My girlfriend and I walked in to buy a car today and were met with great service! They did not try to coerce us into buying a car or try to make us pay for extra features. They were very kind and helpful and would recommend getting cars here to all of our friends!
Do not order parts from this dealership. I ordered a part for my vehicle and was told it would be in on day 4. It’s been 8 days and still don’t have it and was told it could be another 5 days. Do yourself a favor and buy some where else.
After convincing me they would beat the price of my local Lincoln dealership, I took time off work and drove all the way up there only to have the rug pulled out from under me. After walking through the sales process and actually sitting in the vehicle, they informed me there was a stop sale on the car due to a software update. Say what?? Why this wasnt discovered sooner left me scratching my head. Lost half a day of vacation time and confidence in the deal. Still recovering from the disappointment.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Ourisman of Frederick. My sales person was Joe Holloway. It was the most pleasurable car being experience I had. The purchase process and paperwork took 45 minutes. They cleaned / detailed the vehicle and delivered it to my home. During the delivery, they ensured that they reviewed all of the features with me before leaving. I highly recommend Ourisman 👍
My fiance and I were looking to buy a car and we ended up working with Chris Thomas in the Volvo dept. I must say our experience was amazing and Chris was absolutely excellent. He was so helpful, respectful, kind, made us laugh and in general the whole experience was so worth while. We ended up getting exactly what we needed and more than we thought out of the experience! Thank you Chris for making the experience so amazing, thanks for you time and talents. You really made our day! We are beyond grateful for your excellent customer service. From your happy customers!! We look forward to seeing you again!
I shopped online a found a 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum at this dealership. I worked a deal but my main concern was not being able to see the car as I live 500 miles away. My biggest concern was that the car may have been in an accident or had prior paint work. I explained to the salesperson that I definitely DID NOT want the car if this was the case. He told me that the vehicle did not and that the Autocheck was clean. I went ahead and ran a carfax and it showed previous damage. I texted the salesperson and told him this was a deal breaker. He sent me back a text saying that he called the previous customer and ONLY the windshield was replaced. Unfortunately I believed his lie. The car car paint work on the passenger door and fender. Anyone in the business would know this. Congratulations, your lies and deceit landed you a deal for now!
Bought a 2016 Nissan Maxima with 12000 miles over the internet. I had numerous conversations with sales and management stating that I did not want a car that had previous paintwork. The salesman said the Autocheck showed that it was accident free. I went ahead and ran a carfax report and it showed damage. I called the salesman and he said he spoke to the previous owner and they said that the windshield was replaced. That was a lie. The windshield was never replaced but the quarter panel and door was repaired and repainted with shotty workmanship. Beware!!!!!
I have been purchasing parts from Ryan Fisher for many years now. His wealth of knowledge in Ford and Lincoln parts is second to none along with his excellent customer service. I highly recommend Ryan if you are in need of Lincoln or Ford parts.
Initial contacts w/ Sales Rep Dash & Mgr. Matt were good. Had a problem setting up a test drive, but General Mgr. Greg Thornton (along w/ Dash & Matt) were willing to make things right!Dash BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO MY DOOR for the test drive! GREAT CONCIERGE SERVICE! Kudos to all at Ourisman for their professionalism, courtesy and respect!
Worst experience of my life, they had me by the short hairs. Played phone and text tag with Lorenzo about a used 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. He left me a phone message asking what I wanted to be at. I called back telling him I want to be at $10000 that includes taxes, tags & fees. I also tell him I need a ride to his dealership 40 miles away. I was told everything was fine lets go to the next step. They pick my family up and bring us to the dealership Lorenzo is not there and suddenly no one has ever heard the price we were quoted. They refused to give us a ride back or honor the price they had advertised. When we were told their price was firm we showed them a lower price they had advertised and after a bit they agreed to that price but not what we had agreed on with suddenly missing Lorenzo. Then they sold us a car with no gas in it! Then agreed to fill it up but apparently that only means half a tank! We wont ever buy from here again. I would suggest no one buy from them. They are dishonest and dont care for their customers.
Proactive after the initial inquiry, however pressuring to order/place a deposit on a vehicle I have not even chosen as the car I will purchase. Ultimately, when push came to shove for the dealership to provide their best offer on a selected vehicle, there were 0 responses. Same goes for their Bethesda branch! Would not consider them ever again! Guys, go learn from Herb Gordon Volvo!
