I recently rented a storage room here and Im glad I did. Katrina and Caitlyn really took care of me. I originally called and setup through the 3rd party call center (worst customer service ever) but after they confused my reservation these ladies got everything fixed in less than 5 minutes no kidding!Thanks again ladies I really appreciate your professionalism and help.

So far I really like this storage facility. I teserved online which i received a special price for and went in the next day to claim it. I ordered a climate controlled space which was very clean and nice. Right by the door on the 1st floor. Staff was courteous and helpful. Thanks Katrina!

Very happy to have a storage facility close to us to store our travel trailer. We had a short wait for a vacancy but it came available at a good time and we swooped in and grabbed it. Billing has been easy and stress free. I’m hoping more cameras will be installed to protect my investment.

Got to the business, only to realize that the woman at the front counter was on the phone. I waited politely outside because the office is small and with Covid going on I thought it would be more respectful to do so. After about 10 minutes of waiting within her eyesight, I went inside. I asked her a few questions and was met with an annoyed expression like I was bothering her. She failed to answer any of my questions and I felt like I had to lead the transaction. Now I understand why people in customer service are replaced with computers.

Customer Service was excellent, friendly and quick.Helped me get the best deal and led me to my unit.

The storage unit place is one of the best storage units Ive ever used they never give me a hard time I pay my bill by phone or in person and the people are always very nice the two ladies that working there are awesome

The property manager Katrina has been amazing! She has helped the transition process run smoothly and is always available when we need her.

I have been trying to get ahold of a property manager here for weeks. I have called the specific number for the storage rental location and customer support numerous times and gotten nothing back. I’ve emailed them and sent them messages on social media as well and still nothing. I’ve even went to the office and no one was there. The number on the door it said to call for emergencies I called and never heard anything back. Would not rent here.

Katrina was very nice and helpful! Cheaper than some other places I looked at. Clean, secure, spacious, plenty of parking. Overall great experience!

Place was clean and nice. Not the cheapest but was a good value. A dumpster would have been nice. They have no garbage. But you cant have everything.

Friendly professional staff. Updated their record computer system over the summer. Camera and gate secured. I would give this 5 stars except the unit flooded. chairs and mattress had mildew and mold on them when we moved out, but they were good as new after a thorough satinitation and cleaning. For the price, it was great for an outdoor storage unit. Better than most outdoor storage units in Allen county.

I cleared my stuff out of the storage unit a few days before my prepaid storage contract was up and didnt mention anything to the main office. To my surprise a few days later I got a prorated check in the mail for the difference. Sounds like a stand up thing to do in my book.Fair pricing, easy to deal with. Storage had all cinder block walls and roll up doors.

Kept increasing rental charges. Out of all storage places I am using, they are the most expensive after the initial charge.
