Surprised the company was sold but totally delighted with with the new owner and doctor. Best visit ever. Took time to explain and very helpful. Pray they never change the way they are. Truly a blessing especially to the military vets.

We did not have a good experience, unfortunately. They pushed us to get a certain brand of hearing aids and we had quite a few issues. The sound quality was much worse than a previous pair, they were snippy when we needed help and charged us each time we brought them in for service even though the issue was not fixed the previous time. We will not go back. Hard to risk finding a new Dr. but we will try.

What a great experience I had today! Anna and Dr. Kilgore could not have been more welcoming and professional, and the office and process ran very smoothly. I felt I was well listened to, and am looking forward to getting my hearing aids next week! I highly recommend.

Franklin Hearing Center staff are knowledgeable of all the products and services available that will that will improve your life! I lost hearing in one ear 23 years ago. Back then, the products were not as good as they are today. Today’s hearing products provided the freedom to go into large groups, never afraid I will miss out on what is being said:365 degrees wherever I’m setting. The service at Franklin hearing Center is top notch helping you decide your needs to adjusting and cleaning your product “s” if necessary.

I had a terrific first visit to FHC. The office is clean with a cheery staff, and Dr.Kilgore was very patient and thorough as we tweaked my hearing aids. The “Thank You for Coming In” gift was an added surprise. A cute coffee mug with business card, ‘fridge magnet, pen, earplugs and two delicious chocolate covered pretzels (OK, who made those? They were so good!). I’m glad I found this office and look forward to returning. Highly recommend.

The first person you’ll meet is Anna, who is wonderful and really has a handle on customer service. She is technology minded and very friendly over the phone. My first appointment with Dr. Kilgore was very productive. In addition to being a doctor, she also has a Master’s of Science degree. She is on the forefront of technology and knows how to relate to any issues a patient may be experiencing. I feel fortunate to have her as my hearing specialist and recommend this business without reservation.

I saw Dr. Ellison for a hearing check up because I was tired of asking people to repeat themselves when my hearing aids were little assistance. After a few years of not completely participating in conversations and avoiding noisy public places, it was time to find a solution. Dr. Ellisons office is convenient to mu home. I was very impressed with her patience in explaining every test before she started. She explained my test results to my satisfaction. I was and am delighted with her professionalism and friendliness. Ive been wearing hearing aids for 42 years, since I was five or six years old. Dr. Elliston spent so much time going over the features, usage, and bells and whistles of these amazing hearing devices. I chose these for budget reasons, but they are incredibly packed with features- budget does not mean you are skimping on quality with these hearing aids!My last set was 9 years old, ancient by hearing aid standards. The technology difference is amazing. I am hearing frequencies in the high end that the older technology could not provide to me. For example, I can now hear our coffee maker beep when it finishes brewing. I didnt even know it made a sound! And I am hearing notes and chords in music Ive never heard before. And speaking of music, I just tested the Bluetooth range on these hearing aids, I can go anywhere in my 2000 square ft house and the streaming is unbroken. I had my phone in my upstairs office and the music played, uninterrupted, in my basement. They stream from my Samsung cell phone via low-energy Bluetooth technology, with no streamer or other intermediate device required! Oh, one of my favorite features is being able to answer a phone call by pressing a button on my right hearing aid. Totally Star Trek level tech, if you ask me.The difference between these hearing aids and the the ones I just retired is as vast and amazing as the time I went to my first set of hearing aids as a child, some 43 years ago. I literally teared up a little when I put them on, the difference is that dramatic and immediate.Thank you Dr. Ellison, Anna, and all of you at this practice.

As one gets older in life, hearing may be one of their first things to be affected. I moved to the Brentwood area a couple years ago and visited Franklin Hearing Center. Having had hearing aids in the past, I knew I needed upgrading. I immediately was tested and fitted for new in-ear hearing aids. I was most pleased with FHC personnel and their attention to service and concern to achieve the best and most economical devices to meet my individual needs. My primary desires was to achieve hearing aids that . . . substantially improved my hearing, had a perfect “fit” that did not cause wearing discomfort, were applicable to perfectly clear communication via my cell phone and was affordable for me. A large bonus was the “after-sell” concern and treatment l have received.
