If you have a problem do not expect them to help you or return your phone calls. Ive used Two Men and a Truck three separate times now, and Ive never been disappointed.After getting my move finalized, I had to postpone for three weeks. The office said no problem, and three weeks later I had three guys (two Zachs and Mason) and a moving truck show up at my door exactly when they said they would be there. After a quick walk-through, they packed everything up and half-an-hour later we were on our way to my new home. Another brief walk-through and they had everything right where I wanted it within 40 minutes. No issues, no hassle.

Our home contents were moved by Michael, Jake and Coby from Two Men and a Truck. They all were courteous, professional, worked quickly and efficiently. Our furniture was wrapped well and securely protected. I would hire this company again.

Ben and Victor were amazing for our move from Indiana to North Carolina. They were amazing with all of our belongings and handled everything with care.
