DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!.........Bought a washer and dryer set from these jokers. It was delivered a week later dirty and smelled of mildew. I cleaned them off and started the washer only to find that two of the legs were bent and couldnt be leveled so the washer sounded like it was about to lift off soon as it hit spin cycle After my house was done shaking I then put the clothes in the dryer only to find that the dryer wasnt heating. I called up the Applicance Shop and told them of the problem, They hung up on us, tried again and ignored our calls. The 60 day warranty is fake. I ordered some parts off of amazon and fixed the broken heating coil in the dryer. The dryer and washer ran for about 2 weeks before the motor for drum failed. Moral of the story, If it seems to good to be true it is. New washer and dryer will be here tomorrow good riddens.

I went in to the store and asked about a Washer and Dryer set they have listed on there website. It was a Kenmore set listed for 225.00. The person told me no we dont have anything like that. I explained I saw it on your web site and he said show me I pulled it up on the there own website and he then took a pic of my phone and started to text someone. He received a text message back that said old days . Im sorry .. are you trying to say that no longer your prices. Then why are u trying to say you have a set for 225.00. Then he told me Well I have another set for 350.00 so you are baiting people in with your own website advertising and then trying to sell something else thats not how this works. I left and wont go back nor will I recommend them to anyone. Poor way to run a business. And I have pictures of your website to prove this even is you take it down I still have it

My husband and I stopped by the appliance store just to see what they have .We were just browsing.I was very impressed with the customer service of the salesperson Faizon .His attitude was exemplified. He was very polite, funny, personable and gave us his undivided attention while showing us the products . The prices were very reasonable . Several items were brand new with very minor dent you won’t even notice unless he points it to you. I ended up purchasing more items than I came for.I bought a brand new washer & dryer, refrigerator and styler. Low inventory and bit pricey

Very poor customer service. I bought a used refrigerator a couple days ago.when I bought it, it did have a strong smell of dead fish but they said it had been setting but after you run it the smell would go away. It was delivered and even the delivery driver noticed it smelled bad. After cleaning with bleach it still stunk and we noticed bugs around the weather-stripping. I was told they would come get it and give me a refund. They didnt call me back with a time when they would be back and I needed a refrigerator. I paid someone to help me take it back to their shop so I could get a refund. They did give me a refund but keep the $60 delivery fee and kept my original refrigerator. I think this is poor business to have customers pay for someone elses problems. Im a business owner myself if we treated our customers this way I would not have any repeat clients.
