I needed a part for my washing machine and found Golden Appliance and they were able to get the right part in 2 days and at a good price. The people are amazing and very helpful.

What a Top Notch Company. They just showed up within 5 min they knew what was wrong. They ordered the part and just were here to fix it. I must have been first on the list of work today. They called promptly before they came. They showed up right at 9 am and fixed the part within 15 min and we have a working oven again. Awesome customer service!!! Will definitely be calling them for any appliances needs in the future. Great Job!

After a horrible experience dealing with Sears, I found Golden Appliances on google. I called and spoke to a friendly lady who got me scheduled for the next day. Driver called and showed up and within minutes knew the issue with my dryer. Got it fixed and was gone within 30 mins. Great company, reasonable prices. I will definitely be using this company again in the future if needed.

Do not use this company. Their service tech made a poor decision representing a home warranty request. It was obvious they did not care about providing proper service and only are in it for the money. I’d give them no stars if possible.

Was referred by Sandys Appliance do to them under construction so that was nice of them I showed up on Saturday at 11:30 right before they closed and Johnny was very helpful and trying to see what was wrong with my microwave we deciphered what was wrong however he then showed me that they have microwaves for sale at a very decent price, bought it got it home got it installed it works great very pleased and I just wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful service and we will definitely call you again if need be!!

Put in a claim for a broken Samsung dryer with our home warranty company after hours. Called Golden appliance at 8am the next day and they sent a tech out within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and was able to repair the dryer during his visit with parts he already had on his truck. No 2nd trip out required. He was professional and worked quickly. I cant comment on pricing since this was a home warranty claim.

We submitted a ticket through American Home Shield for a repair to our GE fridge. We received a phone call right away from the company to schedule a time for the technician to show up. Michael arrived early within the window of arrival. He was professional and courteous.He was able to quickly identify the issue. Explained what happened and why it happened. He assisted with repairing the hose line in the freezer and gave us all of the follow up steps that we needed to do in order to have the fridge working properly again.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a repair on one of your home appliances.

Referred to this company by American Home Shield. Two separate technicians have been to our homes in the last 2 weeks claiming to fix the problem. Was told it was the heating element which was supposedly replaced same problem once the tech left. Next tech comes out sags you need the filter cleaned $200 later dryer still not working. I would not recommend this company.

####UPDATE. Please read all. The owner Sam called me and after discussing what happened offered to refund my money. Nice, honest man to deal with. Appears to have been a problem with repair tech only. I appreciate his follow up and honesty... will consider using them again because of his actions....................Called for Microwave oven problem. Over the counter microwave. Called in with problem and model number. Sent tech out a couple days later. He quoted about 700 in parts for a 235 dollar microwave then charged 100 for what could have been handled by a quick phone call. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have a high end appliance. Wasted time and money.

My GE oven stopped working, and I called Golden Appliance. Sam, the Technician, showed up on time (early in fact), and quickly diagnosed the problem. A new fan was ordered and installed. Sam was very knowledgeable, and personable, and took the time to talk about appliances in general as I was thinking of replacing my dishwasher soon. One of the best parts of this experience was that I received texts regarding Sam’s arrival. I have had so many companies just not show up with zero notification. This was a great experience, and I will use Golden Appliance again when I have appliance issues.

Our technician was great. Early. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we paid $85 for him to say that this company doesn’t service this type of equipment - so we are out $85 and still don’t have a working freezer. Thanks for nothing...

Unbelievably bad service. They came out to fix dishwasher with a couple of problems. They replaced the door seal and they did not install the new seal correctly, so it would fall off every time I opened the dishwasher door. When I contacted them about the faulty installation, they never returned my call. Second problem was the dishwasher wasnt keeping water hot during the wash. They tested a few components, then told me they had to do research back at the office about what the problem could be and that they would call back to let me know. Guess what, I never heard from them about that, either. When the technician was here testing components, he called to ask about specs on a dishwasher made by LP, however, my dishwasher is made by Whirlpool; when I corrected him, he got defensive and didnt call back to verify the information. I called to follow up and sent multiple emails detailing my concerns, and I never heard back. After they were unable to resolve the issues due to their own incompetence, I had another company come out, who immediately diagnosed and resolved the problem. To add insult to injury, the owner, Sam, was extraordinarily rude on the phone. I consider Golden Appliance to be incompetent and disrespectful. Stay away!

Golden Appliance came to my house and had my dishwasher repaired in no time! Jim is awesome!!! He diagnosed the issue immediately and had it repaired in no time. I highly recommend asking for him if possible. Happy customer over here! My dishwasher is working perfectly now with no issues! (:

I wholeheartedly do not recommend this place. They came to us to repair our dryer through our home warranty service and as a result of errors on the technician’s part during the initial repair, I have had to call them to come back out twice now (in addition to the first time) to repair additional issues that have resulted. They are not good about returning phone calls, their technicians are not reliable about documenting the repairs they do, and the owner is incredibly rude and does not seem to care about his company’s terrible service.

I will use Golden Appliance for all my need. Sam JR was grate and on time.He called me when he was on the way. And I love the 2 hour window. The last company had a 4 hour window, and was still late. Carrie was very accommodating to my work schedule. Overall a great company to work with.

We needed a washing machine and a dishwasher repaired. Sam Jr. was able to test the appliances and quickly determine what was wrong with them. He did a great job getting both appliances working again and offered some good tips when working with well water. Thanks Sam!

Very slow service. It took them three weeks to complete one 10 min job. Called to speak to the owner Sam and his excuse was he only has 2 guys working for him. I know patience is key to being happy in life. However if you have a appliance company you should also have a quick turn around, because people most likely use their appliances everyday.