I worked with Dylan McKee and others Ourisman and the experience was very positive. I was contacted by Dylan about a pre-owned vehicle I found on a national website. Dylan was very responsive but not pushy. Prior to going to the dealership, I called a couple of times with questions or for additional information and Dylan responded very quickly. Once I visited dealership the buying and trade-in experience went very well, I got a good deal and enjoyed working with Dylan.
We want to thank Matt and Lorenzo for their outstanding customer service with our recent internet purchase of a 2015 Volvo S 60. Living 2400 miles away certainly made this a long distance purchase but they could have not made the process more easy or comfortable.Matt assured us if there was anything we need any time let him know and he stood behind his words. They made us a great deal on a beautiful car. We certainly would recommend them to future prospective customers. They have our trust.
I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from here. First they tried to have me sign false loan papers when I was buying the car in full from my bank. Then they tried selling me car with a higher price. Thank God I knew 2 of my boys that sell cars to check for me. Then when I drove off the lot the Engine Light goes on. I speak to salesman and he gets upset and tells me not to call him again. Now my Converter is down which the place fixing it told me is connected to the the first issue. The place fixing it told me that they had just put a bandaid on the problem and they said they felt sorry for me. The Ourisman in Rockville is 1,000,000 times better than these guys that will lie to get a deal. Run from here.
I had a great experience with Dylan McKee, and the entire team at Ourisman of Frederick. They were very up front and honest. I got a good deal on my car and would refer others.
Purchased a used vehicle from Saleperson Lorenzo. It was by far my best experience at a dealership. Had a minor maintenance issue a few weeks after purchase, Sales manager Matt and Lorenzo went out of their way to make it absolutely no inconvenience for me. Would most definitely recommend this dealership by my experience.
Purchased a Lincoln MKC from Lorenzo yesterday! I contacted him on Wednesday evening and when I arrived at the dealership the next day, he had everything ready for me to make the purchase!! From beginning to end, Lorenzo and his business manager Timothy made the car buying process effortless. Everything they said they would do they did! Lorenzo and Timothy went above and beyond to make my experience a very positive one and put me in my dream car!! I highly recommend Ourisman Frederick and the outstanding staff who know how to satisfy customers!! Thank you again Lorenzo and Timothy
Rushed in a little before 7pm Wednesday July 27th hoping to test drive a car I had been admiring. Ian my sales guy was great! He was a consummate professional who made the process super easy. Everyone was really nice and super professional but down to earth including Ashley. Shout out to the finance guys Nick and Jordan who sealed the deal. Check out my page to 👀 my new 🚘.
After test driving a car, I told the salesperson the type of pre-owned car Id be interested in purchasing. After 2 days, I received a text with pictures of a recent trade the dealership had on the lot. It was just what I wanted. I purchased the vehicle in a no hassle transaction and feel great about the car, the customer service and the overall value I paid. Like other posts, though, I was disappointed in the trade value of my existing car (which I admit had minimal value). Therefore, I decided to keep my older vehicle and drive both home.
Loved our purchase so much through Matt Diorio (who is incredibly helpful and patient), we decided to get a second car through him! He found us exactly what we were looking for and the purchasing process was seamless. We are recommending to all of our friends. Looking forward to a long standing relationship with this dealership.
The sales staff is very friendly. In a sense I didnt get what I asked for but at the same time I got more than what I expected. I would have attribute that to my gullible and trusting nature. I really liked the vehicle and it showed. I am not shrewd and I dont feel I should have to be difficult and threaten to walk away to get the best price so I most likely did not get the best deal. I know its a business into making money but I just wish that they would just provide the rock bottom price without someone having to be an a**hole to get it, thats all. No haggle pricing would remove a lot of the crap I dislike most about car buying. Just because I can afford to pay something doesnt mean I should have to just to have a pleasant buying experience for both me and the dealership. Most of these points are based on this experience but are mostly my general thoughts of car buying. I will probably buy from there again, but bring a shrewd friend to negotiate on my behalf next time.
Cory and Jordan really got the job done.....This is the best customer service I had in a very long time....Im very happy with my new purchase..They will always get my business......
