I had a great experience at Advanced Audiology! It is such a nice welcoming office and the staff is terrific ! They made me very comfortable and confident and reassured me before and after my testing. After the testing was finished the Dr. explained my options, the cost, and never pressured me in any way. I would recommend this practice to everyone!

I still think selling a 97 year old man a pair of $5500 hearing aids was a bad idea . With that said they did find a person to buy the used (8 months old) aids from us, and for that Im thankful. The owner did the best she could.Frieda

I would give a 0 stars if I could. They sold our 97 year old a pair of $6000.00 hearing aids so he could hear the fire alarm at night. Seamed strange to me when you take them out at night.He lived 6 months and now there is no refund of any kind. You need to be careful when dealing with this outfit Dont be mislead there are a number of aids on the market for way less and just as good if not better for much less cost!

The staff of Advanced Audiology are both Professional and pleasant Dr. Sally is the best. She took her time and listened to my concerns with my hearing. I was tested several years ago and what I was experiencing with hearing loss was confirmed. That office did not sell the hearing aids and the person they had me speak with stated they could not guarantee I would be able to hear better. To add to that their aids were terribly expensive and they would not work with my insurance. Dr. Sally confirmed the same loss and discussed the choices of hearing aids with me. She also stated that unlike the previous person she would guarantee I would be able to hear better and I can, much better! I received my aids in 2 days. I was surprised at how comfortable they are, I really pay no attention to them at all. At my 2 week check again she listened to what I had learned the first 2 weeks of wearing them. Most of my questions had to do with the Bluetooth usage and my phone. Bluetooth and audio are still perhaps not the most stable technology but she offered a few suggestions on how we might improve it. She even remembered a client from 6 months ago with a similar issue and the same adjustments resolved his issues, I was impressed. I would highly recommend Advanced Audiology to anyone with a hearing issue.

Advanced Audiology is the place you want to go to get professional and quality care. My son has been a patient since he was 3 years old and he is now 22. I dont know what we would have done if Carrie was not there to help us through the rough times I know that my son has been successful in life with Carrie and her staff being a part of his life . Now Im a patient and I know that Im in the best hands ❤️