Found Golden Appliance through my extended home warranty company. Golden Appliance called me next business day and scheduled my dryer service within a couple days and fixed my issue the SAME day. Sam, Jr. was at my home on time, answered ALL of my questions without hesitation, was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually showed me a couple other small issues and took care of them as well. Golden Appliance Repair LLC was very responsive and had great communication. I was impressed with their technical competence. They made my dishwasher run like new. If there was a way to give a negative amount of stars I would. The owner came out and figured out what needed to be fixed in my oven. He ordered the part and a technician came out about a week later to install it, its the wrong part. A week goes by and they didnt call to say the part was in so when I call they said its on back order and will be another week. A phone call to let me know would be nice. Another week goes by, I call and its still on back order. AGAIN, a call would be nice. Another week and its finally fixed .The technician was great but the owners are absolutely awful. No customer service skills and I susosus they didnt even order the part when they said they did.

Our business works closely with Golden Appliance and have been so pleased with their extensive experience and knowledge. Its great having a local and family feel to their business, all while having technicians that can handle all appliances and problems. Theyre absolutely great!

Unprofessional, incompetent and rude customer service and work quality. There are too many other options in the area to even bother dealing with a company that is this awful and lacks the basic knowledge to troubleshoot appliance repair. In addition, they lie regarding past conversations they’ve had and always have an excuse that they are short staffed. The “office manager” is an incompetent and rude woman who needs to be fired. Please don’t waste your time or money!

Wouldn’t recommend for anyone. They had 5 different techs out to fix my Samsung Dishwasher. I finally gave up on them. Called the office manager she was only willing to give me back the parts that I paid for. Why wouldn’t I get the labor back when you still couldn’t fix the dishwasher? I ended calling another company and they told me the part the company did put on was the wrong model that’s why it was still leaking. Beware before you call these people. They don’t know what they are doing.

Sam, the owner, and his son, Sam Jr, are personable, like-able people. They make sure that their customers know they are religious (its on their business cards) and tout that they operate their business with Christian values.However, there is really no explanation, other than the obvious, of how Sam Jr could install 2 rusted out used drum wheels on my dryer and not have noticed. I paid him for 4 new wheels at $30 a piece. He installed them timely and efficiently but I had to call him back out after the first time I used the dryer because of the horrendous screeching noise it was making that it didnt make before he fixed my dryer.After he had my dryer opened up again I asked him what the problem was and he said with a sheepish smile Ill tell you if you dont ask me how it happened. Thats when he showed me the rusted wheels and halfheartedly blamed it on the company he bought them from.I dont know if this is a company wide practice or if Sam Jr acts alone in his rip off scheme. Beware!!

American Home Shield sent Golden Appliance to fix our cook top. Sam arrived on time and fixed the problem. We wont be staying with A.H.S. but if we have any other repairs needed, we will definitely call Golden Appliance. Great job and very professional.

Worst Customer service ever. service technician came buy to repair an item, rang doorbell once he said, my kids said none at all, one kid went downstairs to check washroom so it was cleared and he could walk through, the other upstairs to go to get door and the repair technician was already in his vehicle driving away. Called office and now they said they will not come out for over a week of service. This company is a joke, DO NOT USE THEM, they are rude and terrible.

Received service through American Home Shield. Never completed the work after payment. They left because a part was not in and when I called to follow up, they lied and stated the work was complete. The techs father is the owner, so of course he was going to take his side. Avoid or get things in writing!

Cheap and wont take responsibility...1st trip they come out and do a diagnostic and quote meba price for a part, 2nd trip they send a different tech out to install part, after hes done he claims it tested good, later on the dishwasher still doesnt wash right. So then they send a different tech for the 3rd trip who says that more parts are needed. Wasnt he supposed to figure that out on the 1st trip? They wasted so much of my time and I gave up on them so I call them back and they only offered labor back, I had to pay for a part that doesnt work, and I wasted a bunch of time. Thanks for nothing guys...cheapskates!

Called and told them my compressor was bad. They came out said yup your compressor is bad but we wont fix it because we dont do warranty work for lg. Even though I explained to them that lg was authorizing them to do the work and would send them a letter to that effect. So I payed them $85 to tell me something I already knew and get rudely talked down to by the owner. His reasoning was he did that before and somehow got screwed. Which doesnt make sense because the part is coming from lg for free and I was paying for Labor. So he had no risk.Overall super rude and will never use again.The tech that came out was friendly and professional.

1 star rating for terrible customer service in regards to rescheduling on the hour of our scheduled appointment; Major inconvenience. So the company came out yesterday and spent over 2hrs trying to replace a circuit board on a ge dishwasher. The tech had no idea how to even get access to the part. The tech practically took apart the entire dishwasher for no reason. I noticed this I had to point out how to access the part; it was a simple Google search. Either way the dishwasher is still not fixed after hrs spent. Tech advised that I would receive a call about next steps but no call. I Called the company this morning and was told it was referred back out to AHS. Bad service and inexperienced techs. Shame....

Closed Dec 26 thru Jan 2 I believe. Hours are 8-5, couldnt use them due to the hours and closure. Would have been helpful when my dryer broke during Christmas.

1-star: Costly repair took over a week to complete, problem resurfaced the following week, calls to the manager were not returned. Disappointing.Update: 3-star: Sam from Golden Appliance followed up with a service appointment and narrowed down the cause for us and did not charge us for the return visit. Still not happy that the initial fix did not address the issue but the company followed up well.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen said they came to my house and I wasn’t home when I was and have security cameras to prove it then called me a liar and hung up on me when I told them they never came DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
