Professional service, made suggestions that helped me make my purchase and have the work done at AAA. I wanted new wheels for my car and was concerned with them getting damaged during the process, but they did a perfect job installing the tires and wheels. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here and I normally dont have good experiences in auto service, I usually do my own work except where I cant.

Had my truck towed in with a broken universal joint. AAA would not replace the universal joint and instead would only replace the entire driveshaft for an extra approximately $1200. Because I was 4 hrs from my home, I had few good options being stranded. This was very dishonest, I would not do business with this site. Universal joint replacements are inexpensive and easy to perform.

AAA delivers great service, the facility is neat and the waiting room is opened. The staff members are courteous and friendly. They will always try and accomodate you even if service slots are not available.

Had to return car the next day for a minor matter. Jeremy apologized but it was a misstep that should be instituted as part of a process for services relating to car batteries.In addition to having my battery recharged, I spent almost $900 for new tires and rear brakes. I have been a AAA member for 50 years. I deserved better customer service!

Friendly staff, I am a regular using mostly their car care and their insurance service. Gary and Jeremy always come up with the right recommandations for my cars. Sandra at customer service is always smiling and ready to help. I highly recommend the place!!!

Thorough and efficient. Friendly and courteous staff. Dont need a membership to have an oil change or work done on your vehicle. Better price on oil change of you require high grade oil.

I called to ask if they had a senior discount. Took almost 10 minutes to get a negative answer.

Went in for an oil change and was told over $800.00 worth of work was needed...nope! Car has no problems, plus, was told $60.00 for new wipers. No idea what they did to my windshield, but, it took awhile to clean it. I can get the same wipers at Walmart for $10.00! Wipers were good too. Never going back! My car has no problems at all. They only wanted money and discounts? Thats a joke.

The insurance agent was very helpful. He went Way Beyond what I would have expected.

Had not been by in ages and went for maps and tour books for up coming trips. It is self service for these now and then show your card as you leave. The tour books were not nearly as informative as they used to be, but it is nice to have the maps available.

I had two trips unrelated I had to make. In bith instances they billed me what they said they would, completed work on time, and treated me well.

The only thing worse than their auto service is their customer service:I was disappointed every step of the way with my appointment at AAA. It started with the greeting when I walked in the door. The woman behind the desk was friendly and polite, but when I told her that I was there for an automotive appointment I was directed to a desk maintained by two men who should probably work on cars, and not in customer service.When I came back to pick up my car, an hour later as discussed, I was again re directed to the service desk. To say it all went down hill from there would be a gross understatement. I was told to wait, and he would come out to talk to me. I wasnt told who he was or why he needed to talk to me. I waited another 5-10 minutes until someone came out to talk to me. For the intent of telling this story, I will call the man who came out to speak to me, Red because he was wearing a red shirt and to this moment, I have no idea who he was. Red came out and informed me that while they were doing my tire rotation, one of my lug nuts was stripped off and unable to be replaced. This lug nut, in addition to the one I was already missing, made my vehicle unsafe to drive. I understand that, and appreciate their honesty in my situation; however, I was not offered so much as an apology or sympathetic glance. Their solution was to leave my car so they could fix it tomorrow, and they would be willing to drive me five whole miles. Red said, There is nothing else we can do for you.I collected my things and made a few phone calls to try to get a ride home while the entire service desk avoided my eye contact. I walked back up to the desk and waited for someone to acknowledge me, so I could pay for my oil change and try to leave because I had to take my son for his team photos. I waited, and waited, and waited until someone else at the desk finally looked up at me. At this point, I burst into tears, and you would have thought that these men had been shown a gun. They both stopped what they were doing and stared at me, one of them pushed a box of tissues towards me while asking me if he could get me a glass of water. This was the first time during my visit with AAA that I was shown anything comparable to quality customer service and I had to cry in the middle of the AAA lobby in front of about a dozen people and my child before I was shown it. It was at this point, that the AAA service desk team finally decided they were willing to help me. They were somehow able to rig my lug nuts and I was allowed to pay and leave. Not a single apology was offered.Long story short, I paid them to fix the lug nuts two days later due to convenience, and after a long conversation with their manager 1/2 of the labor costs were taken off of my bill. Would I go back? No. Would I recommend it to anyone? Absolutely not. Id much rather take my business to a company that understands the value of quality customer care.

We called AAA to tow my wifes car to this car center. I told them in advance what it was that caused her car to die while driving down the road (bad battery connection) and they confirmed as much at the location. They turned the job around quickly. That was appreciated.What was not appreciated was the shop recommending we spend $272 to replace two parking lights on the front of my wifes SUV. When I told the agent I was not interested, he told me it was a difficult light to replace and would take two hours of labor, hence the price. I knew this was utter BS, laughed, and politely declined. That night i ordered the two lights, and two days later I spent approximately five minutes replacing them. Total cost to me: $4.25, plus tax. That this place had the gall to repeatedly suggest to me I spend $270, including a bald-faced lie about the labor required, was really bothersome. I complained directly to AAA as a result.

