Walked into the Verizon store in Franklin Square and had the best experience with the Nathan who helped me out a lot to jump from T-mobile to Verizon. He showed me how much I can save and also the service of the carrier is excellent. Nathan was straight forward with me and he went above and beyond to make sure I get the best experience with Verizon. Now I have also took advantage of Verizon Fios to complete my package deal. We upgraded all the phones on our account along with our watches. And some of us were switching from Android to Apple. Nathan made the transition as smooth as possible. He took the time to explain all of our options and eased our minds about the whole switch. He also helped to save us money monthly even though we were getting new phones. Because it was so many phones to switch over, he didnt waste our time by having us sit there, we were able to leave and come back once the data was transferred to the new phones. He is extremely helpful and very professional.

Just leaving the Verizon store after spending time getting a new phone. Sue helped me and was outstanding. She has the patience of a Saint and tremendous knowledge. If you go to the store everyone is helpful but Sue is out of this world.

0 stars it should be for the fact that someone who preyed upon the elderly used this place for a pick up location for an unauthorized purchase of 2 iPhones. This Verizon authorized dealer was notified beforehand not to accept the purchase without id but did so anyway. Shame on you since you most likely you were in on it just to make the big bucks. No worries though since the precinct was contacted and all eyes are om you now. Have fun with that!

He took a picture of my ID in his personal phone, and didn’t want to delete it !!! I had to threaten him on calling the police and he still didn’t want to. Personally speaking he could be taking pictures of every customer’s ID and doing God knows what!!! He needs to be seriously reprimanded. Thank god for his fellow associate that told him to just do it. BE AWARE !!!

Danny was extremely helpful in our purchase of an iPhone 11 Pro Max. He helped with the trade in of our previous phone, too. Danny was able to efficiently greet and assist other customers while my phone was transferring data (he even asked me if it would be ok before helped the other customers.) He kept me informed with the amount of time remaining throughout the process. He was great at multi-tasking and being attentive to customer needs. I came into the Verizon store late in the day, near to closing with hopea of lowering the cost of my bill. Right away Sim was able to identify my problems and create a new plan that was exactly what I was looking for. Even though the process took until after closing, she was not only helpful but friendly as well. Her warm personality made the time it took to do everything I needed to do seem to go by quickly.
