Definitely recommend this store... went into upgrade from LG to an iPhone. Sara helped me today one she was so nice... literally sent everything up for me so basically I got nothing to do when I get home. Really appreciated that from her, everything was quick and smooth. Thankful for her patience

Store is amazing. I had an issue where I couldn’t make no phone calls or message my loved ones. I went into the store and I left in less than 5 sec. This angel who helped me knew her stuff. She even got me on the T-Mobile Network she said. Thank you. I’ll definitely do business there again.

Awful! After waiting for an hour to speak to someone, I was finally helped. The salesperson convinced me to buy a $30 screen protector, telling me it works great. In less than 24 hours, the screen protector was cracked. I did not drop my phone at all. It was a defective piece of junk.When I returned to the store, the salesperson would not refund my money. He offered to sell me another one for half the price....and yes, he was serious!When asked for the number of the company, he couldnt give that to me either. I tried looking it up on the Internet, but didnt have any luck.I am guessing that this store is selling bootleg, defective accessories because they could not give me any information from the company they purchased theses piece of junk screen protectors from.Do not buy from this store. They will sell you garbage!

I would not recommend the service nor to make business with this company. The salesperson which is also the manager lied to us about the lease terms, when we came back to ask for answers he just said he forgot to mention we had to pay $600 more at the end of the contract. After begin him for 3 days, because costumer service washed their hands off, he had mercy and gave us a credit of 50% when was only his responsibility. Since we switch all of our lines from the other company we accept the “deal”. But the history continues, he lied saying that our unlocked phone will take sprint sims which is not true. By today after 21 days of taking the planes we still have no service on one of our lines because they don’t have a sim.

There appears to be a disconnect in communication amongst the sales people and their manager. Initially their service was good but there is lack of proper owner supervision. Its been three (3) months waiting for an iPhone 6 and no one can provide me with an answer as to why I dont yet have this phone which was ordered and paid for back in Jan. 2016. Three sales people and three different stories. Very disappointing. Id like the owner of this store to contact me.

I ended up staying due to the patience and understanding of one of the sales pp Kirsty.But the end of the day the owner did not make good on his promises.. Promised me credits towards my old bill and for old phonesMade partial credit.. Now refuses to give me the rest owed to me or even discuss it.. His attitude has been too bad.
