My wife and I just arrived in the state for graduate school in George mason in a month and we need a pickup trucks as soon as possible to move into new apartment, we saw a pickup online and talked to Anthony. Unfortunately we bought that pickup 6500 cash. And it’s has been one and half month I still not recived my registration paper work. Every time I called them that they let me wait for another week, when my first temporarily tag got expired they said they will sent me another one I had waited for one week and still not received they don’t even sent that!!!!!!!!!! And now all this problem seems to be minor cause after 40days my truck is overheating and it cost me 600 and the mechanic said I have been totally ripoff, dealer must know that problems in the engine!!!!!!!! THIS STORE HAS TOTALLY NO CREDITS!!!!!!! AND DO NOT BELIVE IN WHATEVER THEY SAID!!!!!!!I don’t know how this car passed state safety inspection. State police should totally investigate this dealer!

Very difficult to deal with. Don’t act like they want to sell a car. I contacted them on wanting more info and pictures as vehicle spent the early part of its life in Canada and I live 3 hours away. I submitted a credit app they ran my credit app right away and then decided to email me back that they would work on things in the morning so around noon I contacted them letting them know I emailed photos of my trade and was told to send them to another email so I did still never recieved phone call back or anything around 6 pm called and they said they were not gonna Run through any banks untill I was there even though I was told they would work on everything that morning and get back to me. I was givin a run around on everything definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone it’s a shame because yes they do have pretty decent prices

What a completely let down. First they don’t respond to your emails or calls. Secondly they couldn’t even take two photos to send me of the car despite talking with two separate employees. Then one of the employees was nasty and made a sly comment do to my request. Said I’d have photos in 10 minutes here we are a day or 2 later and still can’t seem to get it. Good business practice must be very hard for this company. Sad too we were gonna buy a 18k dollar car all cash glad they showed true colors up front because If they can’t even respond or do simple task I highly doubt they do quality inspections / repairs on the vehicles they bring in. Absolutely wild and mind boggling. But oh well bought the car at Carmax I suggest just keeping your business with responsible dealers. Buyer beware for sure.

Receptionist are very rude. The registration/ tag lady is very very rude and disrespectful. Jonathan has no idea about anything with cars on the lot. Mike was the only one who at least acted like he cared and did know what he was talking about. My check engine light came in the next day. I wouldn’t buy a car from them customer service is lacking.

So I had been searching for a truck for a while and I found the truck josephina and Maria were amazing. They got me done with no issue at all and also kept there word on everything they told me they would. Without a doubt these two women are rockstars in my book and I would reccomend anyone to check them out first. This was without a doubt one of the funniest experiences buying a car for me due to a few things that happened. But we will keep that as our secret. I spent $12,000 in cash on a Suburban. Engine lifters and oil pump went out a month and half later. Called office asked if they could at least help with repairs. Car is inoperable. Spoke to assistant manager, she said manager would call. He never called. Yes I signed papers for sold as is, so that is on me. However, I write to warn others not to waste their money on Capitol Motors.

I bought my 2014 Toyota 4Runner from them back in Sept. 2017, I had a great experience. They made sure that my new ride was cleaned up and that I had plenty of gas to make it home on my two hour ride. They worked with me and my bank. They helped me walk out with the best deal ever. Thank you guys for all your help. My 4Runner is still running strong and hasnt let me down one bit!

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone...my daughter found a car online talked to Anthony about coming to look at it, we got there and there was someone else already looking at it and he informs us she doesnt want that car because it was having transmission issues (why did he not tell her this before he told her to come look at it)then he proceeded to tell her she could buy that car keep it for 30 days and then claim it on the warranty, this to me seems like fraud!!!..she ended up buying a 2017 jeep patriot has been having transmission problems with it since being bought!!! This place is a ripoff...when trying to talk to Anthony about the car its like he doesnt even care!!!

The staff is very professional, quick, and genuine. Our only complaint is false advertising. Drove out an 1 hour and 45 minutes for the cars interior leather seats, but the seats were cloth. Still purchased the vehicle. We are overall happy with the experience/purchase.

I test drove a 2016 Grey Chevy Silverado that hardly made it a quarter mile down the road before jumping and making squeaking noises. Anthony is shady and so is the dealership trying to push vehicles that need service and not telling you. Be careful buying from here.

Buyer beware of this place! Vehicles are junk, test drove a 2016 Silverado and didnt get a quarter mile away and the transmission was making a lot of noise. The finance manager still wanted me to purchase the vehicle and she was going to throw in a 6 month warranty. I drove a hour and a half to get there to see a dirty truck that was junk. Would not recommend this place at all !!

Worst dealership ever!..gave them $2000 as a deposit/down payment. The salesman Jhar told my husband to take the car and return it the next day to see if we like it or not. Well the car had so many problems, we asked to have those problems fix and we could have a deal; that was Sunday. They said we will call you on Wednesday when the car is fix. We waited for their call throughout the day and we decided to call since we didnt heard from them. Our calls were ignored the rest of the day when we finally got someone (when we call from a different phone #)they said they were busy and was put on hold for 10 minutes, twice! Then we talked to Juan the owner and he said he was not given us back our money or the car. He said he couldnt care less what we do...this was the worst experience ever. We went today and they only refunded $1550..they said they were taking money for their trouble of checking our credit. I do not recommend this dumpster to anyone not even to my worst enemy. They have junk for sale and on top of it they are liars, unprofessional, and thieves. Do not go there.

That diler is not good, they are liars, they say that everyone is approved and it is not like that. when you are out there saying that you need 4 thousand of down payment because you do not have credit and the banks according to them that they ask to give you the car and all the cars that have many miles and the banks do not want to approve you only make you lose time definitively I do not recommend it

Put me in a car that was dangerous to drive: No brakes and no horn. Had a fresh inspection sticker so not too sure how that got on there considering you cant pass inspection with corroded brake lines and no horn. After repairing the horn and brakes car is fine now. They will not be helpful or prompt in response to issues, keep in mind when visiting. Always check vehicle for safety. (I have the service records to prove what Ive said as well, and have contacted the dealer about this).
