I’m a patient in the Franklin, TN office. Dr. Gray and Bethany are two great professionals. They both are well informed and friendly/down to earth. Of course Dr. Gray explained everything, did a test, and did not push me on hearing aids. I chose what others told me that had and they were happy with that particular brand. I told them what I wanted, they ordered and she fitted and did her calibration and fine tuning. Dr. Gray and Bethany are outstanding.

I am beyond thrilled to have found Johnson Audiology and Dr. Rachel Gray!:) The testing was so comprehensive and revealed my hearing needs in such specific ways in the spectrum of sounds! She identified the ringing Pitches and specific noise Levels and applied that knowledge in programming my hearing aids! Did not know that they can be paired with my phone for listening to music, podcasts & speaking on the phone! I have been hesitant to use behind ear devices but this new technology has changed my life! I can now hear my family conversations (even the whispers) and what a joy to hear my grandchildren now and in future!! Great customer service. I called with a problem and asked to come by and get someone to look at my hearing aids. I got there a couple hours later and they got right on the case. Offered a beverage while I waited. They always make me feel like Im the most important customer they have on the days I come in; even if its last minute with no appointment. I was outsourced to Johnson Audiology by the Veterans Medical Center for my hearing aids. I could not be more pleased. From day one, they have catered to my every needs. When one option did not work, they were always there with another. All of the staff were very helpful. I was very fortunate to have been outsourced to them. Being a first time hearing aide wearer...and one who really didnt want to admit i needed a hearing aide (I could hear ok...just couldnt distinguis many words) ...i went into this thing with no real idea i would actually invest in...and then...wear hearing aides! But the staff at Johnson was so friendly, professional, and informative...I bought in! I now love my hearing aides and wouldnt go back to having to be a good lip reader!

Avoid this practice as they charge a $50 personal office visit not billable to insurance and then on top bill your insurance company too. I went to 6 other providers and none of them billed a personal office visit. A very strange way to do business in the medical benefits world.
