I just cant say enough how much I love my doctor at Hearing Services of Franklin. She was amazing. Attentive, caring, knowledgeable, didnt push a brand, was honest about the brands, listened well, etc. Truly made me feel very comfortable about getting hearing aids at the young age of 52.The atmosphere of the office is so welcoming.Dr. Kelsey is right up there in my top two doctors I have ever been to.

I was received promptly, with almost no wait, after arriving for my appointment. The Staff and Dr. Haldeman were professional, courteous and affable. My hearing exam was very thorough and all of my questions and concerns were answered completely and patiently. At the end of the exam, I was presented with options, no pressure, and the opportunity to kick the tires with a loaner hearing aid at no additional charge. The entire process was easy and informative. I highly recommend this office if you have noticed a drop in your hearing ability and want to address the matter in a safe and caring environment.

This was my first appointment at Hearing Services of Franklin, but it was wonderful from the time I checked in until I left. I have been to several Audiologist before going to Dr. Welch and Hearing Serviced of Franklin. For the first time in 3 years I feel like there is hope with my ear ringing and hearing loss. Dr. Welch and her staff were awesome from the moment I walked in. Dr. Welch, was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. Never felt rushed or that her options were “one size fits all” approach.

The staff were all very kind and respectful. I came for a hearing test and the audiologist was very thorough.

Complete and total lifesavers! My parents came from California for a visit and my dad’s new hearing aid was making a constant feedback that was driving my husband and I crazy. Elizabeth Welch was recommended to me by multiple people and she immediately got my dad worked in when I told her what the issue was and that I thought I might lose my mind if I had to listen to the high pitched squealing any longer. She immediately got the problem figured out and fixed it for under $70. She also discovered the ear mold was cracked, but there wasn’t time to get that fixed so she gave my dad a referral for an audiologist near his home in California. She also showed him functions that his hearing aids have that nobody else had bothered to show him. My dad adored Elizabeth and joked that he might just have to fly back to see her whenever his hearing aids need work. Highly recommend, go see Elizabeth and her team!

If there were 10 stars, I would give all 10. My father was a patient and they were so good to us. They helped us through many crisis with his hearing aids being lost or broken or misplaced by his Facilitys staff. They were ALWAYs respectful to him and helpful to me as his caregiver. If you have ever taken care of an aging parent, you know that this is rare to find.

I needed to have a BAHA serviced. If you are not sure what that is, think external hearing aid for single sided hearing loss that uses your skull as the sound conductor. It is a bit specialized, so not every hearing aid shop can work with them.The staff at Hearing Service Franklin were very attentive. Check-in was quick. The Doctor of Audiology I worked with was Kelsey H. The visit was thorough, but proceeded quickly.We talked through what I needed, detailing a plan of each thing we would be doing. She did a hearing test. She then did a firmware update on the BAHA device. Using the results, she updated the BAHA and also another normal hearing aid that I use. There was a small issue with updating the BAHA, but it took only a few minutes to resolve. We then talked through all the things we had just done to make sure each item was completed to my satisfaction.All things considered, I a very happy with my visit to Hearing Services of Franklin. This is what I would consider an ideal visit to a medical office.Minimal wait time, casual environment, talked through a plan before proceeding, did a recap at the end to make sure everything was covered.There were a few minor hitches along the way, but each was dealt with quickly and and professionally.

Yesterday I had the best experience at the Shea Hearing Aid Center in Brentwood, TN. They have a great staff who are very helpful, patient and instructive. The technician cleaned and reprogrammed the aids and there was no charge. I highly recommend them!

Kelsey is my new audiologist! I have had hearing aids for 5 years. She asked many pertinent questions about experience with them. I love my hearing aids but they are not Bluetooth compatible. Very professional and experienced team!! Hearing seems to be over looked by many people, even those that work in the live music industry who should know better. Protect yourself with top of the line earplugs to insure the longevity of your career and love of music. Some people think earplugs will take away from the experience when in actuality they vastly improve the audio because you still feel all the bass and clearly hear the rest of the higher tones. Dont waste your time with little foam sponges that do muddy up the audio. Get some good custom earplugs.

Ive been visiting various places for hearing aids for several years now. This is my first place in TN and they are awesome! This was my first visit and since I have worn aids in the past, so they were able to assist me the same day. I walked out with my new awesome aids and was so happy to be able to hear again. (I had a lapse in time between my last aids and this pair) I have to return for some adjustments but I am so happy with the service Kelsey provided to me.
