I was a little nervous about having my hearing tested. The ladies at the office made mefeel good about getting the test done. I would recommend anyone to use this company. They really make you feel that your hearing wellness matters.

I have been going to this facility for a couple of years now. The people are personable, knowledgeable and helpful.With my first hearing aids, I went with what my insurance would cover, which was basic. Though I went for my scheduled appointments for cleaning and sound adjustments, they did their level best to help with my frustrations with information on the technologies of different levels of hearing aids, they never pushed for upgrades. Aids are expensive. I now have upgraded and I am so thankful with how she took the time to explain the differences. No matter my frustrations, they were never impatient.

Everyone there are very kind and caring people. They make your appointments very good. They treat you with respect. Thank you for employing great people.

You are greeted upon arrival and shortly the specialist (Amy) takes you back. Always pleasant to deal with and very efficient . Always ask if any questions after she helps with the matter at hand and sets up your next appointment if necessary. She walks you out front to the reception area.Always a pleasant experience.

I was put at ease as soon as I walked in. The testing was easy and faster then I thought it would be. Amy was very sweet and explained everything to me so I could understand. I left wearing my aids.

They are very professional, & helpful, & my hearing aids, are very clean, & I hear better! Im glad I found them & had a test, & found out that I needed 2) aids! I highly recommend them!

She helped my mother and was very professional and knowledgeable. I took my mothers hearing aid to her ENT DOCTOR and he could NOT fix it but the girl here was able to. Wonderful place. And she did not even charge me.
