These folks are artists at their craft. Came in for a battery replacement and was amazed at their customer service and efficiency. In less than a half an hour I had a new battery and even found a new case for a great price. Phone works just like it should. 10/10 will be going back for my repair needs in the future.

Thank goodness for this shop, Will is a life saver! Of course in the middle of my onboarding for a new job, my MacBook Pro screen cracks from a freak accident (the patio umbrella flew off in the wind and smashed my screen). Since the laptop was 2 years old it wasn’t not covered under Apple’s limited warranty but I didn’t care how much it cost, I needed it fixed ASAP. I contacted Apple Support and the earliest they could fit me in anywhere was a week from now. I begged and explained how important it was for me to get this laptop fixed as soon as possible but they told me there was nothing they could do, besides buy a new laptop. The screen replacement was about $1k anyway, the new laptop was about $2k. I told my sister and she told me to reach out to Will. Within an hour he told me ordered the parts, gave me an estimate on price and told me he could have it ready by tomorrow. I was shocked, relieved and even slightly skeptical, but he did it! He was able to replace the parts that needed to be fixed, within a day, all for such a great price! He even delivered my laptop to my home after he was done. I cannot thank him enough for saving me from this crisis. I’ll never have to use Apple Support again now that I’ve found WILLFIXIT!

They guys at Willfixit we’re incredibly professional and helpful. They fixed my phone, that even apple couldn’t accomplish. My phone incurred water damage, and apple said it was non fixable. So I took it to the guys at Willfixit and they did their magic in the officers of theirs and after a week, I got it back working, and all my memories from the military, and the trips during 2020&2019 were recovered. The price was definitely fair too, you pay for their expertise, and the thought that you know you’re going to get your phone back brand spanking new!

Winston in my hero! The touch screen on my iPhone stopped responding to touch…big problem! I stopped there during my lunch break and Winston immediately began working on it! This place is fantastic. My Mac battery wasn’t working, I took it to a couple of places and they couldn’t figure it out. I came here and they fixed it in one day and the price was unbeatable. They saved me 900 dollars. The staff was incredibly nice and caring. You cant go wrong going here.

These guys definitely know what theyre doing they do their job very well. I was having problems with my S9 Galaxy and now it is working like brand new. What I had fixed cost under $100 as to buying a new phone for $1,000. Definitely check these guys out before doing anything. I had a great experience with Winston! He was super professional and SO helpful at reviving my water damaged phone. Honestly I thought it was a lost cause after the phone wouldn’t turn on. But then it miraculously turned on when I plugged it in after about 2 weeks from the water damage date however It was stuck in the Apple logo/ recover cycle. I literally tried everything to reset the phone and turn it on but it didn’t work. Brought it back to Winston and he was able to figure out the issue, replace the damaged part and fix it within the hour. Would recommend him and this business to anyone! Thanks again.

Had an issue with my sons phone. I called WILLFIXIT up and they told me to come right in. I’m a handy guy, I’ve repaired computers and upgraded stuff, but when it comes to phones, I’ve got absolutely no confidence in my skills. My old iPhone 7 (yes I’m still hanging on to it) was having issues charging and with battery life. I knew it would need a battery replacement and a lightning port replacement. These guys are awesome! Had a water damaged iPhone XS that i thought was done for sure. Not turning on, showing no signs of life. Had damaged it on a trip and thought i had lost all photos and data. After being told my ipad couldnt be fixed. I was driving down Franklin Ave. and saw this store. I called and told them my issue. I was told yes, sure we can fix that for you. I brought my ipad in. Winston and his brother are the most respectful kindest people I have ever met. He assured me that he can fix my ipad. I wont like when I walked in there I just wanted the ipad fixed. There was a discoloring in the screen. I also had a smal crack in my screen in the corner that didnt really bother me. Winston asked if I wanted the screen fixed as well. For starters Winston is a standup guy I brought my POS lg v60 thinking it was the battery so Winston swapped the battery with a new one but unfortunately that same POS phone was doing the same thing takes super long to charge and the battery still discharge pretty fast needles to say I called him back up it was about a week later no fuss he refunded my money I wished the battery fixed the problem but I will go back if needed when a buy another cell phone..

My phone has been acting up for the longest while. I havent been able to download my media files and I tried to fix so many times. I called the Samsung and their trouble shoot couldnt fix it.
