This is th worst metro pcs in nassau. I went to look at the promotion for black friday showed the ad and refusley denied it so i showed gim another one and told me to go to the metro store that sent me that ad. After that I left. Never going again.

Went in today, asked about iPhone XR, phone was advertised 549 online, sales rep said it will cost over $800 with taxes????? How is taxes 250 more? Then he stated the phone is $700 and the advertisement online is wrong . So I asked for the iPhone 7 which is $49.00 he then stated it’s only if you have good credit... first I thought there isn’t a credit check second why did he think I had bad credit? I guess I’ll stick with my plan and pay 2 times more so I don’t have to deal with frustrated teenagers working on a Saturday.

Great experience! The agent set me up with my new phone and recovered all my information from the prior device, its incredible how fast and easy it was to swap my phone!

The sales reps were friendly the store is clean and they helped me get a great deal for my phone with a case and screen protector.

I was having trouble with my phone and instead of just trying to sell me something they tried to fix my phone and gave me all mu options if i Wanted to purchase a new phone. Great service

Spoke to a lady on the desk at this metropcs store who was asking me to pay 150 for a phone that was 100. Upgrade fee was 15 plus tax of around 35. Anything sound wrong with this pricing SCAM? Tax is 35 on a 100 dollar purchase price. So I politely told the lady that the price displayed is 99, upgrade fee is 15, Tax NY STATE TAX should not be more than 10 to 12 bucks. She said you pay on the ORIGINAL Phone Price. I told her that sounds wrong and illegal and if she can talk to store owner. She called him and they hung up since he appeared to refuse. I asked her to call him and I would talk to him. I got the store owner on the phone and told him if the original price was 100000, would I pay 8000 + 100 phone price? He didnt have an answer but said if I wanted t o talk in legal terms he didnt have to sell the phone to me. I told him i agree but at the same time told him he was scamming his customers and the state of NY by OVER TAXING. This is, to me, ILLEGAL, unprofessional and an inappropriate business practice. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store !!! There are plenty of other stores! Found a 5 star one and much better pricing on hillside Avenue !!!!! So do look around! Also phone had smudges all over it. Got a brand new piece for the right price the next day at a different store where they didnt try scamming me.

I went in today to just to buy a house charger for my phone at a Metropcs store, 972 hempstead tpke Franklin Square, ny . I walked in the store and immediately i was kindly and warmly greeted by a very beautiful (extremely attractive), intelligent and knowledgeable young lady. Her name was Natalie. She first helped me with what i came in for. then she asked me about my service. i just bought a new phone a month ago with T mobile. But she convinced me to change my service to metropcs service in 3 minutes. she saved me 10.00 on my monthly cellphone bill and a new phone, even though i had a new one. I used to sell verizon and sprint phones for years. So a salesman knows a great salesperson when he sees them. she was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, bright, courteous, a great listener and extremely polite. She is a great asset to Metropcs Corporation. I hope they give her a big promotion. Made my day! A+++++ service and a very pleasant experience. Glad i stopped in to see her today! Represented herself well and well for your company also! Thumbs up! Ps. the store was very clean and well organized!

I had visited Metro Pcs at Hemstead, i found them very friendly and infact they helped my mother trouble shooting her phone. With my experience with them i dont feel they can do all that. They are so friendly and their behavior is professional. I do not agree to the statement made by some one below. Just trying to misguide the customer. Cheap way of marketing your store.

I have purchase a phone from here with my card i have no issue u got fired for a reason so dont blame it on these people u been throwing eggs n garbage at the store khan i will meet u where ever u want stop calling store n telling these people to see them i dare u to leave your number here i will call u n post your real name khan is everyone last name trust me whatever u did thats was so childish u could much better by law but its all good ........and all other people should see how this guy is trying to get a customer to his location i think people r smart enough now a days u guys dont need a baby to teach u where to go n purchase your stuff i dont work with these people but i have know them for a years its hurted me how this guy make their store looks dirty everyday .....
