Corey went above and beyond and provided outstanding service. I noticed that the showroom was well kept and the restroom was exceptionally clean. Corey was very thorough and explained step by step how to use the app. The app is A+

Dorinda was great, she proactively called me after I registered online, to see if I had any questions and had everything ready when I went in for the first time. Answered all of my questions and waked me out to my unit and explained how everything worked.Cory was also very helpful!I will use them again for my storage needs.

What a beautiful facility. Very clean inside and out. Very secure. Cory and Lori were wonderful and made the whole rental process extremely easy. Gate and door access using the app is a big plus. Highly recommend!

Ive been a customer for five months. They just raised my rent over 20%. Dont use these guys. There are better, less expensive places.

The facility is nice but no one is ever there in the office or to answer the phone. We came at 11am and the sign says they won’t return until 4pm when they close at 6. We’ve had to do everything online. If it wasn’t the closest to our house we would definitely be going somewhere else.

They took our unit early despite us being paid up for the month (and on auto pay) because we moved a few days ago and emptied our unit. We were going to bring things back to store in the unit once we got organized at our new house, but apparently they made up a new rule that units can’t be empty???? It’s for real been 5 days. They won’t even prorate the month for a refund! So they just straight up took our money. Beware since being bought by Public Storage that it is not the same.

Gate has been broken for weeks. Complained to the staff telling them someone’s going to end up stealing things. Low and behold, our property gets stollen along with others. When we asked about it they tell us they are not responsible for thefts. Stay away!!!

UPDATE: Now owned by Public Storage. Nice that manager has experience from other Fort Wayne Public Storage locations. Better trained and consistently run.Lori was super helpful and even drove me around property to ensure I could be closer to another family members unit#. She also made sure the unit I began renting was freshly cleaned. Great person to have working for the company.Comment below was 2 years ago when was owned by previous company.Great staff and manager! Clean and convenient. I cant compare to others since this is a first for me, but reason to go anywhere else.

We received a letter informing us that they were remodeling and we had to move our trailer by July. I called and informed them we were taking our trailer on the 9th. They told me they would not prorate the month. If was their demand that we move. Dont store anything there unless you are willing to pay for things you dont get

Very friendly, fast, and efficient

I rented a climate controlled large store room at this location for about a year. When I needed to sort out the go to new place from keep in storage stuff they were great about letting me move the keep in storage stuff across the hall to a new unit. The units were clean, no bugs, etc. well maintained and the staff, especially Anthony, were helpful and pleasant at all times. I would defiantly recommend this facility.

Anthony does a great job managing this property. I several different units over about 3 year from Storamerica, since they first opened. Anthony was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He was easy to work with!

Very clean storage and parking space, staff is great, they will do anything to make your day great, best storage place I have had,

I booked a uhaul online and used the express check out option, so that pick up would be quick and easy. Instead, they changed my pick up location to this establishment. Not only did they NEVER contact me about my reservation or pick up time, but when I came to pick up, they seemed to know absolutely nothing about it. I kept telling them I already filed out this information and then theyd say, oh, there it is... the older man running the establishment was so rude and bitter that Im shocked hes allowed to mingle with customers at all. All said and done, Uhaul wouldnt even honor their own $50 guarantee agreement! My suggestion, go anywhere else.