Ourisman of Frederick Rocks! I drove 50 miles just because the first impression was the Best of all the dealers I called.... It was worth it! My experience was excellent! Jeff Bodine was my salesperson. Thanks Jeff! If you want to work with a great team that has the courage to offer excellent service, integrity, and respect for your time in 2015! This is the dealership!
FIRST CLASS SERVICE ALL THE WAY! Dan Mangan will be my go-to guy for every vehicle purchase I ever make again. He got us into a fully-loaded Audi Q5. It is a beautiful car, but what sold us even more was the customer service that we received and continued to receive even after driving the car off the lot. The whole process was fast and professional - never felt pushy or uncomfortable. Dan knows what he is talking about when it comes to cars!! I dont have enough room to write all the great things that I feel towards Dan and Ourisman Lincoln of Frederick.
Bought A car from them and was asked by Salesperson did i want a warranty and explained it to me for 15 mins then when paperwork was written they did not include my extended warranty. They sold me a Lincoln which has a bent strut that now has cracked and i called their service department a week after when i first noticed this weird smell and way car drove was changing. Their service said just bring it in whenever. Also they stated now for me to get the warranty i now have to pay out of pocket to fix everything wrong with the car and then maybe they will add it. I didn’t even pick the car I bought it was approved and everything before i was even shown the car. I just feel like they kept me there for over 6 hours just to rip me off and now say well you have to fix car before we give you the warranty we said we signed you up for. Just disappointed.
Purchased a Lincoln MKX and Lucas was our salesman. He was so very friendly and knowledgable about this vehicle. Lucas was very efficient and took care of our every wish in a vehicle. He is one of the most outstanding salesman we have ever had. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle at Oarsman Lincoln of Frederick. We simple love our MKX very much....do visit Lucas if purchasing a vehicle.
Have received constant calls, emails and text messages for the past 3 weeks or so since I received started looking for a new car. I was not interested in a Lincoln before and I am most certainly not interested now. check them out if you like people calling you constantly. I have resorted to blocking their numbers.
The folks at Ourisman Audi were terrific, from the moment I asked Jordan of the finance office for an A4 brochure, one late night before closing, to when we signed the final paperwork before driving away. In between, salesman Dan Gugger took excellent care of us. He was knowledgeable about all things Audi, found twisty, curvy roads to reveal the A4s performance characteristics and enlightened us on the numerous A4 options, their combinations and permutations, without overselling. He was very patient with us over the three weeks we took to consider it and other vehicles, following up to see if we had other questions. As we narrowed our specifications for the desired A4, which I had found nonexistent in the Harrisburg-Frederick-Baltimore-DC area in my on-line searches, Dan priced it for me while his sales manager Chris scoured the East Coast inventory for the rare Cuvée Silver A4 we wanted. We had the deal done the day after Christmas and the car delivered from North Carolina before New Years Eve to take advantage of an attractive sales promotion. The was no high pressure, just solutions as we worked our way through what we wanted. Were very grateful to Dan, Jordan and Chris for a very enjoyable sales experience in an industry not always known for it and we are very pleased with our Audi A4.Howard ConleyGettysburg PA
Good and fast service, but oil changes are getting too pricey
Dropped off my car Friday night with an appointment for Saturday for 1PM oil change. Came to pick it up Monday morning for work and found they had done nothing. Didnt really apologize. I get down the road and find that they must have taken out some of my oil, because the check oil light came on.
My 2003 Volvo XC-70, which has nearly 300,000 miles on it, stalled on one of the backroads around Sharpsburg, MD and then refused to restart. I had it towed to Ourisman to see if there was any chance of reviving the car; Im in the second year of a four year period of having two kids in college, so I cannot really afford a new car until 2019.My car was assigned to Ray. He did a fantastic job of diagnosing the cars myriad problems (most of which stemmed from my failure to have regular maintenance on the car). He kept me informed of progress and got the car repaired on time and for a fair price. Ill be using them as my regular mechanic from now on.
Situation with tire rebate resolved! Appreciate the concern, interest and follow-up from Ourisman Lincoln of Frederick to resolve the issue.
