Staff is very nice and knowledgeable and the store usually has everything that I need but lately it seems that they have not been paying much attention to their nail supplies. Every time I walk in they never have any of the OPI powder perfection basecoat and never get the new polish collections.

Worst ever today with 2 females work 7/31/21 @ 3pm. Need a lesson in customer service. As a business owner and stylist were your bread and butter.

Good staff, let me know things were going quickly and that she could ring it up for me and then I could just pick it up when I can. Social distancing was marked clearly and staff were properly wearing masks.

I will NEVER return to this Cosmoprof!And Im praying the lady isnt the manager!! Carol at the Frederick, MD store was very nasty to me when I went in. I spent $150.00 in products, shears & color!! When I asked to see the shears, she huffed and puffed like I was clearly inconveniencing her! I would have gotten them off the shelf myself but you arent allowed to. As I was checking out she dropped my change and though it was only a quarter, I had to give her another one, as she wouldnt even look for the one she dropped!! Acted as if it were my fault!! As I was paying one of the girls were leaving and she said see you tomorrow to which Carol replied you wont see me, Im off! I then told her (very nicely as rude just is not my style) thats awesome! You seem as if you could use a break! Im sorry, but it is sad to me that someone can be so rude to a customer!I wasnt going to write a review as I hate to complain about anything but the fact that when I returned to work the next day, my boss told me she is always this way to her, as well, made me that much more infuriated how she treated me!! Im sorry but if you cant treat customers with some kind of respect, you should NOT be in the customer service/business field!! It will take me a little longer but Winchester or Hagerstown will get my business from here on out!For what its worth the other girls working that evening were very nice and helpful. Sadly, it only takes 1 bad seed to ruin a business and Im afraid this lady is going to do just that!!!

Horrible I was discriminated against!A blonde woman who attends there discriminates Latín people!!! She made me feel like I was a piece of trash ! Is Awful 😡
