I am extremely impressed, I purchased a used refrigerator for my garage and 2 months later the compressor went out, I picked out another unit that was more expensive than the previous. They delivered the unit, picked up the old and refused to allow me to pay the difference.. Fast forward 3 months and the fan went out on the Unit. The repair man came out a couple hours later fixed the issue. No charge!!! Customer service is exceptional.

I bought washer an dryer set everything was fine a couple months went by an my washer didnt want to spin any more. I called the place an they said they would fix it for free, long story short I ended up getting a new (used) one because they couldnt fix the old one. I have worked with Jenny the whole time and she was fantastic I will definitely come back! An send all my friends.

I purchased a washer & dryer set April 2021 and I must say that I am a satisfied customer. In the beginning I was not sure about buying used appliances. Great customer service. I had so many questions and they answered them all. Delivery was a breeze. Their appliances even comes with 60 day warranty which was great because once they delivered my set and hooked it up, the washer machine wouldnt stop dripping water when it was not being used. A few days went by and I called back to the store, explained the issue I was having and they sent a Tech out to my home the next day. Whatever the issue was he replaced the part and I have not had any issues with the washer since. Both appliances work great! Other than them having to come back out to fix a part I give them four stars😊

I bought two washers from this shop just under a year ago. Unfortunately, one washer started leaking water. Fortunately it was still under the one year warranty through this shop. Every single person I talked to through the process of fixing the washer was super nice! Understandably, they aren’t able to go to another state to do repairs so we packed up the washer and drove it to the shop from Maryland. The store’s owner was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of. A big thank you for the exceptional service delivered by every single member of your staff!

We bought a front loading washer and dryer with delivery and installation. First, the delivery guys brought the wrong hookup hoses, they reinstalled the correct ones. Unfortunately, we hadn’t moved in yet, they ran the machine and left. They didn’t attach the hoses correctly and water leaked over 24 hours and damaged the laundry room wall, baseboards, floor and into the basement. The manager agreed they would replace what was damaged. We submitted estimates and they still have not paid what they damaged. It’s been several months and they haven’t done anything. We will sue for their damages. The manager/owner is a big con man, stay away from their shady practices.

You can definitely find great products for great prices at Discount Appliances. I purchased a washer and dryer last year and got an amazing deal, but most importantly I received great customer service. I’m all about customer satisfaction and Jose always makes sure you are happy with the product you are getting. I went back this week for a refrigerator and a stove for another amazing deal. The stove which is brand new had a small dent in the front, after not being able to replace the part; Jose saw I was not going to be happy with it and replaced it for a brand new one. I was willing to pay him more for it, but he refused it. Customer satisfaction is more important to him than a few hundred dollars, and that’s why I will continue to shop at Discount Appliances. I needed a new but low-cost refrigerator that matched my other appliances for when I put my house up for sale. Discount Appliances was perfect! The prices were reasonable and they had a good selection so I was able to find what I needed right away. There was also a small issue with an icemaker, but they made things right. I was a very satisfied customer!

Bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from this place for a new home we bought. The fridge arrived more damaged than we agreed on in the store. The dryer had some issues chewing up our clothes and the washing machine had a small leak. My wife and I were upset at first but Jose stuck with us, promised us he would take care of us and he did. He personally came out to my new home with replacement fridge and brought out this expert guy who was able to repair all of our other issues. They made it right with my wife and I and now we are very happy. Outstanding customer service is very hard to come by these days but Jose single handedly restored my faith and showed me what it’s like to receive excellent customer service. He truly cares about his customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

We went in for a washer and dryer, and walked out with exactly what we were looking for, right under budget.The gentleman working (I wish I had asked for his name) was SO ATTENTIVE and SO HELPFUL. He helped to ensure we had all the hoses/hookups we needed for a really small fee, explained how to set them up once we got home, and helped us load them onto our truck.My husband cannot stop talking about how great the customer service was. Came home from work notice my freezer wasnt working I called them and they sent a person out late at night to fix it because Im a diabetic and my insulin is inside my fridge. Bought a dryer got it home did not work right they brought me another ďryer and the dryer was broke and then the driver hit a wire tore down the fence and left like that then every time Ive tried to call the Manger is not there and he will call me back but doesnt not the two time that I have talked to someone in the store they said we will be there on Wednesday take time off of work no one shows.

Great prices, great products! They have used and new appliances that are all tested and repaired if need be before being put on the floor. They offer warrenties, delivery, installation and removal of the old unit. They even have their own technician that will come to your house to service your appliances should anything stop working. Cant beat this one stop shop for all your appliance needs.

We purchased a Refrigerator on the 29th of June and the freezer would not even keep ice cream frozen. They brought a new refrigerator on 7/ 26 and I followed the instructions given, after 6 hours I plugged in the refrigerator and checked out the temperature settings . This morning the refrigerator is still not cold or even cool! After speaking with the manager I was told it must be my fault that it doesnt work and if the Technician finds nothing wrong I will pay for their inconvenience What about the money lost from the food that has rotted and been tossed due to the faulty refrigerators sold to me?

I didnt even get a chance to really look around. We were followed before we could even finish the first row of refrigerators. I cant even say she was being a pushy saleswoman. The employee went even further to squat in-between a refrigerator and record us. We had cash in hand to make a purchase.We walked straight out. And went to Sears.I will follow up with the manager to file a complaint.Also, your store has an unpleasant odor.