Worst possible treatment, worst possible dealer. This place should shut down. Go to rockville Audi instead, 1000000X better!!!!!was sold a car with a crash history under the premise that it was never involved in an accident!!!! they fabricated the car fax report!!!!!!!their service staff are so incompetent that they could never fix anythingavoid this place like the plague, they are scammers, liars and thieves!!!!!!Will not dignify the below lies with a response, simply pathetic car dealership

Not too sure about the sales or service department but the parts department is amazing. Thanks for all the help guys.
We purchased a 2009 Ford Flex from Emo at Ourisman Frederick! We initially called and told Emo we would be there in roughly an hour to check out the Flex. When we were about 10min away, he called us back to let us know hed gassed it up and had it right out front for us to check out. After a lengthy and rough few days of car shopping, we were thrilled to work with Emo. Unlike salesmen at a few other dealerships, Emo seemed happy to work with us and ready to make it a good experience. He was easy to talk and he wasnt at all pushy! We drove it back home to VA right aftet we purchased it without any issues. We absolutely love our Flex and we LOVE Emo!! Check him out - he is located in the Volvo sales department!
Let me start by saying i never actually purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I took my 2011 Escalade in to trade it in on a new Lincoln Navigator. My vehicle was appraised at $21,000. I felt that amount was low so i didnt accept the deal. Fast forward two months i take the vehicle to another dealership, Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet, and they offered me $24,000 AFTER someone side swiped my car and did $2,000 worth of damage that i didnt have repaired. A month after that i went back with a friend who was interested in trading in his Audi S4. The dealership offered him $6,000 for his trade in, we decided to get a second opinion and went to Euromotors of Germantown that night with the same trade in and they gave us $8,500. So a word to the wise, avoid even getting your car appraised here, they low ball worse than any other dealership i have ever seen.
Very shady dealer. Made 3 promises before closing that werent put in writing (my fault), was then called a liar when I asked for what was promised. I have been dealing with auto salesmen for many years and have never been treated so terribly after spending $50k.When I brought my car in for its first service, the one thing that was physically broken was ignored (one of two small hooks in the trunk area to hold grocery bags). I was told they would get it on my next service. After a few months I realized that I like the working hook so I asked them to order a replacement for the non-working one. Apparently they never wrote down the part number (not sure why they cant look at any of the other new cars on their lot) so they want me to drop my car off so they can look at it to order the part. The dealership is a 20 minute drive from my house, so spending an hour just so they can look at my car then bring it back so they can fix it just doesnt make sense to me.Will never buy a car from them for their shady dealings. As for service, they were very polite and courteous (2 stars instead of 1), but lack in their attention to detail. Maybe I am just accustomed to dealing with Mercedes, but I expected substantially more when buying a $50k car.EDIT: Wow, turns out you can respond, and edit posts. I was unaware. So, this is my response to the response.First, a 2012 XC60 R-Design MSRP is around $53k if memory serves me. I bought it for about $45k because it was a demo, so unless you have an odd sense of numbers, I would say I was pretty close to $50k mark.Second, the three promises were 1 Year of free service, a free detailing (they delivered it to me dirtier than I would have liked) and a free Keychain (they were out). All three promises were denied when I brought it back for service. The keychain really threw me, how cheap can you be?Third, about the free year of service. When purchasing, I was torn between this particular car, and the exact same car at a different dealership that was new. When I mentioned that the new car was only $1500 more, and it effectively gave me 6 months of additional service, the owners son (or so I was told by the salesman) told me that they could beat the service by giving me a free year. I considered it, then said that would work. My mistake of not getting this in writing was doubled by signing a piece of paper that stated that I was happy with my deal ... interestingly enough, when you are excited about a purchase that you think you are getting a good deal on, you tend to ignore details. I wonder if salesman are aware of this fact?Anyway, 80% fabrication is insane on many levels, further proving how untrustworthy the staff at FSK are. Rather than trying to rectify the situation, I was called a liar to my face by the same son who made the promise, and now it turns out I am being called a liar here too.
Everything was great except for one thing--once we got the car home we noticed a deep scratch on the trunk deck--took it back and was told that they were sorry but to fix it would require repainting the whole trunk deck (at my expense)!
We initially had some issues with them on our first visit, but once the management team got involved, they did a good job of taking care of us. In the end, we got our vehicle taken care of.
Nice Dealership, friendly staff.
Found me the car i wanted that no other dealer could find
Friendly and helpful
Pleasure to work with
