I had gotten into an accident November 2019. Before I sent my car to this shop I asked them for two price quotes one to just get the car running and one as if I wanted it too look nice. When they finished looking at my car they gave me a quote for it being fixed and looking nice which was over $7,000. I asked about the price quote of it just being able to run and be reliable. They informed me they wouldn’t work on my car unless I got the paint job etc. because they did not want to ruin their reputation. So of course I decided to get my car if I am spending that much I may as well get a new car. I go there and asked for my car they let us go to the back so we could hook my car up and tow it home. Well while we are hooking my car up which we finished 3 minutes past closing time they locked us in the back. They knew we were there but chose to never tell us hey we are locking the gate. Then I try calling them and they wouldn’t answer. An hour later we finally got out without the help of them. Poor customer services. I ended up fixing my car for $3,000 and it looks good.

The front office staff is great! Accommodating and friendly every time I have been there. The GM actually brought me home after I dropped my car off, and we had a storm tonight and they delivered my car home to me for my safety. The GM is a great guy!! The work done is always top notch! Great business and I will always be a customer!!

This place is awful, every single week they push it out another week so 2 weeks turned into 2+ months without any updates. I had to call every day to get an update and they would just bs on the phone

They were very nice and finished my car up 2 days early. They even let me drop it off on Friday night since I was going out of town. The repairs look great, unfortunately now the rest of my car looks worse compared to that. Also, it looked like someone had rifled through my trash bag, so make sure you dont have any personal info in your car. But overall a great job, prompt and personalized service.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run. I had never been to Huber. My FIRST time there was a great experience. From the very moment I arrived a very pleasant atmosphere, the girls up front were personable, funny it was just a great environment. Rusty was great. Explained everything that would be done, they keep you informed. Just a great place. So naturally, not even a month later someone hit me in the rear. Rusty saw me coming, the girls remembered me and just a GREAT SECOND experience. I DEFINITELY recommend Huber.

Huber associates gave constant information on the status of my vehicle which was great and helpful. It made me feel comfortable with Huber having my car. The quality of work looks great. It was good turnaround to fix the damages. There was a minor misunderstanding about my question on my antenna from mgmt which is why I gave 4 stars. This is my 1st time ever making a claim since Ive been driving at 16 years old so this process is new to me and I may have additional questions. I recommend this facility for workmanship and the administration staff at the front desk. Great Job!

I had nothing but an awesome experience with Huber. I dealt with Ashley, Erika and Amber, there were all very friendly, professional and helpful. While dropping my car I noticed they had a Kobe Bryant magazine that I couldn’t find anywhere, so I explained to them that I was huge fun and without hesitation they offered It to me to keep free of charge!!! Derell was also great he came out looked at my car explained to me the process answered any questions I had. I cannot say good enough things about this shop. I picked it because of the many great reviews on Google. Both of the front desk customer service representatives were happy to help me. I really like that they called me throughout the process to keep me updated, so I knew what was going on at all times. Open communication is a sign of excellent customer service. The work done to my car looks great. Paint correction isnt noticeable and everything lines up well without any noticeable gaps. This place is amazing! My husband and I were hit on Christmas Eve and we had the pleasure of being sent to these guys. They communicated every step of the way and completed our work in a timely manner. The staff was very pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone. No one likes to be involved in an accident but it most certainly helps when the place you bring your car to is pleasant and professional like these guys were.

A car recently collided with mine and caused a lot of damage to the front end. I took the car to Huber, received an estimate, and they took the car immediately. It was finished on time and someone kept me updated every two days. I am very pleased with the repair and the service.

Huber did an excellent job replacing and painting the damaged bumper on my car. The paint matched perfectly and my car looked brand new again! They went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming the inside of my car before returning it to me, too. This was an excellent experience all around. They made it easy from setting up the appointment, dealing with the insurance company, to returning the car in just a few days. The personnel were polite and knowledgeable. This was my first time using Huber Collision Center and my experience was AWESOME! I previously used a different repair shop where the service was great and when my insurance company stated they no longer had a relationship with that shop, I was a little skeptical about utilizing a different one. My expectations were exceeded by Huber and I am thankful for the service they provided and the care of my vehicle.

My car got bumped in a parking lot, so I took it to several different places for estimates. Hubers estimate was nearly half the price of another vendor! They were speedy with scheduling the repair and gave me updates throughout the entire process. Rusty was honest and authentic, which made me feel comfortable with Huber repairing my car. The final price was the exact same price from the estimate, which I also appreciate! My car bumper looked brand new and the entire car had been washed, including shining the wheels. All around a great experience and will recommend to others!

Unfortunately, this accident happened during the COVID-19 pandemic and it took a little longer than expected, but that is not their fault at all! Once again I had to go to Huber Collision Center to have my brand new 2018 Malibu repaired after only having it for less than 2 days and 72 miles on it. Absolutely love love love this place!!! I was in a fender bender a few weeks ago, and decided to have my car towed to Huber. The staff was outstanding and very personable with every step the mechanic made, I was given a phone call with updates on my car. When I had questions about details they forwarded me to the mechanic within minutes, no hold time. I was super impressed with their customer service, cleanliness and set up of their shop/ waiting area. Also when I picked up my car, it was completely cleaned inside and out! Im talking detailed... squeaky clean! Loved it! Hands down I will always recommend Huber, I was definitely satisfied! 😁

The name of the business changed and so did the quality of work and level of customer service. We were repeat customers of Rosner Collision Center and gave them high praise for exceptional work and uncompromising customer service. None of these attributes carried over to the new establishment. Basing your decision to visit Huber on the reputation of Rosner will result in considerable dissatisfaction. Poor quality work paired with rude and unprofessional behavior is the new standard at Huber Collision Center.

While faced with a deep scratch to the paint of our 2016 vehicle we decided to go with Huber after a very pleasant experience working with them recently. The estimate did not take long to complete. We were told exactly what they planned on doing to protect the paint of the vehicle so we decided to leave the vehicle that night (Monday). The scratch was repaired expertly and we picked the vehicle up on Thursday as promised. Huber has a great team of people to guide you through the process of your repair. They even washed the vehicle for us and put on tire dressing so it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Thank you very much.

Kept me informed of the progress. Very friendly and professional staff. HOWEVER, a job that shouldve taken a week to ten days took fourteen due to lack of detail in the repair. Trim pieces had to be ordered during the repair. Once the truck was picked up, the outside was very clean. The inside however was coated with so much Armour All, the seats and doors were greasy and oily, along with handprints on the dash and passenger seat. Great place however you couldve done better

Damaged the fender on my brand new car. Scheduled an appointment with Huber after reading their reviews. Showed up and waited for my adjuster, got my quote and scheduled my appointment in about 15 minutes. The staff were very helpful when scheduling and then rescheduling during the holiday shuffle. Repairs were finished early and the work was factory quality. Id definitely use them again in the future.... But hoping I wont have to. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing service. Clean facility. Excellent customer service, and so professional. They called every-other-day to provide me with an update on my car.
