My family and I had the most amazing experience at the AT&T store located in Franklin Square NY. I appreciate all the help from Eric and Corey for the awesome customer service and professional help with all my family needs in setting up our new Apple IPHONE 13. The both of them walked us through all the steps to complete the new phone plan with AT&T. These guys deserve a 5 Star Rating for Employees of the Year from AT&T. So what are you waiting for ???? I had such an amazing experience with Eric at this location. Helped me get an affordable phone and plan as I gave my son his first iphone. He made it a memorable moment for my son, and I as he grows from a child to a young adult. Have 2 other kids who will need phones soon as well. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

AT&T located in Franklin Square do great work. I was being help by Eric Harriet who is very professional and very helpful, he was able to check my acct and knew exactly what to do to solve my problems. I am just thankful that I have a point man at this location to help me with all services and will take the time to listen when I do need help. Usman helped me throughout the process of getting a new iPhone and transferring my data etc. Usman was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and made this a very smooth and easy experience. Eric the sales rep was Phenomenal!!! He listened to what I needed and helped find what best fit me for my purchase. Also, he was extremely informative of the products and AT&T as well. To add on Eric was very easy to approach, super friendly, and never broke a smile the whole time I was there. AT&T is very lucky to have him and should push for other employees to follow in his foot steps. Lastly, if you had more employees like Eric I assure you AT&T would be with out doubt the number one phone provider service in the USA!!!