I just locked my keys in my car tonight after a long day at work . My guy was great and arrived in great time didnt even wait that long he was kind and funny. Really wish I remembered his name but these kind of drivers are why I choose to remain with AAA for 4 years now .

Went there on Monday. They said, they will call me after looking at the vehicle . Called them after 2 .5 hours to find out that they cant fix the issue.I would not recommend this place.

Our teenage son had a slight emergency, a blown tire, on the highway. We called AAA and they were awesome! The tow truck was there in about 30 minutes from our call. They towed the car to their service center with no problem, generated a proposal for tire replacements (that were in stock!), and we picked up our car the next afternoon. OUTSTANDING customer service!! Thank you!!

I was so impressed by the great service at this car care center! And I am a hard person to please. We had our car towed to this center and the first thing the next morning (on a weekend) after the breakdown of the vehicle, we got a call from the center.Joe informed us of the steps they were taking to get us taken care of. They got the car back up and running that same day (by early afternoon), without a blow to our pocketbook, and Joe even gave general recommendations about car care to save us money in the future--with no pressure and 100% courtesy and professionalism. I appreciated Joes expertise and really felt like a valued customer (even without being a big spender).I will definitely return for service--even though it is further from home than my regular service provider. I could not recommend this center more highly!

Not really happy with this place and the information I received from them about currency, exchange rates and fees. I went into to this location last week to inquire about all the information, fees involved etc to purchase currency for a trip. I called and confirmed the same yesterday. Went in today to purchase and they wanted to add all types of fees to the purchase. When I asked why I wasnt told about fees when I asked both times, the only answer I got was sorry, I didnt know. Really? That isnt quite good enough.

Very dishonest shop. Receptionist said I needed to replace all 6 cylinders in my engine but couldnt be sure it would fix the problem (1,200-1,600 with labor) & took 2 days to get an estimate, wasnt allowed to speak with a mechanic to get more detail. Their service was so bad AAA covered a complimentary tow to another shop. The better rated shop had it back quickly & it was only a minor wiring replacement, 2 months driving with no cylinder issues at all.

Great employees. If your car is being worked on and they find a problem, they will call you.

I went to get my passpiet photo, books on a couple states & I inquired about amusement park tickets. Being bew to AAA Ive never done the purchasing of discounted tickets. The woman there was sho very helpful!!

Honest and careful oil change/maintenance (I watched) for $47 which included synthetic oil, a tire rotation battery testing and inspections. Way better than Jiffy Lube or the Lube Shop.

The staff was very experienced and helpful. Jeremy explained the problem in detail and offered suggestions for preventing the problem form occurring in the future.

If i were broken down and this shop was across the street i wouldnt go back again!!! My biggest regret is i didnt use me AAA membership to have my car towed to another garage when the BS started. Dont trust this shop.Luckily they only got me for a few hundred..... Good Luck

Very disappointed. The main reason to go in is for a sporadic noise, which they heard, and they find all kind of perceived problems that were not problems to me. Took the car to a transmission place and they found it right away. The heat shield was rubbing against the exhaust. I have lost trust in this place. Isnt any better than the scam artist at merchants tire.

Not thrilled with todays experience. Made an appt for a regular oil change - $20; showed up & informed they only have synthetic and charge is $38. Plus tried to upsell an air filter & another item. I doubt I go back.

If your a AAA member, this is a good place to take your car for pre-road trip safety checks, oil changes, etc. Theyre no-pressure when it comes to maintenance or repairs they recommend, & give a 10% discount to AAA members on the repairs they perform.

Went in to renew my AAA roadside assistance membership. Agent that helped me could not have been nicer and set up everything that I wanted. I wish every business transaction I had went as well as this one.

Customer service sucks. I purchased the 100 mile package and somehow they put me down for the 5 mile plan. When I called to use the tow package the said I had to wait another week ( on top of the week I already waited) to use the tow service because I was under the wrong plan. You would think they wouldve compromised since it was their fault! They said they would pull the audio recording and get back to me. Did they? No. Ended up waiting 3 weeks to get a tow. RIDICULOUS! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Horrible!!! Don’t take your Vehicle here. I was overcharged for service and my vehicle was not fixed correctly the Rep Joseph Main was rude and unprofessional and so was his manager. I had to take my vehicle to the Dealer to get it fix correctly. This place Stinks! Don’t even buy Insurance from these Crooks! Your Welcome!

Well...never again with AAA! They came out to jump start our car after being in our garage with a dead battery and ended up ruining our electrical system and AC. According to the Mazda dealership where we brought it to be repaired. AAA crossed the negative and positive of the cables and caused the problems on our new Mazda 6. Of course, I would assume that AAA would cover the cost of this mishap, but they have denied my claim saying it could not be 100% proven. So...over $1000 to fix something that AAA caused. Dont do it...dont join AAA.
