If there was any negative to the experience it was the amount of time we were there; 6 hours! I’ve never spent that long at a dealership to purchase a vehicle. Other than that my experience was great!

I was in the market for a 2013 Tesla Model S P85. It seemed that these guys were the only people in a 50 mile radius that had these cars in stock. I stopped by for a test drive. I loved the car and wanted to proceed to purchase. I thought the car I test drove was 35k because that’s what was listed online. When they were going over the numbers, the monthly ended up being much higher than I anticipated. I asked how much I would be financing and they said close to 40k. They said the price that the car is listed online for is the “cash only price”. This was listed in the fine print on the website. I ended up checking out the other car they had listed as it was cheaper. The only problem was, this car had not been paint corrected, professionally detailed or inspected yet so they said if I bought the car they would get all of that taken care of. I test drive that car, everything seemed okay accept for the drivers side door handle, it wouldn’t present. They called there mechanic out to fiddle with it and promised it would be taken care of while I did the paperwork. Once the paperwork was done, they gave me a rental and I left. I came back the next day to pick up the car. I waited for about 45 minutes after they initially said the car would be ready for them to get it inspected. When I went out to look at the car I noticed a TON of imperfections in the paint. The car was very dirty when I looked at it prior and I was assured that it would buffed before I picked it up. The car had not been buffed at all, it was at best a mediocre normal detailing job. I picked up the car and went about my business and contacted Jason, the guy I had been working with, to see about getting the door handle fixed. They had me drop the car off and they said they “had a guy” who could fix it and gave me a loaner. After about 3 days I saw on my Tesla app that someone was driving the car, I thought they had fixed the door handle and they were taking it back to the dealer. Turns out some random guy that they took my car to, is driving up to aquia harbor in my car to run errands. I called the dealer and asked what was going on, they said they would call him right away. I got a call and they said that he was driving the car to “ test it out after a software reset”. This was not acceptable at all. You don’t get to drive my car 40 miles to “test it out”. I demanded that they have the car brought back to the dealer so I could just take care of it myself. When I got the car back, none of the door handles presented at all anymore, it wasn’t just the drivers side. They said it was a software issue, sure that’s possible but that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication and the dismissal of some guy driving my new car 40 miles to run errands. All in all, I made mistakes during this process they could’ve avoided some of the outcomes I experienced but I doubt I would come back to this dealer or recommend them to anyone. The people were nice on the outside but it seemed disingenuous.

I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XTS about two months ago. I was happy with the purchase until I notice some problems. My Rt headlight was slightly off and my hood was slightly off. I took to get fix but they wouldnt do anything because my front bumper was screwed to the frame. The dealership cut corners on the repairs just to make it look good. I also noticed water was leaking into my trunk. Come to find out the rear bumper was screwed to the frame witch was causing the leak. These repairs caused my front and rear sensors not to work. This also affected my park assist witch I never knew I had because of these repairs. My car also failed inspection because of a bad front shock. The only thing they did do right was supply the part witch they must forgot to put on. I did have to drive two and a half hours to get it though. I really wish I wouldve noticed these problems within the 30 days because I wouldve to back. These repairs estimated around 8 to 10 grand and for a new but used car is unacceptable. FOR THOSE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE CHECK EVERYTHING FROM BODYWORK TO THE FINEST DETAIL.

Great overall experience with Armand. He was very professional and very straightforward with me the entire time. Purchased my vehicle last weekend and anything that I had issues with was fixed to my liking before delivery. The vehicle arrived this week and the car looks great and everything that I mentioned had been addressed. I would surely recommend Alpha Mortorsports if you are looking for a really clean and slightly used vehicle for a great price.

Came to this dealership on 5-31-21 with intent to buy a vehicle ( already approved and had cash down). We got to the lot around 12:30 after driving over an hour for a specific vehicle. We looked at the vehicle, turned the vehicle on, walked around the lot and back to the vehicle we were interested in. No one ever greeted us and we were the only ones there.My husband and I drove to different dealerships and decided on the same vehicle Alpha Motors was offering. We purchased the vehicle and after we were done we told the dealership explained how Alpha Motorsports didnt even come say hi. The people at the dealership responded by saying THANK GOD YOU DIDNT GET A CAR FROM THERE. Within the last two weeks they had two customers come to their dealership while test driving an Alpha Motorsports vehicle. They would get a car fax from Alpha Motorsports, but the dealership knew of their reputation so the dealership said they would run one for them. They dealership found that Alpha Motorsports gave incorrect Car Fax reports hoping the customers wouldnt find out. What the customers did find out is that the vehicle had been in several accidents. The second time - the car was flooded out and the customer again was given and false Car Fax.These people prey on people. Be cautious. If it seems to good to be true.. chances are it is.6/4/21UPDATE: I spoke with Sales Manager shortly after original comment was left. I explained to him that I was a real customer, I described where the keys were in the car and that a sales person did not bring them to me, they were already in the vehicle that was parked in the front of the lot, the condition of the vehicle along with other vehicles on their lot. I also mentioned that Mark Williams emailed regarding my interest in the vehicle while we were on the way there from Charlottesville. This is not a fake review or scam to make this company look bad, just my opinion on the service and information received. The Sales Manager was polite and apologetic. I am happy to add a picture of the vehicle we were interested in and the one we bought.

Absolute phonys buyer beware prices are falsely advertised and when you call they say absolutely and then the numbers are jacked through the roof 2850 dollars in processing and predelivery fees. The finance guy Girard is a joke unreal stay away.

Asked about getting the car brought by for a test drive and was told they dont do that. See the picture below for clear display of an option they apparently dont offer. Asked about a car and was told it wasnt ready. Asked when it would be ready as I would like to test drive it and was told sometime this week, so more uncertainty. Their uncertainty made me a bit skeptical, so I moved on to another dealership.

This is a nice dealership. Customer service was top notch and car is running flawlessly right now and looks great. Only drawback is car wouldnt start after 6 days and I needed a tow back to my house. Was quite embarrassing in front of my family on a car that I havent even made 1 payment on and its only 3 years old with 21,000 miles. But come to find out it was the battery. I mean things happen, but that was unexpected that I had to spend $130 on a battery a week into ownership. I still left 5 stars because besides the battery issue my experience was 100% satisfying shopping here.

I was interested in vehicle at this dealership, so I contacted the via email. Jason responded to me quickly and made the buying process a breeze for me. Let me give you my experience. I went in to look at a car. I test drove it and everything was fine, I really enjoyed it. I sat down inside and spoke with the gentleman who helped me, I never got his name. He asked if I wanted to finance the vehicle which I told him I wanted to pay in cash outright. I asked him if he could give me a price break down for the vehicle that includes the title, tags, taxes, dealership fees, etc. He told me he would get the breakdown and be right back. He leaves then comes back and tells me I spoke with my manager and he said there is no point in giving you the breakdown if youre not ready to purchase today. Also, the cost of the car is the lowest price. I found this very rude considering I never asked to lower the cost of the vehicle or mentioned anything other than having the breakdown so I would know the full amount I would need if I came back to purchase the vehicle. The car was 7,500 dollars. I was really hoping to come back and purchase if I didnt find anything else that caught my eye. Im very disappointed in the customer service they provided.

They have decent deals because the cars they have have all been in minor accidents that weren’t reported. So they do a little paint job and put them on the lot.I got a good price on my Toyota Highlander. However my salesman A.J did not get the alignment taken care of that I asked for.He showed me a “receipt” of the alignment that was done but when I drove the car the steering wheel was still out of alignment.Basically AJ is a liar and he went and had his friend at the auto ship print out a fake receipt to show me.Other than that no complaints. Just be careful with these snakes and have everything done up front before you sign.
